Anthony Joshua wants to unify the world heavyweight titles to prove that he is the number-one of the division. Deontay Wilder has exactly the same idea. Joshua, the reigning IBF champ, will add the “super” version of the WBA crown to his growing collection of titles if he can beat Wladimir Klitschko in their big April showdown.

The opener should produce energy in the crowd in a bout between light heavyweight contenders Marcus Browne and Thomas Williams Jr.
The battle of Adrien’s should make for a good television fight and if Broner isn’t on his game he could get beat.
After a reasonably amicable press tour, the armistice is over and an almost inevitable war of words has broken out between the rival camps of Liam Williams and Liam Smith ahead of their sure to be combustible super-welter showdown at Manchester Arena on April 8th.

Adrien Broner says he has turned over a new leaf and is no longer a “sh*t talker anymore”. The normally brash and outlandish Broner cut a new figure ahead of his ring return against Mexican-American Adrian Granados this Saturday night, exclusively live on BoxNation.

Undefeated champion Jermall Charlo relinquished the IBF junior middleweight title this afternoon in order to pursue bigger challenges and another world championship in the middleweight division.
Charlo, 26, who lives and trains in Houston, has a sterling record of 25-0 with 19 KOs. He won the title with a TKO victory over Cornelius Bundrage on Sept. 12, 2015, and successfully defended it three times, defeating Wilky Campfort, former 154-pound champion Austin Trout and top contender Julian Williams. Charlo leaves the division after an impressive KO victory over Williams at the Galen Center on the USC campus in Los Angeles on Dec. 10, 2016.
Odlanier Solis, the naturally gifted Cuban who won so much as an amateur and appeared, before he began to pile on the pounds, to have a bright future at pro level, has not quite reached the end yet. According to a news report in German paper BILD, Solis will fight Manuel Charr in March, with, get this – a version of the WBA heavyweight title on the line.
