@The Russian Tyson, you do ask a legitimate question………but it is not the only question.
Who has the better boxing skills and ringcraft will ALSO determine who progresses to the top level and who becomes an also ran.
Abdulsalamov isn’t in the same league as the others you mentioned as far as boxing skills are concerned…….yes he punches hard……..but his boxing skills are very limited……and arguable he has been the most hit out of the 4 boxers you mention.
Remember……..a good defence is equally if not more important than offence……..Abdulsalamov fails miserable in that department…….yes he may well KO some names along the way but his limited boxing skills will also limit his progression.

Mitchell definitely has talent, but like Price, he’ll have to hustle at 30 if he wants his big chance. It depends on how hungry Mitchell is. Wilder has been averaging 5 fights per year, and he’s sparred with both Harrison and Klitchko this year. Another ambitious prospect is Edmund Gerber, a “dark horse,” who keeps fighting and winning without all the hype.

The Russian Tyson

All of these up and coming heavyweights face the same little nagging questions. And it can really be boiled down to one question. Can their chin take a punch ? Mitchell, Abdulsalamov, and Wilder have either been hurt or knocked down by opponents that weren`t A-level so far in their careers and Price was stopped in the amateurs. The answer to that question will determine whether they will move up or down.

Better yet, Fury-Helenius. They both could not KO Chisora. They should try KOing each other. Put all those EU belts on the line. Mitchell is trying to build up his learning curve. Fury is light years ahead on his curve. He probably does not need to learn anything. Fury-Helenius would be a great money maker for Fury.

Fury-Price . . .

Seth Mitchell is good but when Tyson 2fast Fury fights him he’s getting hammered early

Mitchell-Banks is a good match up. It should be a fun fight. Seth by KO.

What exactly makes him a sensation? Is he in his early 20’s? What contenders has he beaten?
