REM – Mayweather has faced every style in boxing and come up trumps against all who came. The notion that he cherrypicks is just plain stupid. For your information pick your top 10 fighters that you feel Floyd should have faught vs the ones his faught and see which is better, bear in mind that is the only boxer whose faced 9/10 world champions in a row including 4 future HOFmers in that resume, now cherrypick that. Like I said before haters have no facts just silly emotions.

Floyd will win this fight!!! The outcome will be clear for all to SEE. Y’all musta forgot, I’m the GREATEST FIGHT PROPHET OF ALL TIME!

I hope Floyd gets brain damage.

The Prince

People don’t get it. The more people cheer for the other guy against Floyd, the more hungery Mayweather will be to prove the critics wrong again. Guerrero is making this fight much harder on himself.

I dont like Guerrero going in the with mindset that he has or is going to “humble” Mayweather. Beating Mayweather is one thing, but humbling him, well now thats a horse of a different color. Guerrero has this idea that he has seen the matrix on how to beat Mayweather based on his 12 rounds with Berto. He went up against Berto who was trying that style for the FIRST time as opposed ot Mayweather who has been doing it for years and perfected. I like Guerrero’s confidence, but its missplaced…its based on what he thinks Mayweather is going to do instead of his ability to do what he needs to in order to defeat him.

Peej yup Floyds that good so when he picks a style that can touch him up yes i get excited. Key words though WHEN HE PICKS SOMEBODY thats the problem with his greatness let us pick.

Gonzo no my friend no matter how much Floyd tries to make people envy him his sucsess has no effect on my life. That chip on urs and his shoulder is urs own cross to bear.

It’s Me, Ernie

I have notices since Boxtradamus’ post, the Vegas odds have changed dramatically. He must be connected…

Posted March 27, 2013 1:41 pm

Pick Guerrero by SD or Mayweather by Robbery in 12 ( Bradley Style )

Posted March 27, 2013 12:18 pm

How bout you get the stones to pick one outcome. I boxtradamus pick Guerrerro by Decision or KO or Mayweather By Decision or KO or a draw.

Posted March 27, 2013 8:24 am

Hidalgo I have called TWO, realistic potential endings to this fight, but BOTH involve the same fighter being claimed victorious. The outcome will depend on how hard Guerrero tries to pressure Floyd. Accumulation of damage will be KEY in this fight. Of course you are CORRECT: I AM THE GREATEST FIGHT PROPHET IN THE WORLD!!! It’s all about the SKILLS gentlemen!

Mayweather v Guerrero is on Boxnation £10 per month, all the fights, aint paying $70 ppv for 1 fight.

Posted March 27, 2013 2:39 am

guerrero is to slow for Floyd is going to be a gatti easy

Posted March 27, 2013 1:58 am

I just think it is funny now that we are giving fighters props just for being competitive. That is just funny to me. People just want to see Floyd get hurt which is all good for him because that pretty much means you will be watching the fight.

Posted March 27, 2013 1:40 am

Heart of glass, wouldn’t fight Paquiao.

Posted March 27, 2013 1:36 am

So what if Mayweather get’s beat,by Guerrero or whoever, he got beat, can’t win them all, he is not in the league of Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, Duran, lot’s of other fighters anyway, he is just is not, he don’t fight enough anyway, not in the league of the best fighters, he would be there now with the Boxing fans, but he isn’t, diidn’t fight the best at the time.

The Low Blow !

gonzo you sounds more like the money mo sphincter tongue licker

Posted March 27, 2013 12:02 am

Its gonna be nice seeing Floyd get hit with lefthands and have his face swell again possibly bleed again. Guerreros not explosive enough to beat Floyd he will be able to outfight Guerrero in the pocket due to the lack of explosion but no shoulder roll no inpenetrable defense. Guerrero will be competitive and win 4 rounds atleast.

I just had a thought

Haye fights all the Heavyweights, other than the Klitschkos, good fights, Arreola, that would be a good fight, won’t happen, good fight though, Arreola would lose, but a fight.

I just had a thought

Swedish Boxing fan, say something interesting, shut up, not interested, no reply, a British or an American say something, oh yes, I do agree or not, true that.

The dissaponting thing about Floyd and this fight is that he could have made this fight years ago with another plodding come forward type fighter called Margarito, then again Margarito was a bonified WW/Jr MW wasnt he, not a guy moving up from lightweight..

tow wrongs dont make a right . it was a king hit in any other language !

Sorry but this is mere hype plain and simple! Guerrero is perfect for Fraud. Guerreor wil come ploddiing straight forward at Fraud…..Whats there left to figure out?! Fraud only has to stick out the jab, move. and run all nite long. BOYCOTT PPV!!!

Posted March 26, 2013 8:50 pm

I think too many are underestimating Guerrero. Yes, he’s no where near as polished as Floyd, no one is, but Guerrero is a good fighter, and is still a big guy for someone new to 154 pounds, and as we know has one HELL of a chin. Plus, he’s not a light hitter — he carries some pop on those punches. Floyd will no doubt own the early rounds/first half of the fight, but if Guerrero is still pressing the action come around round 8 or 9, I think Floyd will be in for a rough night. Floyd should win this, but it won’t be easy as I bet we’ll see him busted up a little. Floyd wins it by only a few rounds.

B Red

Floyd stops Guerrero in the late rounds, ya dig

Posted March 26, 2013 7:33 pm

“Victor Ortiz is bigger than Floyd and got KO’d” Yeah, Tark, but that KO was pretty much a gift. I mean what more could a boxer hope for: Oppenent stands still with hands by his side. That’s a gift!

Posted March 26, 2013 7:23 pm

“Nope. Floyd by CLEAR UD or Jaw dropping stoppage.” Notice how Braggadamus almost always makes two choices about the outcome of a fight. This is to ensure that he guesses right. Oh to be such a prophet. LMAO!

Posted March 26, 2013 7:21 pm

Guerrero’s left eye is already swollen.

Posted March 26, 2013 7:03 pm

Floyd will own this clown, easier than any other that has had the audacity to try it on.

Posted March 26, 2013 6:48 pm

There’s NO WAY that what Berto and Aydin DID can be compared to what Mayweather can DO. His accuracy and timing are MUCH GREATER than Berto’s and Aydin’s. And SO is his Boxing IQ. Not to mention his SKILL level…How hard you can punch is LESSER than the timing and the precision of the punch unless you possess brute strength where the precision is irrelevant….Manny Pacquiao agrees with ME on that…Berto and Aydin are NOVICES compared to Floyd when it comes to timing and precision. IF Guerrero pressures Floyd he’ll catch more flush shots than a 2 dollar HOE. Floyd by CLEAR UD or Jaw dropping stoppage.

Posted March 26, 2013 6:34 pm

Victor Ortiz is bigger than Floyd and got KO’d… Diego Corrales was bigger than Floyd and got stopped.. But I think VO was looking for the door to preserve what he believes is his handsome face. He tried to foul out and that didn’t work.. His next ploy worked to perfection.. He took the count and was 5-million dollars richer without suffering through a lot of brutal rounds.

Guerrero is not concerned about his appearance. He is concerned about things like money and fame … He knows if he beats Floyd he’ll be world famous and many more riches will come. This plotter and schemer actually believes he’ll win. I’ll tell you one thing … he’ll have a plan.

Dino, from Youngstown, Ohio.

I really don’t see Roberts style beating Floyd. You can’t just try to figure Floyd out while boxing him. Floyd knows how to win and has been in there with the best. Floyd trains like no other, Robert is gonna have to out hustle Floyd for 12 rounds, I just don’t see it happening. Believing in God is one thing, his wife ( God Bless her ) beating cancer is another thing. Beating Floyd in the ring by just going through the motions as a fighter is a very TALL order. Best of luck and may the better man win.

Posted March 26, 2013 6:04 pm

People, you better be ready for the upset of the year. Trust me on this one, Floyd Mayweather will lose this fight. His reign will end. All champions lose, and everything has to have right timing with all things being lined up for any upsets to happen. Douglass vs Tyson, Holmes vs Spinks, Randall vs Julio Cesar Chavez and now Guerrero vs Mayweather. These upsets happen every so often, so if any of you are brave enough, put some $ down on the upset because it’s going to happen.

Posted March 26, 2013 6:01 pm

Floyd only stops guys smaller than him, he will win on points more than likely but there’s NO WAY he stops Guerrero who was taking flush shots from Berto and Aydin and just blinking, they likely hit harder than Floyd does.

Posted March 26, 2013 5:39 pm

Very few fighters get to Floyd’s level and stay there for so long. The gain in experience becomes unmatched at a certain point because he only takes on top fighters. When that old labored line ” He’s never been in the ring with anyone like me ” comes out, well, he most probably has and many better boxers as well.

As, like Bernard Hopkins, he keeps himself in great shape it will be age with the associated loss of speed that will eventually be Floyd’s downfall. It would be great to see him retired undefeated, what an achievement that will be.

Posted March 26, 2013 5:32 pm

Any stoppage by Floyd won’t be jaw dropping… It will be late and long overdue. Due to 100’s of damaging blows and the referee reluctantly stepping in to Guerrero’s vehement and angry protests—as well as unconscionable booing and jeering from Robert’s supporters…

Guerrero, “Why are you stopping it ref?” …. “Why am I stopping it? For one thing to save your life. Now go enjoy your 8 million dollars—you earned every penny tonight.”

Guerrero’s kids…, “Daddy? Is that you?” … “Yes it is. Say hello to your college education.”

Posted March 26, 2013 5:32 pm

I wish Guerrero would stop banging on about the Berto fight,if he thinks slugging it out with an ordinary fighter like Berto will stand him in any stead for mayweather he’s in for a long hard shock.

Posted March 26, 2013 4:51 pm

Nope. Floyd by CLEAR UD or Jaw dropping stoppage.
