Although I prefer the booze flowing and a lounge full of histerical mates absolutely going off . . .

If she was posting comments on blogs and message boards about boxing
I would be like WTF . . .

Lying King, dude you have tried to invite I don’t know how many posters to childish cage matches in Arizona who are YOU to discuss banning anyone? Your weak attempts at intimidating people you are NEVER gonna meet… Just like a Nazi you only want the site populated by people like yourself and Bears or those who share your opinions and beliefs… Personally I enjoy contrarian perspectives and find debates FUN, no need to control who has access to the site that’s NOT an American perspective freedom wise.

TJ: Totally agree with you as well. It would change everything on ESB for the better and I can’t understand for the life of me why they allow this sort of chaos.

At times, I’ve been guilty of being baited by trolls with nefarious agendas and going off on off-topic arguments and debates. So I’d love that type of format because it would keep everyone on topic and cut out most of the silly B.S.

Neither GGG nor Chavez have any chance against Froch. GGG is not big enough and would not stand up against Froch’s strength and punching power. Chavez has very poor defense and does not box as well as Froch.

I find it strange that so many people believe that Golovkin would beat Froch.look at Carl’s resume, then look at Golovkin’s,who’s best opponent was macklin.golovkin is as easy to hit as froch, the difference being Froch has proven he has a granite chin, golovkin hasn’t,and I could see it being an exciting fight, with Froch ultimately wearing GGG down and stopping him.people underestimate Froch time and time again, his bodypunching seemingly goes un noticed.let’s see how GGG fares vs geale,it wouldn’t surprise me if Geale wins.I’m not sold on GGG yet.The best thing I can say about him is he has a great engine, but so does froch.

Why is it that Ward can;t pull a crowd yet MAry Popkins who fights far dirtier and is a cheating SOB can?

Go figure.

Ward should be P4P #2 behind Mayweather but instead he’s a man that time forgot.

Posted June 3, 2014 6:51 am

Compared to some Boxing Websites this site still pretty good
A lot of others just dissolve into a race war
Mexicans or Latino fight fans against African Americans
No clear thinking, no understanding, just hatred

I find that here the two sides seem to be fans that love Mayweather, love Ward and Hopkins

The other group follow Pacquaio, GGG, Froch, Thurman and all action attack dogs

Whilst I can appreciate the top group apart from Hopkins (who is a dog)
I am firmly In the latter fan base group

If they’d change the format of this site so that you’d have to register and be forced to post with one alias/handle only, it would dramatically improve the quality of content on this site. It would automatically become more respectable, and at that point, a few women might actually show up to talk about boxing. But don’t expect them to be hot or attractive or looking for dates — that would be a delusional fantasy.

Totally agree with your above comment.
It would also stop people baiting others on nefarious agendas that some have.

I love to chat all things boxing, but don’t like reading other posts that have nothing to do with the sweet science.

Squared-Circle Real Talk (a.k.a. LionKing)

There never has been any women on ESB except for old hag Bugner. If you’re spending time on this site to try and meet women, you have absolutely no game at all and will probably never get laid again for the rest of your life…lol. This is serious boxing site where men talk, debate and argue the science. Arguments sometimes get heated and insults get exchanged. It’s always been this way and probably always will.

The major problem with ESB is that you can post under any alias/handle at anytime — which makes it a virtual, dream land for troll boys. What I’ve observed over the years is that some of the very best posters get anonymously insulted and constantly harassed by immature cyber-terrorists who don’t know nearly as much about boxing.

If they’d change the format of this site so that you’d have to register and be forced to post with one alias/handle only, it would dramatically improve the quality of content on this site. It would automatically become more respectable, and at that point, a few women might actually show up to talk about boxing. Richard Schaefer resigns as Golden Boy Promotions CEO
Lem Satterfield
June 2, 2014
Richard Schaefer, the CEO of Golden Boy Promotions, has announced that he is leaving the Los Angeles-based company that he helped start 10 years ago, according to a press release sent out on Monday.

“After more than 10 years with Golden Boy, it is time to move on to the next chapter of my career. This decision has required a great deal of personal reflection, but ultimately, I concluded that I have no choice but to leave,” read the release.

“I have succeeded in banking, and I have succeeded in boxing, and I look forward to the next opportunity. I am proud to remain a shareholder, so I have a strong interest in the continued success of the company. I am proud of what we have accomplished at Golden Boy, but I now look forward to new challenges.”

Schaefer said he could not add any more to his comments, citing the advice of his attornies.

“The statement says it all,” Schaefer told “I’m going to be evaluating my options. It was just time to move on.”

Showtime’s Stephen Espinoza declined comment.

The announcement, which was first posted on the website, did not state if Schaefer plans to continue to work as a promoter in the boxing business.

@ Boxing Barlow: I must with all respect disagree that GGG chin has never been tested.. Curtis Stevens throws cinder blocks and he connected flush with GGG he made him back up a couple of times. GGG has the advantage of a very good AM career. I agree that his resume is somewhat weak compared to Froch but so is 99% of the boxing worlds resume compared to Froch.

Chavez IS a chump. He has one shot – the left hook. He is inactive for 2/3 of a round plodding forward, he lets people tee off on him. He cheats with diuretics, and has never beaten a B level fighter. Mathew MAcklin put on a better display vs Martinez than Chavez did.

Froch is the solid #2 in the SMW. Chavez was never even the #2 at MW.
Froch trains like a Spartan, Chavez smokes like cheech and chong.

SOrry, get that crap out of here. CHavez would be killed.

Hookoffthejab, lets see GGG actually start beating some World Class foes and if he smashes Jr then that’s a damn good start… At this point though all I hear and see is HYPE and this belief that nobody can last in the ring with Golovkin, and if we are talking about the Ishida, Ouma, Rosado, Stevens level of boxer (not World Class at the weight) then perhaps you are right.

One of my favourite Naz fights was that one in Scotland
Naz ever the entertainer swaggered to the ring complete in kilt and sunglasses to the track “here come the hot steppers”
Proceeded to batter, tease , play with his Mexican foe before incredibly halfway through a combination he stopped for a split second to start gyrating his hips in a little dance before stopping and carrying on the punch onslaught

I had never seen anything like it

Last names for now

Paul Hoko Hodkinson

Dynamo Colin Dunne!

Remember Hoko vs Gregorio Vargas! wow!

Spencer Oliver vs Patrick Mullings! I thought .Mullings was a sure thing (how wrong I was)

what about Welshman Floyd Havard…Good fighter on ITV lots.

There are so many fighters I’ve forgotten that were decent pros back then!

Posted June 2, 2014 11:55 am

memories of Naseem Hamed vs Kevin Kelly… like a lot of Naz’s fights i saw it in a nightclub. I think it was the Hippodrome and we’d been clubbing, but sat down for a meal and watched the fight in awe. Naz is down! What! Kelly is down! Naz touches down! It’s all over for The Flushing Flash!

It’s funny. I never had Sky in Naz’s pomp, so would be out at a sports bar or club but see all his fights in the midst of a crowd of fans, vs Steve Robinson, Tom Johnson and amongst all the tombstones for his Halloween fight with the Irish buzzsaw, Wayne McCullough (another tough as nails fighter)…. Naz brought the showbizz and the swagger to boxing!

All old grizzled UK fans may remember Welsh bad boy Neil Swain, covered in dodgy tattoos with a arrest sheet as long as your arm

Possibly my favourite worn out VHS fights off Midweek Sports Specials was his fight with Gary De Roux

another few I remembered for my list is Manchester warrior Mike Brodie and North Londons Pat Mullings

People thinking that Chavez Jr is a “Chump” are also getting ahead of themselves.. The guy lacks discipline at times and he is not hard to find with a punch but he is STRONG, has his daddys chin and he can punch.. Chavez lost to the most talented Middleweight around at the time (Martinez) who gave him a boxing lesson for 11 rounds and pounded him, but Julio NEVER stopped coming and damn near flattened Martinez in the latter two rounds… Thinking that GGG or Froch are just gonna KO every opponent is fundamentally immature and in Golovkins case consistent with the over extension of credit his largely padded resume has generated..Golovkin is gonna get pushed by a STRONG World Class fighter and then we will see whats really in the tool bag, Froch is NOT the most talented guy around but I would not doubt his will when the going gets tough he has banged with the best around his weight class…Watching GGG dispatch Ishida, Stevens and that guy and Morocco has some of ya’ll acting like guys who have been huffing paint too damn long…

Posted June 2, 2014 11:42 am

I started out as a big fan of Chris and felt very smug when he beat Benn, as I told anyone who’d listen he would. Then, I went off Chris and supported Benn in the Manchester rematch! I enjoyed All 4 SMW: Benn, Watson, Eubank and my favourite Collins.
I rooted for Big Frank versus Lennox in Wales…

I’m trying to think back to the early 80s and all the fights I’ve seen and it’s bring back memories.
We talked about the Collins brothers. Do you remember the Feeney brothers and Ray and Trevor Cattouse?

Funny thing is George Feeney stooped Ray Cattouse in the 14th round of a British Lightweight defence? Ray’s cousin comes down my gym from time to time! Small world!

I like your list. My list isn’t the best UK fighters in history, just the ones I have seen or were there when I first fell in live with boxing.

The 2 Carls…
Lloyd HONEYGHAN…(I’m lucky enough to have seen him when he went life and death with Cliff Gilpin at Royal Albert Hall and then with Shufford and Stafford)
Rocky Kelly
Charlie Magri
Barry McGuigan
Naseem Hamed
Dennis Andries
Steve Collins
Tony Sibson

The above list is not exhaustive, and I’m sure I’ve missed loads of guys I liked to watch like Pat The Flash Barrett… Ricky Hatton said he was the hardest hitter in his gym….
All of the above guys have left me with indelible memories of their fights, some of which .i was lucky enough to see in the flesh!! Shoot! I forgot Colin Jones, the left hooker from Wales! What a fighter he was!

Posted June 2, 2014 11:24 am

We have spoken about this before
I would agree with you
With Carl Foch and Carl Thompson being in my UK Top 10

I’d add
Chris Eubank
Nigel Benn
Kirkland Laing
Naseem Hamed
Ricky Hatton
Lloyd Honeyghan
Pat Barrett

And honourable mention to Michael Gomez and Bobby Vanzie

I know I will think of other hero’s of mine, but that’s my listing for Monday 2nd June

America already knew Carl, who went there and beat Jermain Taylor in a classic come-from behind victory…. After his KOS of Bute, who was well-fancied in America and his 2 wars with Kessler, Froch’s HIGHLIGHT REEL was already better than most fighters.

Now, after his KO punch of GROVES, Carl can write his own checks.

I can bet you every site in Vegas, Texas, LA will be desperate to get him to fight there!

I just watched the last moments of Taylor, Bute and then Groves on Sky News and I would be sold even if I wasn’t a fan of boxing!

I would like to see Carl fight in Vegas and to get Kel Brook on the undercard with Porter and to get Anthony Joshua on the undercard as well against someone who can take him a few rounds.

That would be a decent card for starters. If they could get someone like Matthysse or even a Bika vs King Arthur Abraham unification, it would be a stacked card and one which tens of thousands of Brits, myself included would travel out.

I love Vegas, have many friends there and need no excuse to jump on a plane and take in the boxing….. Just, don’t tell the missus!

Squared-Circle Real Talk (a.k.a. LionKing)

Froch already publicly admitted that he’s going to avoid 3G because he hits like a mule — which was very wise on his part. He simply does not want to fight the smaller man. So we can pretty much stop taking about that match-up because according to Froch….it will never happen.

Posted June 2, 2014 11:08 am

the last time george had a mullet he was five years old.

Froch got his redemption. The referee stole a decisive victory from Froch during the first fight. Now there’s no debate.

Posted June 2, 2014 11:07 am

Classic line about the denim washed jackets and mullets!

Funny thing is George used to have a mullet himself, when his hair was longer. Check out his earlier fights! TBH Carl had a mullet also… I used to watch him when he was on both BBC and ITV when he had only just turned pro and used to be a regular studio guest on boxing nights talking to the likes of Ronald McIntosh (I always call him MacDonald) and Jim Beglin… FROCH has always been a good talker and confident in his own ability.

Right now Carl COBRA FROCH and Carl THE CAT Thompson are my all-time 2 favourite British fighters…. truly VFM! Value For Money!!

Posted June 2, 2014 10:57 am

Yeah point taken on board Boxing Barlow
But I think a lot of Froch fans have been annoyed by this little repulsive venomous squirt

Carl Froch has provided British Boxing fans with absolute classic fights when we have had very little to cheer about
He always brings it, fights till a stand still, has a heart the size of a hatchback car

We don’t take kindly to disrespectful boasting braggarts who bad mouth our Champions at every opportunity

I jumped about 2 metres in the air when the Cobra put that ponce to sleep

One thing people are quick to foget about GGG. Because he has been bashing people out left right and centre his own chin has yet to be tested! If he failed to knock Froch out theres no doubt Froch would come after him like a steam train. How would GGG chins hold up to Froch’s bombs. Now we all know Froch’s chin can hold up, or even if he goes down he gets back up. Would GGG survive that punch Groves took?

Wasting his career!

Posted June 2, 2014 10:48 am

Great points. I agree with you. I think Jean Pascal is far too musclebound for my liking and having been in with FROCH, Dawson, Hopkins and Bute he certainly has top class experience.

I would like him to get a decent conditioner to remould his muscular shape in favour of a more athletic one, with a better engine as he is not a big puncher.

If he could replicate the version that fought FROCH I think be would be a viable figure at 175 for the big 3! Right now, he’s treading water and washing his career.

DMX – A little harch dude. He’s just provided us with one of the biggest boxing events of all time and helped put boxing on the map. Froch is a legend but there’s no doubt he struggles to sell fights off his name alone. Hatton did the Man City ground against Lazcano and Calzaghe the Millenium Stadium against Peter Manfredo! They werent looking to book Wembley for Froch’s fight with Yusef Mack who was the same level of fighter as Manfredo/Lazcano were. Froch needed a George Groves to get the fight publics interest in him to the same levels as Calzaghe and Hatton. I honestly think Groves will come again and will be firmly behind him as I will be behind Froch when he goes back out to the states.

People thinking that Froch has no chance against GGG are sucking the hype trains exhaust pipe a little too hard, truth is that Froch has WAY more World Class opposition on his resume than Golovkin its NOT even close, also Froch has fought in a higher weight class than GGG who has several wins over guys who were better at 154… Froch is a TOUGH fighter and when a slugger cannot get a guy out early then his mettle is gonna be tested..Golovkin enjoys the benefit of the doubt against too many fighters absent the quality of wins to support all this faith in his future…

TJ – Yeah Kovalev V Pascal sounds good to me. Pascal has never looked the same kind of fighter though as he did that night against Froch. That was the first time I had seen him fight and i was very impressed with him. Your right about his output. That night he almost matched Froch. His out put was massive, his chin was strong. He traded with Froch and lived to see the final bell and there is probably only him and Kessler who have really been to war with Froch. Pascal lost that close fight but when he moved up and I expected good things from him. However every time I have tuned into his fights after he has just looked unfit to me. He fights in such short bursts and looks a completely different fighter to that which took froch to hell and back. I know he has had some sucess but he does not look the same fighter to me. However I think the Froch fight proved he has a decent chin, and whilst he fights in spurt he has a decent defence so I think a Kovalev fight would be a good further indication of how good Kovalev is. However if I’m honset I would rather see Froch v Kovalev than any other fight available to Froch right now. Imagine what a war that would be!

Sorry, the following line was taken out of context by predictive text – I hate it!

It would be a mega money match in Canada if Krusher is willing to go and we can get Bute on the card vs a sedentary name and also a guy I like David Lemieux in at Middleweight vs another name.

It should have read Bute on the card vs a decent name…

Posted June 2, 2014 7:54 am

You mentioning Ontario, got me thinking of Jean Pascal. He is missing a dancing partner after smashing Bute. What do people think of a Kovalev vs Pascal match?

Both guys are looking for fights and this will be exciting whilst it lasts.

Pascal would have to reach the levels of output he produced for the FROCH fight, since which ?I believe he has been on cruise control, just to keep up with Krusher.

If Krusher crushes Pascal, then the noise will be deafening for him to be involved in unifications with both Superman and The Alien.

It would be a mega money match in Canada if Krusher is willing to go and we can get Bute on the card vs a sedentary name and also a guy I like David Lemieux in at Middleweight vs another name.

Canada is one of the few places outside of UK where people will turn out in numbers to watch a decent card.

Just a suggestion.

TARK, what do you think about Kovalev vs Pascal? I know the world and his wife think Krusher wins, but will it be competitive enough for a PPV?

Well here I am eating humble pie. I thought Groves would outpoint Froch on Saturday night and I got it wrong big time. But moving on Chavez Jnr fight looks to be on the table. Personally I’m suprised Chavez wants any part of Froch. Its very easy to under estimate Froch’s boxing ability and although I tipped Groves to win on Saturday night it was not so much I underestimated Froch’s skills more that I over estimated Groves’. Whilst at the very elite level of Ward, Froch got out hussled and made to look a bit of a fool, he has put some decent boxing displays on against some good fighters. Kessler, Abraham and Pascal have all been outclassed by Froch over 12 rounds without the need for him to find that knock out blow. Kessler and Pascal in particular are very decent boxers so Frcoh definately has more to his game than just a knock out punch and a solid chin. So moving onto Chavez Jnr I cant see him standing much chance against the cobra, considering he has been in seriously close fights with fighters like Sebastian Zbik, Matt Vanda and Carlos Molina.

After seeing what happened between Froch and Groves Saturday night if I was Ward I’d be bending over backwards to make a fight with Froch in the UK. Ward must be wondering what he has to do to get the recognisition his skills deserve. While Mayweather sells out Vegas in big money bouts Ward is boxing in the Citizens Business Bank Arena, Ontario! Imagine the experience Ward would get coming over to the UK fighting in a similar event to the one just staged with Groves. He would have the opportunity to really add to his legacy by coming to the uk and taking part in a mega event with everything stacked against him, while still expecting to get the win.

Posted June 2, 2014 7:12 am

BTW, I do not think Cobra is limited. I’m hoping to see him reintroduce his Cobra uppercut vs Chavez Jr. if he lands it up close or mid range, we could see another stunning KO win!

Posted June 2, 2014 5:47 am

IMHO I TRULY believe Carl Cobra FROCH will not only beat Chavez Jnr, but probably stops him late.
Reasons: I used to watch Chavez Jnr on Sky as a Jnr Lightweight, skinny beanpole on Antonio MARGARITO undercards…. I thought he would never make it back then, as he had no amateur experience and somewhat limited technique.

FFWD to the late 2000s and I watched Jnr on Setanta Sports and headlining Latin Fury shows. I was unimpressed by him squeaking by the likes of journeymen like Matt Vanda.

I then watched him weigh about 20 pounds more than Marco Antonio RUBIO and IMHO he lost that fight but got the W…

Then, there is the Brian Vera (of Contender fame) debacle. I believe he lost the first bout, but be won the return.
Chavez has only looked good smashing out the truly, awful Peter Manfredo (Contender fame), but showed a little improve rematching Vera.

FROCH is a massive SMW, his long arms and solid punching behind his frame will bust Julio, (who is truly a face-first fighter) up round after round.

Both men trade on their toughness, resilience, ability to absorb super amounts of punishment, but the real clincher is that FROCH is not as one dimensional as Jr. FROCH with mix it up and not allow Jr to get close range to land his decent hooks to the body and try and use his body weight against him.

This will be another FOTY candidate as their styles will blend so well, as we saw in Cobra’s two wars with Kessler. Jnr will land some, but he will take some more back from the strongest, toughest and hardest puncher he will have been in against.

I reckon Cobra stops him around round 10, battered, exhausted, but still on his feet, with the fight literally punched out of him…. ( unless Jr. can somehow rehydrate to 200 lbs)!!!!

Squared circle – can I just check – is that the REAL Squared Circle saying Chavez Jnr would beat Froch?

I want to pay a good poster the courtesy of making sur eit is them, before I tear into something as utterly ridiculous as that assertion.

Funny isn’t it that it’s Froch and not Ward who’s turned out to be the true star and cash cow of the division. He’s the ultimate over-achiever.

Mick the Marmalizer

In an ideal World Froch fights Chavez Jr @ Vegas followed by Ward in the UK & then retires as a future HOF’er!

Posted June 2, 2014 3:32 am

Freddie Roach Ate My Hamster

Ward may as well have retired, he’s not an active fighter. Froch isn’t ducking soggy, due to injuries and litigation soggy hasn’t been there to fight. Get soggy in the ring and having a meaningful fight for the first time in 2 years and Froch can be chasing or ducking him. As one of the most talented boxers in the world, soggy’s hiatus is a tragic waste but it’s not Froch’s problem.

You’ve been riding Froch’s sack so hard that he’s begging you to get off his his d!ck because it’s so sore.

No wonder there are no women on ESB ..

Posted June 2, 2014 1:49 am

Carl Froch wants nothing to do with Ward. He’ll be fighting guys he can beat and go to the bank with it. Sad thing is, everyone knows SOG is the true champ.

Squared-Circle Real Talk (a.k.a. LionKing)

The alias/handle “mephisto” did not show up on ESB until a few weeks ago. That tells me and everyone else that you’re just a newbie or troll imposter with no established reputation who knows very little about boxing. Frankly, you don’t belong on this thread, son. So step off, puto Ingles!

Posted June 2, 2014 1:02 am

Am I supposed to know what “puto” means? go away, irrelevant, pretentious, stupid, moron.

Posted June 2, 2014 12:49 am

i’m old enough to put you to shame. Stop posting.

mephisto: You’ve been riding Froch’s sack so hard that he’s begging you to get off his his d!ck because it’s so sore. If you want some MFer, just fly out to sunny Phoenix AZ and I’ll be more than happy to give you a free MMA lesson, you f*cking puto. But you’re such a cowardly weasel that you have to hide behind fake handles and throw stones at me from behind the shadows. I know exactly who you are are,. but I don’t know your age. How old are you puto, 17???

This f/ucking guy, squared circle, keeps sucking GGG’s di-ck , a boxer that is still unproven against quality opposition and at the same time, attacks Froch, a guy with a resume of an ATG. That disqualifies this f/ucking moron from ever posting again, go the f/uck away, forever, you, stupid pri=ck.

Squared-Circle Real Talk (a.k.a. LionKing)

mephisto: If you can’t see that Froch’s all-around technique and athleticism is limited in some ways, than you don’t know all that much about the science. I know you’re all jacked-up and high on English pride after last night, but please calm down and be reasonable — like a grown, intelligent man.

Truth is that Ward will beat Froch again in a rematch and 3G would punish him and knock him out in brutal fashion. Chavez also has a very good chance at beating Froch. Although I appreciate your passion for boxing, your passion often overrides your logic, rational thinking, and the ability to effectively analyze prospective match-ups.

“but he’s NOT an elite boxer…” squared as$hole, after that statement you should never post again and do what you should have done 15 years after you were born: kill yourself for the benefit of the human race.

Posted June 1, 2014 11:08 pm

lol…because they put on entertaining fights…Ward doesn’t

Posted June 1, 2014 11:04 pm

LOL…we’re not talking about that tonight!!! LOL

I definitely agree with Gogue on this. Chavez would beat Froch — as long as he takes his training very seriously. Froch is a great fighter, but he’s NOT an elite boxer and has plenty of flaws in his technique.

Froch WON by Nottingham NASTY knockout just as I predicted! !!!!! I am the GREATEST Fight Prophet ever born! !!!!!!

Well said, Squared!!! Good to have you here!!

Posted June 1, 2014 10:17 pm

Its not Froches responsibility to fight 3G its Martinez job if he beats Cotto. If 3G decides to campaign at 68 then thats a different story. Froch is willing to fight Ward but the fight does have to take place in the U.K to have the electricity its suppose to have. Cant blame Ward for not agreeing though he could dominate the fight and get strongarmed on the cards. So Chavez makes the most sense and id be glued to the tv for that one great matchup.

mephisto: You can attack and insult me from behind the shadows using fake aliases/handles, but please don’t do it on The Pugilist KOrner threads. This is the one comment board on ESB that’s supposed to be respected and taken seriously. So please STFU and save your sophomoric, passive-aggressive attacks for another board. Thanks

lol!!! Thank you, Luke!!

Posted June 1, 2014 10:12 pm

Perhaps i was too hard on Ward, Luke

Posted June 1, 2014 9:56 pm

“I feel really bad for 3G…” don’t, GGG is pretty pleased with you sucking his balls 24/7.

Posted June 1, 2014 9:55 pm

I think things will start opening up for GGG with Soliman wanting unification and the Geale fight coming up.

Squared-Circle Real Talk (a.k.a. LionKing)

I feel really bad for 3G and Sanchez because all the top fighters in the world continue to avoid him like the plague. Nobody wants to fight 3G and I do mean nobody!

Squared-Circle Real Talk (a.k.a. LionKing)

Froch was very smart to openly admit that avoiding 3G is wise because he hits too damn hard and his technique is nearly perfect. He would totally outbox and smash Froch to pieces. Now Chavez would be a great match for Froch and I’d love to see it. You’re right on the money here, Joe!
