TARK

But I think Dirrell win 8 of 10

TARK

They’re brawlers… They don’t box that well.

Fight Aficionado

Bika and Dirrell can fight 10 times and they’ll split the results 10 fights and look like crap every time. Bad stylistic matchup.

@Popkins

Indeed.

Hi there.I think there should be a international law .not using your girlfriend or wife as a gym punching bag.did you see what happens to their appearance.just look at “one time” thurmans girlfriends face.””YIKES””.unlike all the pretty hot ones .all latino fighters have.big difrence.

He is more likely to have Cliff Richard in his room

DMX – sorry typo… was meant to be judge!! i think the Judge might of has a few young ladies staying in his hotel room.. his misses was back ing england!!

Posted August 18, 2014 10:25 am

DMX

One inch Punch
It was not the ref
who called it 114-114
It was bald fat corrupt British referee and Part time Judge Richie Davies

He also called the first Holyfield v Lewis fight a draw
He can obviously be bought for a nice hotel with his ugly wife and a few plates of food at the Buffett

This is becoming old and tiresome now . .

Boxtra’s Jester

Hi,
I’m Boxtra’s Jester. You may have heard about me every time his picks have been wrong. I get the blame every time because in his and his mom’s eyes he is perfect. I don’t comment on here much because he gets mad and locks me in the closet with his semen stained Elton John porcelain doll collection. Just want to make it clear though if Boxxy is ever wrong it wasn’t him…obviously it had to be me.
Sincerely,
Boxtra’s Jester

I said all along BROOK by UD. My jester was saying Porter by SLAUGHTERHOUSE blah blah blah. Where is my silly jester now? Crying to mommy i’m sure while I CELEBRATED my correct pick once again. I am the greatest fight PROPHET ever born!!!!

Boxing fan…. Amazingly there r still sum American boxing fans/experts that believe this to be true! You wud have thought that the careers of Wladimir, Vitali, Froch and Calzaghe would hav destroyed this myth in recent years.

“Experts … dismissed The Special One’s undefeated record, pointing out only one victory came on USA soil.”

Yes, and as every expert knows, anything that does not take place “on USA soil” is irrelevant.

Congrats to Kelly for winning the title. Porter did all he could and fought as I imagined until the 6th when everything went south. The fight was close in terms of the punches landed by both fighters but Kell won based on landing the cleaner punches. Overall, I think Kell beat my expectation as I thought he would run out of steam and fold in the later rounds, maybe his excessive holding helped to achieve that or maybe that 4 month training camp bore their fruit. It was a tactical fight from Kell, hope to see more of him. Kell vs Thurman please!!!

Posted August 18, 2014 7:06 am

Mally

Trust Khan to have Porter winning by a point or two. He can’t stand Kell, and now he’s won the w/w title Khan nose is out of joint. I don’t think khan derserves to be in the mix, he needs to fight THurman etc, not recoverying god-fearing alcoholics like his last opponent, whoose last decent fight was against Hatton xxxx amount years ago. Unfortunately, Khan will get the Kell fight through public demand and money. I like Kan and respect what he’s achieved in a hard sport, however, he ain’t as good as what he thinks he is, and Kell would probably stop him if they were to meet.

Brook did very well. Cool and calm and well executed plans. Porter looks a one trick pony to me and needs a broader repertoire to be top level.

Got to agree that Boxtradamus called this one correctly, as I did.

Posted August 18, 2014 5:17 am

OneInchPunch

Well Kell had to deal with a dirty fighter and a ref which allowed him rabbit puch, headbut and kidney puch all night… and Kell still won. i honestly do not know what fight the ref how scored 114/114 was at… but it was not Porter v Brook!!

Posted August 18, 2014 4:28 am

Mike Tyson

Or are you saying brooks can’t punch. LOL

Posted August 18, 2014 3:17 am

Mike Tyson

Boxtra, these are ko fighters. if brook landed a flush shot, porter would be sleeping, that my point, no flush landed both side.

Posted August 18, 2014 3:14 am

Popkins

In the UK it felt like Porter was the slight favourite against Kell, but that was mainly because Brook was having to fight on foreign soil, but still many people believed Special K cud take a decision. Didn’t realise that 21 of 21 Ring Magazine experts had picked Porter to win! I guess it was a bigger shock in the USA than in Europe??

Posted August 18, 2014 2:33 am

Just win baby

Thts funny dj whiz I was wondering the same thing abt Thurman’s girl I mean I kno it can get better than tht lol if u ko’ing fools then u need to have the baddest broads on ur arm at all times…

turgid stump

Porter was likely on peds too

Posted August 18, 2014 1:52 am

turgid stump

Porter moved around a lot all very impressive if you are watching ballet or whatever, but he just got countered by a guy who does that for fun.
At the end his face looked like a smashed crab

Posted August 18, 2014 1:23 am

turgid stump

Even Bute only took one go to dispose of bika like Kleenex from an adult theatre.

It’s a joke to call that fight as being for any kind of title just as much as stieglitz and Abraham passing a title between eachother repeatedly.

Posted August 18, 2014 1:19 am

Lefhook

boxtra predicted a landsliding victory for Porter ! And then after the loss goes on about how skills are the most important thing …..bla bla bla What a douge bag you rae boxtra admit when you were wrong …Dont pretend that your sh!t dont smell foul like the rest of us here

Posted August 18, 2014 12:54 am

O B 1

Well said Morgan

Only way to stop a dirty fighter.

Posted August 18, 2014 12:45 am

Mark

brook has basically got himself a retirement fund now based on Saturdays win. His next fight will earn him at least a £1m, if it’s against khan it’ll be £3m-£5m.

Posted August 18, 2014 12:35 am

C.Morgan

I honestly scored the fight 8-3 for Brook. Porter looked extremely amateurish and attempted the same tactics all night and you couldn’t blame Brook for holding Porter..Porters whole game is to run into you and then throw his head around, rabbit punch and use dirty tactics..holding is the only way to counter dirty tactics like that.

Posted August 18, 2014 12:00 am

C.Morgan

Predicting fights is like picking stocks..the pick could go either way and no ones what’s going to happen.

Posted August 17, 2014 11:56 pm

Boxtradamus

Go take some EYE courses. Brook landed flush repeatedly and thats why he WON. The Fight was similar to Mayweather vs Maidana.

Posted August 17, 2014 11:46 pm

Mike Tyson

Still can’t belive this fight both powerfull puncher and undeafeated, and pnt even one flush punche all night. But do hand it to brook did what he had to do, just a bad style match up.

Posted August 17, 2014 11:09 pm

The Prince

Dirrell did great. Especially, when you take into account how he did in the first fight. He made the right adjustment and completely outclassed the difficult Bika, who’s known for making any fight look like a slugfest.

Posted August 17, 2014 10:38 pm

Boxtradamus

“Boxtradumbass did again again,”-Nope. BoxtraFACTass DID it again!!!!! He had stated long AGO that SKILLS was the most important factor in Boxing and Brook proved his point last night. SKILLS is more important than AGGRESSIVENESS.

You won’t be the FIRST guy that Ive SPANKED off of the site for GOOD.

Posted August 17, 2014 10:05 pm

WHAT!?!

Old war torn Froch would still be way too much for Dirrell. If that fight ever happens I’ll have a bet with Boxtra and the loser never posts on ESB again.

Porter by MONSTROUS KO. Brook will be floored multiple times in this bout and his career could get really thrown off track.

Boxtradamus
Brook will LOSE this one by stock boosting stoppage.
Posted July 10, 2014 12:12 am

Porter WINS this by Right hand point blank on the CHIN stoppage. Brook is the BIGGEST SUCKER for Right hands that I have seen in MY LIFE. SLAUGHTERHOUSE WIN by Porter.
Posted August 6, 2014 11:59 pm

Hahahahaha Oh what a loser again. This is a weekly occurrence.

Posted August 17, 2014 9:56 pm

Boxtradamus

Dirrell was more SKILLED than Bika and put more of a hurting on Bika than anyone has in his LIFE. He can’t beat Ward but he’s capable of beating any other SMW including his Brother. He stops Froch or puts a serious beating on him.

Posted August 17, 2014 9:26 pm

What’s UP Doc??? You’d better go take you some DIFFERENTIATION courses because thats not MY post. Your name has been added to the DUNCE list along with TARK, Fight Aficionado, D, LEFTHOOK, Hissydalgo, and a few other DUMMIES. SKILLS WON the night again as it usually DOES. Anonymous, I have agree with you on that Bika is hell to deal with but he looks like his age is starting to show.

Posted August 17, 2014 7:25 pm

te tumbo

i thought that Dirrell looked pretty dangerous and that Sika made it an ugly fight. if only because Dirrell is too slick to be bulldozed into submission at which point clinching is the professional thing to do v. an opponent determined to bulldoze and foul his way to victory. i got a little concerned at Dirrell’s overreaction to the rabbit-punch that put him down but was relieved when he recovered if only because he must’ve also realized that this was a fight he was winning. i don’t think i want to watch Bika fight ever again.

Posted August 17, 2014 7:23 pm

All the fights sucked on saturday.exept the figuerroa one.and one more thing who was that ugly ass looking biaatchh .with” one time ” thurman.got damn she had one small lil eye like popeye.

the only fighter who’s ever looked good against Bika is Bute, of all people. Ward, Calzaghe, the rest, all had a miserable day at the office

Posted August 17, 2014 6:40 pm

8kman

Dirrell vs Bika looked more like a tuff man contest …haymakers and hugging galore ….

Brook came in and did what he needed to do to get the win….way to much holding for my tast but whatever….

Posted August 17, 2014 6:37 pm

detroitko

Dirrell looked just like Ward against Bika…

Posted August 17, 2014 6:22 pm

You’re a day late and a dollar short with this news Strauss. Not to mention it’s redundant as h*ll.

Posted August 17, 2014 6:18 pm

Prof Konje

I was disappointed in the sloppiness of Bika-Dirrell. Dirrell could have made the fight easier if he had boxed more, but would Bika have let him? Clearly Brook outboxed Porter in a good fight. I believe that Brook-Khan would be really big in the U.K. That fight should be made.

Posted August 17, 2014 6:02 pm

Boxtradamus

Dirrell DID what he had to DO. Show ME who looked GOOD vs Bika.
