“the latest yank hype job hits britain. cant wait.”
That yank hype job is gonna beat Burns convincingly, if you knew your boxing, you’d know Crawford is much better than Burns, who is brave, but nowhere near as good as Crawford.
But clearly you don’t know boxing, so it’s okay.Posted March 1, 2014 2:39 pm

Oh you are awful, but I like you.
Burns will be totally outclassed and losing by TKO.Posted March 1, 2014 1:21 pm
I want Crawford to win, but Ricky Burns is a good fighter. I’ve watched a few of his fights and he’s not cheap. But good luck to Crawford.Posted March 1, 2014 9:24 am
first off burns broke his jaw in the second round aganist beltran so im not counting that as a bad performance it was unlucky. Crawford had it nailed on when he said burns isnt really good at anything but burns is a lot like froch has a world class engine & and extreme will to win at any costs and i think at the end of the night we will know if crawford is the real thing or not because burns will be there pressuring and pressuring him every round and we will find out what crawford is about. also sounds stupid but yanks don’t travel welll so im going to put my money where my mouth is and am betting on a burns late knockoutPosted March 1, 2014 8:47 am
Oh I say, look at that!
Crawford = Halle Berry.
Burns = Mo’Nique.Posted March 1, 2014 5:33 am
There will be no shame in Burns losing to Crawford because Crawford will go on to be one of the best boxers America has ever seen winning multiple world titles. Lucky for Mayweather that he won’t ever face Crawford, because he would lose! Terence Crawford reminds me of Pernell Sweet P Whittaker.Posted March 1, 2014 5:29 am
funniest quote of the week.
Billy Nelson “I think the experience Ricky has got will see him through this fight because there’s not a lot in it skill factor wise.” Hahahaha!
Billy, I realize that Ricky is your boxer so you’re gonna big him up and that’s fair enough but, you are deluded if you think Ricky has the same skill level as Terence. Better and slicker skills will be THE key to Crawford winning convincingly, he’s far more skillful than Burns. What we will see is a European level fighter at best lose his world title to a true world class fighter several levels above Burns.Posted March 1, 2014 5:21 am
KO by CrawfordPosted March 1, 2014 5:11 am
According to reports …. Terence Crawford’s trainer Brian McIntyre, asleep in his hotel room at the time of the alleged incident …. was seen by medics having received a blow to the head by a flying Hagis ….
Jim Watt and Ken Buchanan, apprehended soon after and close to the old-skool Scottish Ride-By are refusing to acknowledge who was actually riding the tandem and who was on the cross-bar.Posted March 1, 2014 1:20 am

Hope it’s a good fight because it should be if Burns is in top shape. Crawford by UD. It’s good exposure to the UK but I’m presuming he’ll fight in the US thereafter.Posted February 28, 2014 6:10 pm
Lets get real
Burns title is hanging by a thread – he has rode his luck on his last two outings – Crawford knows if he can dominate and out slick the home favourite he is bringing the title back to the USA. A knockout is preferable to remove any doubt from the judges cards.Posted February 28, 2014 6:09 pm
Crawford WINS WOW I’m going to get about 5 WINS in one weekend!!!Posted February 28, 2014 6:04 pm
I really hope Ricky is on form for this fight.Posted February 28, 2014 5:20 pm

Always have racial comments. Not sure why. But it is ridiculous. Color has nothing to do with this fight.Posted February 28, 2014 1:23 pm
Go on, RICKY!!!!Posted February 28, 2014 12:10 pm

C’mon Ricky!Posted February 28, 2014 11:59 am
Ricky w12 against this latest over rated US bum.Posted February 28, 2014 11:44 am
Crawford will destroy him, but I don’t like his throat slash stuff and now he’s starting to run his mouth. Come on, be humble take care of business and have class.Posted February 28, 2014 11:37 am
You Gotta Earn It Boy
Burns lost the belt to Beltran already. The fact that Burns didn’t actually hand over the belt to Raymundo changes nothing.Posted February 28, 2014 11:24 am
Just back from the weigh in and both guys look in fantastic condition and TC looks very confident and composed and right up for this as does Ricky so it really should be a tremendous fight and we will find out if Crawford is the fighter they are making him out he is as this is a massive test for him mentally and physically.Posted February 28, 2014 11:16 am
Just can’t see Burns getting KOd. He is just too tough. But I can see him getting boxed. Crawford by decisionPosted February 28, 2014 11:00 am
this fight is a joke crawford by a brutal koPosted February 28, 2014 9:10 am
crawford best k.o. burns or he will be burned. good luck to both.Posted February 28, 2014 9:08 am
Mick the Marmalizer
I can only get 2-5 odds on Crawford, which hardly seems worth bothering with.
I’ve no idea what to predict for this fight but I thought Crawford came across very confident and assured on Ringside in the UK last night. I’ve only seen clips of Crawford so I find it difficult to judge and as we all know styles make fights anyway. I’ll be cheering Ricky on as will thousands of raucous Scots so we’ll see how Crawford can handle it all. A great night of boxing beckons!!!Posted February 28, 2014 6:17 am
No idea what the outcome will be. Looking forward to a night of good boxing though. I’ll be surprised if Ricky is KOed, given that he recently fought for 10 rounds with a broken jaw (or perhaps that makes him more susceptible??).Posted February 28, 2014 5:36 am
Haha wot a joke, an easy, safe and somewhat disappointing choice by the Money Man Fraud ‘Insecure’ Mayweather, The ppl wanted Khan because of his speed! (Look at Judah’s first 4 against Fraud, Zab knocked him down too!) Prob won’t fight Manny either for the same reason. It always makes God giggle when we talk of the Irony of how Floyd could nickname himself ‘Money’ and still so cowardly duck dive dodge dip n dodge the Biggest ‘Money’ fight of his career!!!! Haha Classic….Posted February 28, 2014 5:05 am
