33 years old Kevin “Kingpin” Johnson have not impressed the boxing world in 3 years now and his close UD loss to unknown Tor Hamer recently was not that well but then again, he won the Prizefighter Tournament so that’s good but still he haven’t impressed much. 24 year old Tyson Fury seems to be the favorite in ny book but then again, its not fully clear annyway who will win so it looks like to be an competive fight. Nice is what I say.

Fury should come out on top of this one, but who knows? Anything can happen when a H/W connects. Fury would have gained more experiance & exposure had this fight taken place in Canada or the USA & if he’s not gonna fight Price next, then that’s where his next fight should take place.

if fury going to be any thing he has to beat guys like this kevin johnson I think its how a young guy learns even if fury loses I dont think johnson will hurt him bad enough to hurt him in the future . either way the fight goes unless fury should get koed he should take a fight with another fighter in 2 or3 months

Can Johnson derail the hype train of Fury with 17 days notice to fight? If all is legit he should easily outpoint the feather fisted, uncoordinated Fury. I’d prefer to see Fury exposed by a puncher who can actually hurt him.

This is a very good fight, but I give the edge to Johnson. He has a great jab, fine defense, and a very sneaky right hand. I say Johnson in eight or nine rounds.

Honestly, this isn’t the worst matchup if you’re trying to develop Fury. KJ can be boring to watch at times but he is skilled and presents an awkward style that should provide quality rounds for a prospect like Fury. That being said, I have zero interest in watching the fight, because I expect it to involve KJ doing whatever it takes to survive in there but getting outworked by the younger and bigger man.

Saw a picture of Fury working out recently he looks in really good shape pretty cut-up.It looks like Fury is doing the right things and is working hard..this is a nice step for the kid.Fury has alot of time on his side and even a lost here isnt the end of the world..but a win would be great and it would make him a major force down the road.Even if he does win I hope he takes his time and moves wisely and dosent jump to fast for a k-bro. Fury is young and moved in the right way he will be a real force in the near future.
