Its like I said after the Prescott fight when khan got brutally knocked out inside sixty seconds! I said khan will now be heavily guarded regarding his opponents. His opponents are picked for there slow styles in order to complement khans fast style of boxing but they are not slow and have decent records for nothing as if you are slow and have a good record that usually means you have power and or good timing or are an inside pressure fighter. Khan for his few good skills has the wrong bad skills to mix it at the top. The main one yes you have it is his flawed chin! Khan says a lot of fighters have been knocked out and gone on to be the best and he is right but he fails to mention one thing and that is that they actually had the skills to avoid being knocked out every decent opponent they faced and that main skill is defense. Khan stays inside the pocket and wastes punches and also leaves himself wide open while doing so. Things that you may be able to get away with at a level but not the top level. I’m afraid to say Khan is all hype and will avoid boxers like kell brook all day long why? too fast too slick too much power too risky too good. He says kell is a nobody but picks a jumped up lightweight on the wrong side of the top over a huge British clash vs brook. Khan has and always will pick slow opponents or try to pass them off as what they are not until the can maneuver him into position for a big fight with maximum profit with the least amount of risk possible as he is an illusion.

Whoever wins the tourney, will almost certainly hand Amir another bitter pill by way of defeat. All four of these guys can beat Khan on their day, although Super Judah is at the very end of his career.

Amir will always revert to type—- swarming, head up and moving back in straight lines under pressure….. Would dearly like to see Matthysse or Lamont Peteson emerge victorious from this tourney as I see these two as the most improved fighters at 140 lbs!

Exiled Yank

Wow. It sure seems that Khan is being protected from dangerous fights and gifted a championship opportunity. We all know the Golden rule…

With Judah fighting Garcia there is only Diaz left for Amir khant to fight, golden boy know the other three would beat him. They will leave Khant till last not as a reward it would nessesery as Peterson and Garcia would beat him again and Matthyse would KO him with a near miss the glass chined wonder.

Naturally Golden Boy realizes that Khan needs all the help which it can provide. Could they make it any more obvious that Khan is second rate?

Unfortunately Khan may be facing some hard punchers at the end of the tournament, which is his biggest burden. Also, I think he’s extending his staying at 140 for far too long and may have big issues while trying to make the weight. He’s staying at 140 seems like a quest for revenge before moving up in weigh, but he needs to be careful of what he wishes for!

I somewhat agree with Lee about Garcia being treated like he’s just another contender, while Khan appears to be treated like the champ. After all, Garcia is “the real champ at 140” and he KOed Khan in spectacular fashion. Garcia deserve respect for what he has accomplished this far and though Matthysse may be favored to win the tournament, I like Garcia’s chances.

This is a joke Garcia deserves to be in khans position he is the real champ at 140. I predict matthyse to win the tourney.

Diaz no longer a viable contender….too many tough fights, and hard losses
