Boxtradumass-“..I HAVE in FACT been INSIDE a Boxing Ring and I WON…” Lol. You have never been in the ring much less fought. It isn’t hard to tell. Your whole view on the sport is totally abstract & simplistic. No insight, no technical understanding. You can try to lie to everyone else but I see right through you.

Posted April 8, 2013 2:15 pm

In my estimation, David Haye is quicker, hits harder, moves better and is more skilled than Wlad Klitz, and we all seen what happened there!!! By the way, Degalle the OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST was invited to the Mayweather gym. So no, he isnt a guy off the street who is unheard of. Wheres the great boxing knowledge you claim to have??? The ESB clown strikes again

Posted April 8, 2013 2:51 am

WTF is a CAKE WALK? lol. Your RANT once again just cements your reputation as a hard-headed fool who is stuck in his ways. ”Sugar ray would have won the fight if it was a 12 round fight”………………Well it wasnt a 12 round fight! He knew what he was signing up for, so the GREAT Sugar ray wasnt prepaired for what he knew was coming, is that what your saying? I see ive made the mistake of humouring you, it wont happen again.

hammer-I can SAY the SAME thing. IF the Lightweight CHAMP has more SKILLS and Boxing IQ than the HW CHAMP he will WIN. Find ME some evidence to suggest otherwise.

Posted April 7, 2013 5:20 pm

junior says….”So now Floyd, a man who is very precise in his training and preparation is getting ready for a fight with a WW by sparring with cruisers 35lbs heavier than him and his opponent????? I’m going back to bed”-YES. Go back to bed and PRAY that you wake UP with more knowledge about Boxing. First let ME quote Jeff Mayweather from on whats going on in Floyd’s camp

“Floyd is sparring with guys that are bigger than Guerrero and equally good at putting pressure on him, and he is easily handling them.

“The guy [sparring partner] that’s in there is putting pressure on Floyd like Guerrero and you see what he’s getting. He’s about 180 lbs. I’m not impressed with Guerrero. He don’t have any punching power. So what is he going to do? It’s different if he’s a puncher. Being aggressive and not having power sometimes ends in disaster.”

SO the FACT is that Floyd is sparring vs. a 180lb guy who is Bigger than Degale. So Degale’s SIZE is not a Factor.

The reason that Floyd is sparring a guy that Big is because the GREATEST ones always make their preparation MUCH TOUGHER than the actual contest. After being pressure by a 180lb guy all the time Guerrero’s pressure on Fight night will seem like a CAKE WALK.

And that’s why he’s sparring against a cruiser weight. NO THANKS needed for the schooling.

Posted April 7, 2013 5:17 pm

junior-YOU still have the reading problem. I don’t care what Floyd stated. The FACT is that IF Degale can weigh IN within 20 lbs of Floyd then Floyd will prevail in LOPSIDED fashion…Maybe Floyd wasn’t interested in sparring a guy off the street that he never even heard of and that was his NICE way of saying NO…..IF those who have the power agreed with the History of Boxing then YES the UPPER limit of each weight class would be 20 lbs from the LOWER limit but its NOT. That’s why those who have the power need to BETTER students of the game…..But it really doesn’t matter anyway because each weight class has a lower limit of ZERO pounds. That’s why Sugar Ray Robinson was able to weigh IN at 157 for a LHW title Fight and he would have WON if it was a 12 rd Fight. Because SKILLS will at LEAST TRUMP size UP to a 20 lbs difference. Pavlik and Chavez Jr. agree with ME on that. And SO does Margarito.

Posted April 7, 2013 5:02 pm

The Heavyweight champ of the world will always beat the lightweight champ. Please find me some evidence to suggest otherwise

Posted April 5, 2013 3:57 am

Even if Floyd is sparring with a 180lb guy, as I already said, it ain’t a world level 180 guy

Posted April 5, 2013 12:52 am

So now Floyd, a man who is very precise in his training and preparation is getting ready for a fight with a WW by sparring with cruisers 35lbs heavier than him and his opponent????? I’m going back to bed

Posted April 5, 2013 12:44 am

Now who has the reading problem???? Floyd stated that degale was too big for him! This isn’t my analysis, it’s what Floyd himself said. If the ”boxing experts”” (as you say) agreed with you, then each weight limit would be 20lbs apart LOL. BUT GUESS WHAT, THEY AREN’T!!!!!!! And what do you mean ”IF” Degale can weigh within 20lbs of Floyd? Degalle a 168lb fighter

Posted April 5, 2013 12:39 am

Junior-Why Floyd refused to spar with Degale is irrelevant. Floyd is FAR BETTER than Degale in will SPANK him IF he can weigh IN within 20 pounds of Floyd. Floyd is sparring with guys that are 180+ right NOW….SKILLS and Boxing IQ are the Top 2 factors in Boxing. SIZE is a couple more spots down the list. Pull your dumb backside off your NECK and go learn more about Boxing.

E in Denver-ALOT of GOOD guesses there but NO Cigars…. I am a compulsive TRUTH teller and FACT stater. I HAVE in FACT been INSIDE a Boxing Ring and I WON but I’m not here to talk about MY Boxing SKILLS. I’m here to talk about what’s going on in the Professional Sport of Boxing….. Since I’ve been blessed with GREAT eyesight and FORE sight when it comes to the Sport of Boxing, I’ve decided to share it with everyone ELSE…..YOU in particular don’t have to wait for ANYTHING to test MY “expertise”….I told YOU that Marquez would be too MUCH for Pacquiao at WW and YOU disagreed with ME. Therefore THAT was the TEST of who knows what they’re talking about right THERE. I PASSED and YOU FAILED. But I THANK you for participating.

Posted April 4, 2013 5:00 pm

Boxtra, why did Floyd refuse to spar with James Degale last year? His reason was that Degale was too big FACT! Skill may beat size, but if your opponent is skilled and bigger then he has a massive advantage. At world level or even top domestic level these guys are all skilled. Pull your head out of your dumb back-side and smell something fresh for a change

Posted April 4, 2013 4:46 pm

Nope. Pacquiao was the Underdog against Oscar because the oddsmakers decided to not go with MY pick. Pacquiao was #1 P4P yet he was the Underdog because people hadn’t been taught very well YET that SKILLS is more important than SIZE. But everyone has been taught well by me NOW. And you’ll get taught TOO if you stick around long enough….You’re obviously pretty new to Boxing IF you think that Pacquiao was the Favorite. But NO worries. Just keep following MY posts and you’ll learn ALOT in NO TIME.

“4lbs aint 20lbs son.”-And neither is 13. And thats why Martinez is in DEEP trouble vs. Floyd. Because Unless he’s at least 20 lbs Bigger, SKILLS is going to TRUMP Size. And WHOEVER disagrees with it won’t change it.

Posted April 4, 2013 12:11 pm

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! Juniordon’tknowadamnthingaboutBoxingandhedon’treadtoowelleither…………..WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO agrees with the FACTS is irrelevant! And WHO laughs at ME is irrelevant TOO. What’s relevant HERE is the FACTS about Boxing not YOUR opinion about ME….99% of your post is about ME and your FALSE opinion of ME because you cannot refute the FACTS that I’m stating with FACTS….The FACT is that Marquez was not the Favorite vs. Pacquiao. Also the FACT is that Senchenko was not the Favorite vs. Hatton. Another FACT is that Hopkins was not the Favorite vs. Pavlik. And yet another FACT is that Ward was not the Favorite in the Super 6 Tournament. MY cup runneth OVER with yet more FACTS that Tarver was not the Favorite vs. Green, Martinez wasn’t the Favorite vs. Pavlik, Dirrell wasn’t the Favorite vs. Abraham, Pacquiao wasn’t the Favorite vs. De la Hoya, and Guerrero wasn’t the Favorite vs. Berto… But I picked the WINNERS whether they were the Favorite or NOT……First Go take a READING class and then come and follow MY posts a little closer. That way you can understand that I don’t pick Favorites and Underdogs. But I DO pick the WINNER.

Posted April 4, 2013 12:08 pm

4lbs aint 20lbs son.

Posted April 4, 2013 4:43 am

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA BOXTRATHE40YEAROLDVIRGINDAMUS………………………….. Nooooooooooooooo-one agrees with you on anything man! You are the laughing stock of this website. I HAVE seen YOUR posts many many many time is the past, and EVERYONE disagrees with you on EVERYTHING. Your main handle is ‘im the greatest fight proffet alive’ or some shizit. But you only EVER pick the obvious favourite, and your as good and as bad at picking winners as anyone else on here. Jog on son, go pull your little winkle

Posted April 4, 2013 4:23 am

Skill beats size if the big guy is useless!!!!! But we are talking about ranked pro boxers. Size matters buddy, hense why your single, and spend your life on this website

Posted April 4, 2013 2:40 am

Jr. told Margarito to become the #1 WW and as SOON as he DID it he got knocked out by Mosley SO Floyd chose to take the WINNER of that Fight not the LOSER…..Also how would YOU know what is NOT going on behind the scenes??? (since you’re on the internet like ME)…IF being the GREATEST Fight Prophet ever born is what you call a clown then you need to learn how to become a clown TOO. That way you can pick the WINNER just as much as I DO.

Just like Jr told Margarito? Only imaginary? Lol. How would you know what any fighter said “behind the scenes” (scenes you have never seen outside the internet)? You are a clown. If you had a personality you might even be funny.

Posted April 3, 2013 6:49 pm

Martinez has been on HBO for 5 years and he still didn’t build UP his fanbase by getting his Country behind him. Thats why behind the scenes he was instructed by Floyd to get his country behind him and that is what he is doing by Fighting in Argentina. Once he gets his country behind him the Fight will make Business sense as well as Boxing sense and the Fight will happen because he can bring some PPV dollars to the table…..Floyd has already stated that he wants to face Martinez SO all they have to DO now is let the Fight fans clamor for it by saying he’s DUCKING him. After Floyd SPANKS Guerrero and SCHOOLS Canelo all Fans will say he’s ducking Martinez….provided he keeps WINNING of course.

Posted April 3, 2013 6:28 pm

My problem with that is that there is more money at 154 than there is at 160. So if he could make 154 he would of done it already cause like I said there is much more money there. 154 is a hot division.

Jr, Martinez have both been on HBO for over 5 years & nothing happened. Martinez isn’t w/ Arum either(as that is the next favorite excuse). Martinez all but begged for the fight. Not a peep from Jr. I am looking at things from OUTside Jr’s colon. The view is much clearer out here. Helps not to stink up every thread I get on as well.

Posted April 3, 2013 6:13 pm

junior-History teaches that SIZE isn’t MUCH of a factor UP to a 20 pound difference. IF Wlad Klitschko can weigh in within 20 lbs of Floyd then Floyd will defeat him.

Posted April 3, 2013 6:02 pm

Martinez vs Jr. is VERY likely. Especially once Martinez finishes UP his 3 Fight contract with HBO. Martinez just has 2 more Fights on HBO before he can Fight Floyd on Showtime. Since Floyd doesn’t lack confidence like E in Denver he will take the Fight.

Posted April 3, 2013 6:01 pm

Wlad klitchko***

Posted April 3, 2013 5:39 pm

Froch has claimed in numerous interviews that he lives within 5lbs of his fighting weight. @boxtradamus, I’ve seen you say skills beats size loads of times, so do you believe Floyd beats alas klitchko??

Martinez vs. Jr isn’t likely. Jr isn’t a highly functioning Down’s syndrome sufferer like Boxtra, so it won’t happen. Martinez vs. Golovkin is the best match up at MW. Not sure Martinez wants that one. Sooner or later Martinez will run out of regional Euro titlist to beat up on. Which leaves unification or 168.

Posted April 3, 2013 5:20 pm

Floyd is sparring vs. guys who are 180+ SO Martinez weighing IN at 160 won’t matter MUCH.

Posted April 3, 2013 4:22 pm

PEEJ – 16lbs isn’t much to lose either, Martinez can probably make 154 relatively easy….but I don’t think he would unless the money was right.

Posted April 3, 2013 12:34 pm

Well its a GOOD thing that Floyd realizes that SKILLS is more important than SIZE and will allow Martinez to weigh IN at 160 SO that he can WIN the MW title and hold titles at 3 different weights.

Posted April 3, 2013 12:19 pm

I’m not saying he can’t make 160 I was saying he couldn’t make 154. Just to be clear. I don’t know anything about the guy Martinez is fighting so I’m not sure how that fight is gonna go. I was just saying everybody wants to see Floyd fight Martinez at 154 and I’ve always said he couldn’t make 154 because he is now to big to make it

Posted April 3, 2013 11:52 am

Junior – How do you know?? I say he walks around 185 or so. That would be my “guess”.

Posted April 3, 2013 11:24 am

23 days to lose 10lbs?? Boxers can do that EASILY! Martinez is gonna stop this cat.

Posted April 3, 2013 11:23 am

By the way, i was just using Froch as an example because i know he walks around at 170ish

Posted April 3, 2013 6:38 am

Froch walks around at 170lbs and is a regular sized SMW. Martinez is in camp at 170lbs, and is a relatively small MW. I have to agree with PEEJ here, Martinez will either fail to make weight, or seriously hurt himself making the weight. I personaly think we will see an aged Martinez on the 27th.

Posted April 3, 2013 6:37 am

And what’s so funny is that Martinez is weighing in at 170 and this is with a few weeks of camp behind him and people think he can make 154

Posted April 2, 2013 11:02 pm

I SAY Martinez by stoppage.

Posted April 2, 2013 8:30 pm
