Bradley is correct. Pacquiao will knock him out. If Pacquiao can catch him.Posted April 7, 2014 4:46 pm
“The win over Alexander was not what it should have been with Alexander quitting on him.”
Oh I think that’s exactly what Bradley wanted–he headbutted Devon into submission.Posted April 6, 2014 7:26 pm
People claim Bradley lost to Pacquiao, Marquez, and Provodnikov… He actually beat Marquez by a clear margin.. He beat Provodnikov on the strength of a missed knockdown, which I gave to Provo and the referee didn’t.. But that wasn’t enough to beat TB on my card.
Pacquiao did beat Bradly by a clear margin.. That’s Tim’s only loss and it’s not an official loss..
But if you can win 4 rounds while rolling and spraining both ankles, you can possibly win 7 rounds if you really step it up vs a guy who’s been crushed with a devastating KO shot 2 fights ago … That’s why this fight is such a tough fight for Pacquiao. He needs to bring his A game.Posted April 6, 2014 12:02 am
Bradley has to win and not by a UD or SD, he has to KO or TKO Pacquaio to get he respect he has been denied. The win over Alexander was not what it should have been with Alexander quitting on him. Pacquiao I the press and the fans didn’t see him winning the fight. Provo damn near killed him and he got the win, again some in the press and boxing community saw it for Provo. He didn’t exactly crush old man JMM. So now we are back to Pacquiao who is fighting for his boxing life and he needs to look like the Manny of old not an old Manny. He beat up on a punching bag in his last fight with Rios so it was hard not to look good. They both have something to prove something and it should be interesting to see who is going to impose their will over the other.Posted April 5, 2014 9:17 pm
Old seagul. 7 pound isn’t weight drained. Guys that drop 30 take effect. Stop your stupid comments. I feel stupid for reading your commentsPosted April 5, 2014 7:25 pm
Pacman will hopefully stop Bradley and then hopefully Bradley will p*ss off into the sunset the annoying like sheitPosted April 5, 2014 6:49 pm
The long term effects for Pac should be minimal… Pacquiao had a battery of neurological tests with MRI and other pictures done. He was given a full go ahead.
Every boxer suffers some brain damage from head punches. You can’t avoid it. As long as you get adequate rest and go for regular medical checkups it’s kept to a minimum.
Your reflexes, balance, ability to absorb a punch, and overall athletic performance aren’t generally going to be adversely affected from a competitive standpoint… You can easily go to college after your boxing career and not suffer any serious learning disabilities — if common sense is used in all of your matchups and sparring sessions.
Otherwise Wladimir Klitschko wouldn’t be able to enjoy the health and success he’s still experiencing at 38. He’s had very long amateur and pro careers, and has been stopped 3 times also … all from head punches.Posted April 5, 2014 4:27 pm
I’d love Pac to stop Tim. He has a chance to do that … but realistically it isn’t going to happen. Boxers have to think for themselves.
As a boxer you have to be a realist. Roach asked for the KO against Marquez, and again against Rios. Pac just knew Riso would be a very easy decision win for him … and a risky attempt for the KO. Tim WANTS Pac to go for the KO. So did JMM.
Emmanuel Steward screamed at Lewis to go for an early KO of Tyson. Lewis told reporters, “No, I didn’t want to do that. Tyson’s a dangerous puncher. I wanted to soften him up with the jab for a few more rounds.” … That’s almost like saying, “My trainer is a fking idiot.”
In fact, chief seconds often call for the KO and you’ll see a little smile creep across the boxer’s face… Like they’re saying, “And get myself knocked out? … That would be really stupid.”Posted April 5, 2014 2:39 pm

Cotto was not weight drained and if he was its his fault for not being a pro. He weighted 1lb less than he did for the margerito fight. De la Hoya was drained, again that ain’t pacs fault that’s Oscars fault, he thought he could come down rehydrate and be too big for Pac, he was the betting favorite and got a deserved ass kicking.Posted April 5, 2014 2:26 pm
Floyd*, stop ducking Manny!Posted April 5, 2014 1:54 pm
Manny beat a weight drained Cotto. Miguel had not fully recovered from the Margacheato fight. Then Manny at least had the balls to admit “catchweight helped me”Posted April 5, 2014 1:10 pm
Hec Dog sorry Manny way too one dimensional to cause Floyd major problems. When Manny was 29 maybe but Packs power, speed , chin and punch rate have declined. Marquez almost killed Manny.Posted April 5, 2014 1:07 pm

I am a fan of both Manny and Floyd any real boxing fan should enjoy watching both fight. The fight between them is definitely more in mayweathers favour however I feel mayweather would have to bring a lot more to the table to beat Manny then he has against recent opposition.Posted April 5, 2014 11:59 am
Manny Pacquiao would more than give Floyd Mayweather fits. You have to understand the stylistic and mental aspects of a fighter. Manny has more speed and power than Mayweather. Ask some of Manny’s current sparring partners that have also sparred with Floyd. They are awed by Manny’s boxing abilities and intelligence. Ask Marquez, he also said that Manny was faster and stronger, and this from a guy that fought them both. Manny has a very unique style that on a one fight basis, no one can beat him when he’s focused and physically and mentally prepared, no one. His early fights were merely experience for Manny. He didn’t have all this amateur fighting background experienced quality trainers so he and to learn on the job. I’ve watched these guys train, and Manny’s south paw style is dangerous. Mayweather has had trouble with south paws. Yes he’s beat them, but he has showed flaws and weaknesses. Manny has more skills, stamina, power, athleticism than all those that gave Mayweather problems. A counter puncher like Mayweather that relies on his defense and reflexes will be off set by Manny’s incredible angles, but more importantly his feints. Floyd’s timing will be off as well as his balance. The shoulder roll will not be as effective, and simply won’t work against Manny’s speed and unique angles he uses. Lydell Rhodes said that Manny was much more difficult to figure out, and this from a guy that has worked with Mayweather many. many times. He said he couldn’t see the punches coming. and that he is smart. I continue to praise Manny as a person because he is deserving, but as a fighter, he is a major puzzle that opponents just can’t figure out in one fight. If Mayweather ever decides to fight Manny Pacquiao, you’ll understand just how great of an athlete and fighter Manny Pacquiao is. On April 12, you’ll see what it’s like to see Manny in prime condition, focused and prepared. Trust me, Manny Pacquiao is one of a kinf. Manny is the best!Posted April 5, 2014 11:34 am
Fact is no one is a interesting fight for Floyd because no one is a challenge he is head and shoulders above the comp. And anyone who knows styles can see Manny would be a another one sided whopping just like all the rest the 46 others he fought. Manny offers nothing special or different, he got floored by a slow and flat footed Marquez. So what do you think Floyd would do to him. I just hate if the fight cannot still be made to shut these pactards up once and for all.Posted April 5, 2014 10:36 am

Bird head, I bet tough tall Eric morales who PAC lost once then retired him would have been a hard fight for Floyd . This guy came frm the woods and had Reputation as a tough tough street fighter. Floyd retired when all of these tons of these fighter had unbeaten records. He waited till they clean each other out. Smart yes, cowardly yes. But it’s business say Floyd, as long he man up for the best of top rank fighter Bradley or PAC at he end he proe his point.Posted April 5, 2014 1:44 am

@Milke Tyson, what i mean is that i constantly hear that Manny “took it easy” on this fighter, or that fighter, or was “thinking about basketball”, or “was busy being a congressman and helping his people”, etc. This is what i mean about disrespecing the sport. That’s why Pac has 5 losses (so far)Posted April 4, 2014 6:47 pm

“Floyd agreed to all of Manny Pacquiao’s demands from glove size, ring size, weight limit, 50-50 purse split and even agreed to Pacquiao’s $10 million dollar fine for every pound Mayweather weighs beyond the welterweight limit. All Mayweather asked for was Olympic style drug testing and that it had to be random, Pacquiao couldn’t give Mayweather that one stipulation and the fight was called off. People wrongfully accuse Mayweather of being a diva or wanting all the favors, but he bowed down to every single one of Manny Pacquiao’s requests, but Manny couldn’t even give Floyd one. There are only two reasons why someone wouldn’t comply to the tests, one; they are guilty or have something to hide, two; they are scared”Posted April 4, 2014 6:41 pm
One thing i notice about Hecdog and other Pacquiao apologists is that they seem to struggle, or “over do it” when it comes to defending Pacquiao’s legacy, i.e. “8 titles in 8 weight classes”, “fighter of the decade”, etc. . Roach said a Mayweather fight might still happen is Manny destroys Bradley and Marquez. Manny should not have to be still trying to prove anything at this point in his career. Why are there still doubts? He still has not proven he can dominate Juan Manuel Marquez, and Floyd Mayweather toyed with Marquez, dropping him once. It’s Manny who has been stopped 3 times, battered and bloodied by Eric Morales, and had a few highgly suspect wins (Hussein, Sanchez, and 3 other fights with Marquez) Truth of the matter is, if Floyd does remain undefeated and retires that way, he will move up considerably on the all time greats list. He has defeated some of the same fighters Manny has, and if Floyd had not retired for a few years, there might not even be a Manny Pacquiao! Legacies are reevaluated all the time, in every sport, look at guys like Mark McGwire and Alex Rodriquez in baseball! They seemed to be certain hall of famers, and went on “tears” in the sport. Look where they are now!
What has this BS got to do with Pacquiao’s next fight?.Posted April 4, 2014 6:36 pm
April 12 could very well be the end of Manny Pacquiao, although he likely will keep fighting because his peeps like Hecdog don’t have a life of their own. Bradley will batter Pacquiao and might even stop him. I’ve seen this a hundred times in boxing with fighters like Pacquiao. Same thing happened to Jeff Fenech when he fought Azumah Nelson for the second time. Somewhat limited fighters like Pacquiao are easy to beat after you figure them out. Manny eats more right hands than a cannibal!Posted April 4, 2014 6:34 pm
Powervct that’s right and exactly why I said Bradley switching to southpaw is to make it uglyPosted April 4, 2014 6:32 pm

Only good fighter Manny beat in the last five years was a dehydrated Cotto way back in 09 since then he has declined along with his ppvs now he is broke begging for Floyd but again he should have took the fight in 09 so where does that leave him fighting Bradley and Marquez over and over in which no one will pay to see that why he is releasing these statements to try to spark interest in a fight no one will pay to watch.
If that’s true ,how does he continue to make 20 million per fight?Posted April 4, 2014 6:16 pm
Bradley you now know how Pacquaio fights so there should be no reason why you should lose this fight..make the small adjustments like you did in the Marquez fight and you’re good..whatever you do don’t trade with Pacquiao’s dumba**.
It’s in Bradley’s nature to return fire. He won’t be able to help himself.Posted April 4, 2014 6:15 pm

Floyd has 45 total fights. Manny has 63 total fights because manny have been fighting two fight per year longer than Floyd beside retired, manny has 18 fight more than Floyd does, can Floyd remain undefeated in 18 more fight? I say hey are even, in history they allway was a final showdown the boxer vs the slugger, remember the matches?
Marquez Bradley Floyd alll deserve to be called the best. We need to see this as Floyd retire yers from now will say he would have beaten PAC easily. Now the chance before you both to old and no one cares to watch old men fight.Posted April 4, 2014 3:04 pm

What do we get? We ge Floyd old man talking steroid, then Floyd talking about it too. what? ………………… Just fight don’t start games, and still today Floyd is playing games. bradley talks like pacquiao’s never fought him before…. i think Bradleys in for a rude awakeningPosted April 4, 2014 1:58 pm
Two things that I noticed in the workout is Bradley is circling mostly to his left, mean he will be fighting on Manny’s lead hand the right, and he will be throwing lots of short left hooks straight hand combos. I’m not sure why Bradley turned southpaw during the work out but I suspected its to make an occasional ugly fight. What Manny needs to do is go around Tim’s left hand and peppers him with straightlefts to nullify his left hook. Bradley saying the fight not going the distance is in itself an admittance that Manny can ko him, knowing he not a calculated power puncher or a accumilated puncher, he’s just good at accumilated punching, his distancing will be compromised due to his movements taking away the little effect he had anyways. His punches are too wide for him to be a distance boxer and is a light puncher to be an all out brawler . He will look good against Marquez because of Juan’s natural countering nature so his calculated distance worked but against a high work rate without effectivness may not work.Posted April 4, 2014 1:53 pm
Yep, 99.9% of people without learning difficulties know Pacquiao deserved the decision in the first fight…Posted April 4, 2014 1:14 pm
Yeah it won’t go the distance because Pacquiao should presume he must win by KO this time. Unlikely we’ll get an absurd decision since the two tards who scored it 115-113 for Bradley are now banished from boxing but you can’t take the chance.Posted April 4, 2014 12:38 pm

Last good fighter Manny beat was a dehydrated Cotto in 09. Roach handpicks Mannys fights guys coming off losses or have weight issues. He though Marquez would fight Manny like he did all of the other times. But he figured Manny out and baited and timed him and lights out a masterful performance by a old ass Mexican imagine what Floyd would do to him. Again Rios was a bum so no one knows if Manny is the same after the devastating KO. Bradley will test him for sure Manny has no KO power left anyone can see he is no longer on the juice. I mean who in the hell climbs five weigh classes and gain speed and power? Nowhere in the history of the sport has anyone did that, usually guy move up and loose power Manny was KOing junior middleweights now he cant drop Rios? Come on nowPosted April 4, 2014 6:02 am

Manny will be tested but again I think this fight is a toss up Manny looked good against Rios but he was handpicked a walking punching bag. Bradley beat Ruslan and Marquez two good fighter one of which KOed Manny. Bradley has something to prove but so does Manny who hasn’t been dominate ina long time since 09 in fact. Yeah Manny is clean he always have been that why he walked away from the biggest fight in the history of boxing over a blood test and 40 million dollars to boot. He agrees to the testing but not 4 days before the fight and quoted “needles make me weak” since the whole PED issue came up he hasn’t been the same and certainly not the wrecking ball he was in 09 anyone can see he is fighting clean now, reason why he gets his ass beat by a 40 year old Mexican MarquezPosted April 4, 2014 1:58 am
Manny Pacquiao has proven to be an honest, giving, humble, sympathetic gentlemen inside and outside the ring. All his opponents and boxing media try their best to get Manny to say something that will seem out of character for him. Manny is as smart, savvy and intelligent outside the ring as he is in it. He never bites. Radio Raheem tried his best to pull it out of Manny, but Manny just gave that million dollar smile and his eyes said it all. Manny Pacquiao is a ball of fire ready to wreak havoc on April 12. The southpaw legend is as prepared physically, mentally and spiritually for his fight against Timothy Bradley. Yesterday he was as cool as a cucumber rubbing shoulder with an ex President of the USA, Bill Clinton. I’m amazed at how Manny can turn on and turn off the ferocious fighting lion inside of him and then put on his pleasant, infectious, larger than life charismatic personality that people love. This is the same man that had the most impressive reign of terror on boxing as he soundly beat the best of his time in 8, yes 8 different weight divisions. Unbelievable! I’m ecstatic to know that I will be in attendance to witness boxing’s most historic fight in decades. The MGM Grand will have echos of “Manny, Manny” Manny” Manny” Manny” Manny” Manny” Manny” Manny” Many” Manny” Manny” Manny” all throughout the night. I’ will be the first to begin the chant, and trust me, I’ve been swimming and running and singing to prepare my lungs and voice for this special occasion. Day and night I’ve practiced non stop. I can’t wait gentlemen. The legend is back and will undoubtedly make this a night to remember. Manny Mania is alive and well. Manny is the best!Posted April 4, 2014 1:56 am

Havoc Pac hasn’t dominated since 09, they always talk this and that about who he is going to KO but it never happens. He didn’t dominate Bradley the first time Marquez put him to sleep and he couldn’t stop Rios who by the way was nothing more than a punching bag. The jury is still out on your boy Manny he should have fought Floyd in 09 now what does he have? Bradley and then Marquez 5 no way he survives both not to mention he is broke with IRS problems…Posted April 4, 2014 1:11 am

More mind games from Bradley… He knows there’s a 98% chance this fight is going 12 full rounds. He just wants to get the D.
Tim is trying to crank Pacquiao up, and make him expend furious energy. He wants to fight extremely relaxed and extremely focused, and pull off the upset..
It’s what he did versus Marquez, only JMM didn’t quite take the bait as much as Tim would have liked. JMM did get a little peed, and Tim got some beautiful openings.
It’s Tim’s best shot.. He knows from personal experience that when you get miffed, angry, or you try to stop somebody, you run into stupid stuff… It can make you look like a fool and you can lose a round you were winning big. Tim is going to have his thinking cap on all the way and try very hard to win each round.
Most don’t remember the Sugar Ray Robinson-Joey Maxim fight, but it’s on youtube. Maxim was a very light hitter like Bradley. He kept telling Robinson he punched like a girl. Robinson had never been KO’d before, but blew his wad and ran out of gas in the 12th…
After the round Doc Kearns said, “Make him punch. He’s done. He won’t finish this round.” Ray did but quit in his corner after the round. Mind games and running your mouth can work.Posted April 3, 2014 11:16 pm

Thanks, playboy! I agree with you as well. I don’t think Pac respects TB’s power, so will likely go straight at him and keep attacking like a relentless savage. If TB pulls out the decision, I predict that it will be a close MD or SD.Posted April 3, 2014 11:03 pm
I’m picking Pacman by KO in this fight; time for Bradley to officially lose.Posted April 3, 2014 11:02 pm
This fight really will be the acid test for Pacquiao; Bradley is determined as hell so if Pacquiao pulls off an impressive win at this stage against him when a lot of people are writing Pac off this will be a great W for his resume. I think Bradley maybe be rated no.2 Welterweight behind Mayweather right now so if Pac wins everyone will be calling for no.1 and no.2 to fight again – more annoyance for Mayweather and more disappointment for the fans. Lets face it, it’s still the fight most people want to see, Pac-Mayweather.Posted April 3, 2014 11:00 pm
@sc – i agree. No way bradley k.o. pac. He only wins via md or ud. But w what happen last time no sure the judges will give tim another decision. Pac know tim cant hurt him so he is going stright at him full speed!!Posted April 3, 2014 10:54 pm

There’s no way that Bradley will stop PacMan. He simply doesn’t have enough power. His only chance of winning this is via close decision. The judges are going to try and right the wrong that took place in the last fight, which was total robbery. And if that means giving Pac the benefit of the doubt on a close decision, they’ll do it.Posted April 3, 2014 10:49 pm
Bradley is one tough SOB he is not taking any shorts, I like if Tim gets past Manny he should fight Floyd. Bradley took Ruslans shots and kept coming with a concussion, Manny is not the same he lost 2 out of his last 3 fights and Rios was garbage so that wasn’t a test he was handpicked, Bradley will test him Manny without juice is just a average joe…Posted April 3, 2014 10:49 pm
I fear for Bradley’s health in this one. Bradley is too tough for his own good. He lost to Provodnikov and took a beating. He lost to Pacquiao and took a beating. This won’t be any different except that Pacquiao won’t let the judges rob him this time. I hope Bradley’s corner is watching out for him.Posted April 3, 2014 10:44 pm
Bradley takes this one …Posted April 3, 2014 10:02 pm

A third Pac-Bradley ? No. Just no.
If Tim pulls it off against the odds, he would have two ‘official’ victories, and no need nor incentive to face Pac again.
Whatever happens on the 12th, these two guys won’t meet again.Posted April 3, 2014 9:09 pm
We don’t know really how getting KTFO effected Manny. Marquez dropping him like that was big and Rios didn’t test him at all but Bradley will, Manny is the one with everything to win or loose and if his heart still in it or is he no longer on the juice all questions will be answered this year but all signs point to Manny is at the end he has no more dehydrated guys to beat…Posted April 3, 2014 9:03 pm
Radio Raheem v Joseph Herron, it would be a good fight, I am the best interviewer, get off my land.Posted April 3, 2014 9:01 pm
knock outs like the one Pac suffered stick with a fighter. Unlike Rios, Bradley’s fast enough to catch Pac with something he won’t see. So the ko possibility is the for Bradley. Besides, has anyone else noticed how Manny’s eyes seem out of alignment now. He really got scrambled by JMM.Posted April 3, 2014 8:53 pm
Rooting for Pacman for a big KO. And I do hope he opens those books up on Arum and sees what the deal is with the numbers and see what he can do to get Floyd like numbers.Posted April 3, 2014 8:51 pm
Bradley probably has enough power to hurt Pac. After all he wobbled Marquez in his last fight. But if Bradley decides to stand and trade with his chin up it’ll more than likely be him as the one on the end of a KO loss.Posted April 3, 2014 8:45 pm

Vanes Martirosyan also said he basically trained himself (with his dad) for his entire pro career despite being with Freddie Roach. He doesn’t blame Roach as he had several fighters to work with but it was time for a change.
If you are an up and comer with amazing natural talent but need a Teacher, who do you go to?Posted April 3, 2014 8:40 pm
Vanes Martirosyan said Top Rank held him back because they won’t work with other promoters. Fighters need to stand up and let the promoters they work for them and not vice versa. Start signing one fight deals since it seems Promoters and Networks can cut you anyway after one loss.Posted April 3, 2014 8:35 pm
True. Years of wars do catch up w u. But bradley doesnt have enough power to k.o. pac. I can see him outboxing him for 12 rds. Bradley by md or ud due to his boxing skills and supreme conditioningPosted April 3, 2014 8:28 pm
@murderman; You can’t train or buy a good chin. Pacman has now been knocked out badly three times in the course of his boxing career to date. So, Pacman has a suspect chin – at best. Let’s not sugar coat things; let’s call a spade a spade.

Bradley by md or ud. Bradley has like 10 k.o.’s in 30 plus fights. Seriously doubts if he k.o.’s pac. Pac has a good chin. He just got caught w the perfect punch!Posted April 3, 2014 7:54 pm
I don’t think PAC has a suspect chin. I do think Bradley is delirious. He wasn’t close to bring fast enough to counter PAC in the first fight. Don’t know how he is going to do it in the second. The Writer definitely doesn’t give the guy enough credit being that he is 31-0 and has beatin a large number if championship fighters. Bradely has one of the best resumes of any active fighter. He loses to PAC AGAIN.Posted April 3, 2014 7:49 pm
We know Pacquiao’s chin is suspect if the opponent is smart. Bradley’s chin isn’t up for debate here.Posted April 3, 2014 7:35 pm
By any stretch, this really is shaping up to be an interesting fight. Two intelligent and respected fighters who appear to be ready to lay it all on the line. Fans will win big if they are as good as their words.Posted April 3, 2014 7:30 pm
