Small Claims Court- ‘Why can’t latino pack the arenas when they fight each other?’ Like Cotto vs. Margarito2 at MSG? Which has about a thousand more seats than MGM & no casinos to comp tickets. The two biggest stars are alternating fights on Cinco de Mayo every year. Nobody is going to set up a PPV card opposite Pac or lil floyd. That isn’t smart business.

So far no Mexican has given Floyd a tougher fight then Puerto Rican Miguel Cotto, Per Floyd himself… to be honest Mexicans have been a piece of Cake for Floyd.. Gurerrero will be the same…

if you ask me, Floyd is honoring the willingness of Mexican fighters to challenge him. who else can even make it worth “Money’s” valuable time? Bradley? Alexander? Malignaggi? Thurman? WHO other than a willing, determined, and worthy “Mexican” who will show up to fight and bring along a holiday-load of paying fight-fans to watch? . . . “this court is now adjourned” . . . NEXT?

“Why are bowing, crawling, begging to fight Mayweather?” because Floyd is the best. are you seriously implying that Mexican fighter’s aren’t entitled to challenge the best? “Why are Mexican fighters not fighting each other on Cinco Mayo?” they are: Mares v. Ponce, which could’ve easily headlined this Cinco de Mayo fight-card with or without Mayweather but as the best, Floyd’s availability only enhances the card. Wtf was so complicated about that challenge? i thought this was “Supreme” not traffic court(?).

TARK, the primary thing that was exposed by DLH’s “excessive running” was Trinidud’s utter inabilty to walk him down and make him pay. after all, isn’t that the advantage of forcing an opponent to “run” away? instead the prime Trinidud was transformed into a plodding, flailing, bedeviled, and bewildered one-dimensional slugger with simply atrocious movement and footwork. THAT was the intention of Gil Clancy’s and Alacaraz’s firm instructions of “Move!” and “Box!” to DLH between rounds and he obediently did as instructed. also, TriniDud did absolutely NOTHING to earn a 10-8 final round, which conveniently puts him over the top on your scorecard. it was simply more of the same impotent display of zero boxing-punching ability. your scorecard is Wrong. you might as well be defending a re-election vote for Dubya. so what if he won? it was a vote for the wrong man and the wrong reasons.

Dr what ever…..Are you nut?
Why can’t latino pack the arenas when they fight each other?
Don’t even mention Trout Canelo stadium, the tickes were historically lowered to $10!

Te Tumbo:
My point is, yes there is a home fan base, just like Coca Cola and Apple have their home customers (US); however TALENT transcend the boundaries of a home base.

Why can’t mexican fighters take advantage of the Cinco to break the PPVs?
That’s the question?
Why are bowing, crawling, begging to fight Mayweather?
I dare you guys to even attempt to provide an answer…
I repeat: Why are Mexican fighters not fighting each other on Cinco Mayo?
Why are they applying to Floyd Mayweather in order to fight on Cinco?

Small claims Court-‘..his “clients” are predominantly (allegedly) Mexicans…’ Allegedly? You know this isn’t 1985, right? Boxing disappeared from terrestrial TV in the U.S., EXCEPT the weekly, televised cards on Spanish channels like Telemundo. Regular CBS made sure it featured a latino headliner in it’s boxing return. Lil Floyd stacks his PPV undercards w/ latinos & will face a Latino in all but 2 of his most recent fights. All these fights were on Mexican Independence weekend or Cinco de Mayo weekend -except Hatton. Coincidence? I think not. Lil Floyd hasn’t been rushing to book up St. Patrick’s weekend, July 4th or Juneteenth for his annual appearances. You don’t see Hennessy card girls. Lil Floyd may be the draw but he knows who the largest part of the audience will be.

SUPREME COURT, without the laboured use of gratuitious legalese, Yes. in the 80s, “Iron” Mike Tyson was a Draw but in this day and age Floyd Mayweather is not an independent Draw. are you utterly oblivious to the shift in demographics among boxing’s fanbase? otherwise, your rationale assumes that there’s been none(?). that may fly in isolated pockets of the midwest but i’m right in the middle of it and the shift is dramatic and international. although, things seem to be picking up with the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn but the biggest fight-cards will always and smartly attempt to piggy-back off of the biggest fanbase’s holidays and special occassions, e.g., Cinco de Mayo and September 16. or perhaps you neglected to read or understand the title of this article? . . . Even Oscar admitts Mosley kicked his can in the 1st fight… Again, you had one judge who gave the 1st fight to Oscar so you do have a lot of really terrible judges in Boxing… Not only was De La Hoya-Mosley II a Unanimous Decision by the judges — 80% of the ringside reporters gave Mosley the verdict — Jim Lampley was angry at the verdict and started polling reporters and sportswriters to see if they agreed with the decision… Lampley said this on the air.. “We may be on the wrong side of this.. I just polled ringside reporters and 4 out of 5 had the fight 115-113 for Mosley.”

That’s the same score I had watching TV and ignoring what the commentators said. I believe the viewing public is massively influenced by 3 commentators yappings about the fight, and their scores.. I had Oscar up 5 rounds to 2 after 7 rounds — I didn’t think he could lose at that point.. Mosley just outfought him for the last 5 rounds, landed the better punches, controlled the action, and forced the fight.

DLH was something like Zab Judah was for most of his career.. Oscar would jump out to a big lead and let it evaporate in the late rounds.. Judah would do the same, but turned that around in this last fight where he got badly outsped and beaten up by a young kid for 9 rounds and ran off with rounds 10, 11, and 12 … Last thing I ever expected was for Zab to get floored, beaten up, and come back late… Zab’s should have been that mentally and physically ready from when he was 25 on, and he would have had a different career.

Mayweather at this point is making MORE $$$$$$ than Mike Tyson did per fight so who really cares??? And Mayweathers his own boss so he’s NOT sitting around with Don King raping him before the sweat drys… Mike was a beast and Obviously one one the Great enigmas of all time, but for a guy who’s not even a HW to literally run boxing and command the purses Mayweather does is astounding… And he does not even KO everybody!!! Skills pay the Bills

Posted May 3, 2013 10:02 am

Man please Oscar was should have has one victory against Mosley and certainly Trinidad at 147… ODH was 5″10 trying to make 130 give it a rest he had a nice package at 147, but he became too inactive and by his own admission did not have the level of dedication that Gloyd has to boxing… That’s why FMJ is still #1 at 36, but Oscar was a Great gutty fighter even in that foolish attempt to see Hopkins at 157…

Mookie give it up Mayweather was doing HUGE numbers and revenue with Ortiz who would have to comp his family to get them to come to his fights 1.25 mill and 78 mill in revenue.. Canelo Alvarez is the name du jour in boxing I was at the 40/40 club in Manhattan watching the Cotto bout and people were like who’s that “Guy with the Red Hair fighting” ??? Floyd Mayweather was famous and getting RICH when Canelo was in diapers get real that’s why he told him to take a hike… If Canelos this massive star then let’s see how his PPV #’s come in????? It’s not that difficult send me the like where he was the MAIN ATTRACTION and the #’s???? Oooooops they don’t exist so we are discussing conjecture based on cheap tickets in Texas and him riding Floyd’s coattails… Canelos got good buzz and he might be a PPV star in the future but as of today he is a Mosquito vs Hawk…

Posted May 3, 2013 9:45 am

Mookie – Floyd’s top 3 PPV fights are against ODH, Cotto and Mosley, none of them are Mexican and Canelo was only involved in one so who exactly brought those Mexicans.

Fraud writes…, “If SRL was so susceptible to right hands in his prime then why didn’t Hearns land any in their first fight and why didn’t Duran?”

Easy Question…. Hearns hit Leonard with a rain of rights in their first fight you dummy. That’s what messed Leonard’s face and left eye up so badly.. It gave Leonard a detached retina.. Hearns was ahead on the scorecards when the skinny, weak, underweight, and China-chinned stringbean got knocked out because he ran out of gas… Hearns woke up that morning weighing 141 because he had been weighing on a faulty scale.. He had to add 4 pounds of liquids just to make a presentable weigh-in.. Everyone remarked on how super skinny he looked.. Of course that was Emanual Steward’s fault.. He brought the faulty scale into camp.. Duran, a lightweight who was much smaller than Leonard, hit Ray with a ton of rights in their 1st fight… He won … Duran flaked out in the other 2 Leonard fights — just like Roberto did with Esteban DeJesus… Kirkland Laing… Robbie Sims… Wilfred Benitez… Wm Joppy… Vinny Pazienza… and some other of his more lousy fights.

Reasoning requires more than just yapping;
And Mexican fans don’t seem to grasp it, and since illustration is critical to teaching, I will illustrate the level of reasoning of Mexican fans here on esb with respect to claim that Floyd is not the “draw” because he is African American, and his “clients” are predominantly (allegedly) Mexicans….
China and India are over 1 billion inhabitants…
And Apple and Coca Cola sell billions of their items there….
THEREFORE (according to the Mexican’s reasoning), they are not big sellers, BECAUSE, if Chinese and Indians did not buy, they would’y sell anything…

You are lucky I ain’t a Redneck…..

Posted May 2, 2013 11:27 pm

Te Tumbo:
To sum up your answers, you admit:
1- Mike Tyson had no “homefanbase”, yet he was a draw.
2- Mike Tyson did not fight in February or in July, yet he was a draw.
In other words, you just shot down your own “evidences”, that is: one can have no “homefanbase”, not fight in Feb or July, and still be a draw as evidenced by the objective criterion PPV.
Now , you can bring up, a subjective criterion , if that makes you feel better, that would not change one iota of the fact that Mayweather has the highest PPVs in the business, therefore, he is the draw. And these highest ppvs are obtained against Mexicans and non-Mexicans; to close the chapter, none of the current Mexicans is even close to Floyd’s numbers, whether they fight on Cinco or not….

Case closed….

Let’s use the points in a case like the 12th round is what I meant.

Posted May 2, 2013 10:41 pm

Tumbo… You and I had this conversation before… I had DLH winning big, 6-3 after 9 rounds… I didn’t think he coujld lose at that point. Excessive running is a foul and the HBO commentators slammed Oscar for cowardly running in the 12th.. Listen to their comments because I can still remember tham.. I felt Oscar’s performance was bad enough in the 12th to make that round 10-8. That’s a scorer’s prerogative, 10 points to the winner of a round and 9 points or fewer for the loser.. There’s 10 feakin’ points let’s use them in a case like the 10th round.. Do you think Oscar did 90% as well as Trinidad in that round???

One judge scored the 12th round for Oscar and they called him before the commission.. Looked like an obvious make up job so he had to explain himself.

Posted May 2, 2013 10:39 pm

Tark, you have confirmed you don’t know boxing, if you think Trinidad won 7 rounds off Oscar that night your crazy.. ODH should have closed the show against that punching bag but his lead was insurmountable… I know your emotions rule you but that’s real

Posted May 2, 2013 7:58 pm

Te Tumbo, your rationale for why Hatton and especially Marquez received a doggy bag as it pertains to income fighting Mayweather NEITHER man commands the eyeballs Floyd did… Marquez is a B side opponent just like Shane Mosley who despite his tenure in the sport NEVER became a star on par with Floyd or Oscar FMJ paid Shane 7 mill, meanwhile his guarantee was 22.5 mill plus PPV upside… Marquez got paid less than that!! They ALL call out Maywether not vice versa… He’s the Cash Cow, Marquez despite his Greatness is a farmer economically… Smart move if he beats Bradley he will have a WW belt and then his next fight with Pacquiao puts more $$$$ in his pocket…

Posted May 2, 2013 7:52 pm

Oh please Canelo cannot do a solo PPV to save his life that’s why Mayweather threw him peanuts and he fought on the undercard… Mayweather was making millions befor anyone even knew who Canelo was… If Canelos PPV magic is real why didn’t he and Trout do a PPV instead of selling $50 tickets to the bout? Ya gonna tell me he’s a kind soul??? LMAO Canelo is like everyone else from 140 to 160 he wants to face Mayweather in order to get some PPV revenue other than that its more live gates, Floyd’s “make it rain” money… You guys mistake persistence for reality, if Canelo was do valuable to Floyd why did he tell the kid to take it or leave it as it pertains to the Gurrero card??

Posted May 2, 2013 7:46 pm

Fraud…. Face it you slobbering moron. The DLH who faced Trinidad couldn’t even beat Trinidad.. The entire HBO crew, including Foreman, thought Oscar blew the fight by running like a scared rabbit in the last few rounds. They weren’t surprised at all by the decision. The fans cheered the decision, they didn’t boo it … Two fights later Sugar Shane Mosley kicked DLH’s ass so bad that even Oscar admitted he lost. Your boy has gotten gift decisions like the Felix Sturm fight which 90% of the people who watched that fight agree he lost. When DLH got a 154lb title by beating somebody nobody ever heard of Winky Wright repeatedly challenged Oscar to a unification fight at 154 without a response. Oscar fought a badly degraded Yory Boy Campas instead because he knew Winky would kick his butt.

Trinidad, Mosley, Mayweather, and Hopkins… Every time DLH came up against a prime-time great fighter he came out a loser. He was 34 when he fought Floyd??? Big deal. B-Hop was 39 when he KO’d Oscar… Oscar apologists, go cry in your beer.

“..Why do Mexicans have to beg, crawl, line up to fight an African American on Cinco Mayo?..” Lil Floyd is a huge draw to the big cable networks that show boxing. The biggest draw gets the biggest purse for himself & his opponent. This is the same reason Lil Floyd was barking, begging, crawling & giving in to every demand by DLH. Lil Floyd isn’t the dumb. The man knows the largest & most loyal demographic for this sport is latinos. Cinco de Mayo has always been a big weekend in Vegas. It marks the start of the tourist season out there. Smart business on Lil Floyd’s part.

Btw, before Tark begins to twist and distort timelines and eras out of chronological order again, he was in the process of dismissing the pre-Sturm DLH as a “white”(?) media darling who coasted to legitimacy and would NEVER dare face Hopkins. wrong-Wrong-WRONG, i.e., his historical pattern on ESB.

“If Marquez and Hatton brought in all the PPV fans vs Mayweather why did they get LESS MONEY” it’s called opportunity-cost. the first man to defeat “Money” becomes Money. it’s commendable (albeit somewhat delusional) ambition. I will agree Mayweathers getting older and times everyone’s enemy but if one guy can go undefeated its him …. Hopkins is amazing but he lost LONG ago to RJJ and another guys early in his career before Taylor, Calzaghe, Dawson

neither Thurman, Ruslan Provodnikov, or Kell Brook (perhaps Broner) would attract the 1.5 million PPV buys that Redmond insists are automatic(?) for Mayweather. whether it be Hatton, Cotto, Pacquiao*, or Marquez, Mayweather relies on foreign fanbases and/or holidays for his biggest paydays. in fact, i believe it was DLH who introduced Floyd to the world of high-stakes PPV title-bouts not Baldomir, Judah, Mitchell, or Corrales. Floyd is one keen Mfr. about time some of you simply acknowledge this about him instead of chalking it all up to natural, organic draw and appeal.

Posted May 2, 2013 3:14 pm

If Marquez and Hatton brought in all the PPV fans vs Mayweather why did they get LESS
MONEY and agree to that? Marquez made peanuts… Was it GOD again HAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA!

Posted May 2, 2013 3:13 pm

Ruslan Provodnikov????HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA he would look worse than Baldomir!! Bradley fought the stupidest fight of his life and still beat that guy.. Bradley is a terrible puncher he and Malignaggi could trade shots for weeks and no one would drop.. Floyd has more snap than that… Thurmans a young stalking mummy type I see nothing skill wise to trouble the Floyd who faced Cotto… Kell Brook?? Really? Again these guys are Khan types who have not beaten World Class Comp… Broner beat a couple World Class fighters Demarco and Ponce De Leon but Floyd’s likely too strong… Judging Adrian at 147 based on his KO power at lower weights is dubious, Floyd was capping fighters at 130 and 135 too difference is Mayweathers skills carried him when his power no longer carried… Will Adrian box or go for dangerous KOs if that happens to him? Who knows Floyd’s a proven commodity his biggest enemy is TIME…

Posted May 2, 2013 3:11 pm

Happy Boy, get it right please. Oscar brings in all the latino fans as well as Cotto, Marquez and Hatton brings in his fans and so on, that’s what brings in the big PPV numbers. They do not come to see Mayweather. This fight will do low numbers why? Because Mayweather can’t carry anything by himself, and Guerrero is not well enough known, but he will be after this victory. Floyd jumps on the fan base of everyone else. He alone has never been a big enough attraction to carry big numbers. After this fight, we will have a new welterweight champion of the world. A good man of God that stands for good.

Posted May 2, 2013 2:58 pm

Floyd WILL lose before the 6 fight deal is up! But it wont be to Guerrero. But one of these young guns will knock off the old lion. It always happens in boxing! It happened to Ray Leonard, Roy Jones, etc… Father time is undefeated! Unless your Bernard Hopkins! lol

Posted May 2, 2013 2:16 pm

Sred you said…, “Mayweather cannot be defeated in his appropriate weight class.” ?????

You mean to tell me some young gun like Keith Thurman, Ruslan Provodnikov, Kell Brook, Adrien Broner, or some other walloping wonderkind couldn’t knock Floyd off sometime before his 6-fight contract if fought out??? These kids are not going to get better and better. And Floyd will come back to them quite a bit during the next 2 or 3 years.

Even if Floyd never steps foot in the 154-pound class again the odds are seriously against him finishing out his 6-fight contract unbeaten. It would be great if he did but …. Phew!!! He’s gonna have a rough time of it if Adrien gets hold of his tail. That boy don’t let go.

Oscar got robbed against Trinidad he made Felix look like a one dimensional fool, we will hear lames wax in about him running for 3 rounds but he was still tagging Tito who’s trunks looked like they had been bloodied in a pagan ritual.. Hopkins improved on ODH performance and put a HARD end to TiTo who was a murderous puncher…

Posted May 2, 2013 1:38 pm

Oscar did not belong at 160 just like Floyd doesn’t the only outings ODH had above 154 were terrible, Sturm and Hopkins…ODH was solid at 154 his best weight 147… Floyd’s a 147 pounder he weighs that by accounts almost year round five or take a few pounds boxing is not about moving up in weight to the point where you allow someone to physically overwhelm you… Guys are saying Floyd should fight GGG or Martinez, can you imagine him facing Bernard at MW? Floyd does not have Trinidads or ODH power… I don’t hear people saying when are Canelo and Trout who both came in a 170 plus gonna try some MW action? Instead everyone’s chasing a 36 year old WW who’s a little taller than Bieber…

Posted May 2, 2013 1:32 pm

Trinidad only went to 154 AFTER Oscar refused a RED HOT rematch at 147. Oscar also went to 154, but against a weak opponent.

Oscar got cold feet because Tito promised to knock him out COLD!

Tumbo says, “Winky Wright was clamoring for an unearned PPV payday v. DLH at a higher weight. HIS higher weight.”

NOPE…. Winky wanted a unification fight with Oscar ath 154, BOTH their weights.. Instead Oscar fought Campas.. Big risk taker.

Posted May 2, 2013 12:49 pm

A better question is tell us what their numbers (Pacquioa or Mayweather) would be like if they didnt face a popular mexican fighter on a Mexican celebrated date?

Posted May 2, 2013 12:44 pm

Those seats where left empty because those are extra seats. They wanted to keep it at 30,000 originally because they wanted their audience to stay closer to the ring. When they saw the demand was high for the Canelo/Trout fight then they decided to add more seating. The Alamodome can probably seat 50,000.

Posted May 2, 2013 12:42 pm

I mean c’mon how long are you gonna out Oscar out there?? I was an ODH fan but his time has LONG PASSED all he does now is comment on a fighter who beat him and remained atop the sport when Oscar had succumbed to the allure of Cocaine, Fishnets and TERRIBLE fight predictions… I like Oscar but he had churned out ALOT of excuses over the years, “I was old at 34” “Manny beat me in the scales” ” my gums bleed from the Ostrich meat” “I needed 15 more trainers” Floyd’s the King of the sport and to some degree Oscars Boss, Schaefer would spit shine Floyd’s balls of requested… ODH’s PPV dominance has LONG ended and his best night was by far with Floyd Mayweather, meanwhile Floyd has clipped Oscars Trinidad numbers 2x while charging MORE per viewer 95 mill with Cotto, AGAIN it’s May Day!!!!!!

Posted May 2, 2013 12:18 pm

Margarito, Marquez, Alvarez and Guerrero could fight on the same card the same night and if Floyd or Manny are not in the mix they would be pressed to hit 1 million buys with all that talent… Tell us about the 1 mill PPV they did without Manny or Floyd? Margo did 500k and 600k based on Cottos popularity and 1mill plus to take a beating from Pacquaio, Marquez did 1 mill with PAC 2x and 1.1 with Floyd… In each of these encounters Margo and Marquez were paid PEANUTS because cause they did not bring a big enough fan base… Floyd made like 30 mill and Marquez got 4-6 plus 600k walk around money because of the 2 pounds … Face these fighters are B sides Cinco De Mayo is MAY DAY!! He did MORE SALES WITH Cotto and Mosley who are NOT Even close to Mexican… Just facts no need to be mad homey !!

Btw, have they had to add seats to accommodate 40,000 paying fans for this fight? they had too for Canelo’s bout v. an unknown contender in April. what would be Mayweather’s numbers for a fight v. Trout in April? or February? or October? Floyd’s too $mart to even want to find out. the Cinco de Mayo and September 16 fanbase is what’s keeping boxing alive, well, and prosperous.

At this point Mayweather can sell his fights but lets be real also, its not without the help of a known hispanic fighter in May. Its either Argentinian, Puerto Rican, or mexican.

Canelo can sell 2 million on May or September. Its a popular day for mexicans.

Ward might never be a big attraction who knows? But then again it took Mayweather and Pacquiao MANY years to build the fan bases they currently have..Wards winning, he knocked out the LHW Champion his last fight he’s doing a lot of work with the Networks announcing… Wards future looks bright time will tell as far as his marketability..

Ward cant sell out his own living room.

Posted May 2, 2013 9:01 am

Andre Ward owns both Kessler and Frochs souls he schooled Kessler when he was a green fighter, the version of him who toyed with and abused Dawson would end Kesslers career and I like Kessler as a fighter he gave Joe C a solid fight but he’s not close to Wards level… Ward beats Froch easy with a broken hand those guys are battling for a respectful #2 slot..

Numbers don’t like Cinco De Mayo is May Day now let’s face it Chaps let your favorite Mexican fighter face someone other than Floyd or Pacquiao on that day and see if they crack a mill… Ain’t happening as of now, maybe Alvarez will get there in 7 years unless he fights and beats Mayweather, just like Floyd had to beat Oscar to ascend to the PPV throne… But FMJ brought 1.1 million
More buys to the table than Oscar had seen before.. Previous best 1.4 million Trinidad… Floyd’s begun charging $20 more than ODH was back in the day…

Stan you are certainly entitled to your preferences but the boxing public has voted with their $$$$$$, Showtime had voted with its $$$$ 200 mill plus over 6 bouts WHOA!!! Why are the massive Klits not selling fights in the US like other HW’s before them? Ummmmm no one cares in the US… But they do care when Floyd Mayweather does his business! 1/2 of the MOST successful fight in history and A side in the 2 biggest non HW bouts after that Cotto 1.5 million buys and Mosley 1.4, guy did 1.25 mill with Ortiz apparently Mayweather us exciting to WAY more people than any other fighter, only other guy in the convo is Manny Pacquiao and look where he is??????

Mayweather is raking in MILLIONS he has more than Showtime behind the venture and foreign
sales and various branding ventures in place.. Again you cannot be the highest paid athlete in the world fighting a TOTAL of 52 minutes Cotto/Ortiz if you’re not on top of the game !!! Former HBO exec Ross Greenburg lured him over to Showtime with a deal NO boxer has EVER seen and Floyd got those dudes to invest in an OLD fighter!!! Wow What a BOSS!

There are about 14 stories about Mayweather of course the number of posts are diluted but then again the Box Office King does not get paid by posts and he makes way more from
PPV and premium ticket sales than these boxers doing 40,000 sales and charging bargain basement rates… High rollers and celebs go to FMJ bouts because the Best, want to see the Best at work…

More like cinco de zero. They let this clown out of jail way too early. Itz not like he won’t end up in the big house again. Funny is only he is such a little guy for the big house yet so deserving. Robert do it to it!

So what if this bombs, expect Canelo vs Floyd to top the best PPV nos surpassing Floyd vs ODH. It takes two to tango and Guerrero is no biggie.

Ward would beat Froch on either side of the pond. All the same, if Froch beats Kessler he deserves a rematch.

Guerrero might throw Mayweather to the canvas, injure him and lose via disqualification.

Please, Oscar De La Hoya is the best draw as was JC Chavez Sr. People come to see Oscar, Cotto not Mayweather. It’s going to all end on May 4th when Robert Guerrero defeats him in stunning fashion. Remember those words.

If Floyd is not a dew then why does he constantly break PpV records? Why is he the leading poV seller ever?

Fight Aficionado

Despite what his nutsack riding fans like to say Floyd is not a draw at all. They’ll have to paper the room to make it look nice. AP: “Seats are still readily available for the fight at the MGM arena, and the All Access shows promoting the fight on Showtime have generated little buzz. A documentary on Mayweather’s life that aired last Saturday in primetime on Showtime’s sister network, CBS, also drew miserable ratings.”

That’s what Manny Pacquiao thought until he went from facing #0 P4Pers Mosley, Margarito, and Clottey to facing #5 P4P Marquez and #8 P4P Bradley!
