Test me, please.

Pacquiao can squeeze in some more alleged PED usage. Since its the Boxing Commission that does the testing, Pac wont be thoroughly tested. Maybe he’ll opt to stay clean since Marquez is 39, there’s a chance he could win this thing naturally, especially since he’s still in the parameters of his prime years. Hopefully all his fights were fought naturally…..only thing is, we’ll never know for sure! With his new dedication to a new life, probably he sees cleanliness as the only way to go. If thats the case – more power to him!

Pain how is pacman the one who figured out Marquez when manny looks great until he fights someone like Marquez, 2 who cares about a forth fight what a joke!

I like Pacquiao and all, but this fight just pisses me off. This fight is more about making money for Top Rank than it is about the fighters. And I refuse to pay $60 to watch it. Not happening. IMO, Top Rank was behind Pac’s loss to Bradley so that Pac would one more viable non-Mayweather opponent. And wow, Bradley coincidentally fights for Top Rank too. What a coincidence.

Who cares, boring fight.

Pain is in serious denial!! Pacman go jmm all figured out?????? ITS BEEN 3 FIGHTS! And pacman hasnt figured out anything !!! There were parts in the pacman jmm 3 fight were pacman just danced around from left to right and jumping all over the ring and did nothing! Jmm got this easyyyy nothing to fear no more in pac , that beast from 08-11 is gone!!!!

Floyd doesn’t have a style.. He can box, punch, or fight … If there’s any weakness, he’s not the strongest attacker. If you run your ass off like Khan or Judah, he can’t take advantage of it as well as Garcia.

te tumbo

at 39-years-old, Marquez’s potency must be judged on a fight-by-fight basis. after all, too small or too old has been at the core of Team Punkuiao’s* fight-plan all along. accordingly, it is neither biased or convenient to state that if Marquez wins, he is relatively prime. if he loses? he got old overnight. that is nothing less than a statement of FACT.

What a jOke lol

never seen a head grow like PACs has, he’s on the PEDS hard

You think JMM is the one who Pac figured out when actually, it is Pac who got JMM all figured out. That is why JMM is training early, because if Pac goes after him like a Tasmanian devil unlike the 3rd fight where Pac chose to box, then JMM’s worst nightmare is back. He will find himself in the canvas again and his “Pacquiao, you lost” book will be recalled. This is what happens when you piss Pac one too many times. This is why Floyd is afraid of Pac. Floyd pissed Pac off so much that Pac will reconfigure his facial bone structure like Margo. At least JMM’s getting his money lol!

You blind Pac haters think Marquez is the one who got Pac figured out when it is actually Pac who got JMM all figured out. I’ve seen Pac-JMM 3 numerous times and the only difference of this fight from the first two was Pacquiao tried to box and counterpunch Marquez technically and is having success on the first half. Marquez’ “cleaner punches” only got in when Pacquiao is stationary. But when Pac is on the attack, JMM is so fvcking wary and afraid. Buboy also mentioned that JMM is really doing the foot stopper trick on purpose. So much for being more technically sound than Pac lol. Pac is going to destroy this guy once and for all. Piss Pacquiao off too many times and you’re done. This is why Floyd is afraid of Manny. He knows Manny will crack his facial bone structure the way he did Margo because he pissed him off way too much. But at least JMM’s getting his money.

I agree witj boxtradamus if pacman brings in a lil more savagery he will get knocked down!! Marquez keeps on improving everytime they fight as where pacman declines more and more each fight! I think manny will get hurt in this fight and marquez will finally get a W

Pacquiao will get the job done this time! Marquez is old! Marquez got skills to avoid and withstood Pacquiao punches before but not now that he is 39 years old! I’m guessing it will be like Pacquioa vs Mosley! Where Marquez will be reduce to blocking and slowing down the fight!

Pac couldn’t KO him the first 3x 38rounds he won’t the next fight.Expect another huge/controversial robbery.Marquez puts another clinic & takes pac to skool, again.

Phenyo Molefe

Like many of you, I too am looking forward to this bout and trust we will have war on our hands. Rob is right, Pacquiao has indeed slowed considerably and whether he is able to recover his form is yet to be unveiled. Marquez was impressive in their last outing but could have more especially in the latter rounds.

Nigel Benn is living proof that skills are not the be all and end all. heart, determination, and many other factors also contribute to the make up of a fighter.

The difference in this fight is Pac wont be doctoring his performance to bait Floyd. This was most evident against Bradley as anyone who isnt a Pac hater saw Pac put forth 80 percent effort max. Pac is playin with peoples heads he says he has a new technique for Marquez by going back to the old Pac lol. Pac by 9th round tko or sooner.

Boxtra since u wanna keep harping on this skills issue and u brought up Pascal what happened with Dawson and Pascal and for that matter how about Taylor and Pavlick Jones and Tarver Jones and Johnson Bhop and Taylor Pac and Barrera Pac and Morales Bute and Froch that other bum that upset Bute huh. Skills is odviously a dominant factor ur stating the odvious but not to the degree that say. U seem to get this from team money saying “skills pay the bills” but u fail to c things any deeper Floyd is an incredible athlete with off the charts speed and reflexes and a great boxing i.q who has carefully steered away from styles that can beat his.

SKILLS is more important than AGE as MP found out last time. Also Chavez Jr. found it out and so did Pascal. Marquez will WIN at least 5 rounds and will score a knockdown if MP tries to bring more “savagery”

Posted October 5, 2012 4:05 pm

I see this fight going pretty much the same as the last but with the biggest difference being that Marquez will be jabbing and throwing the right hand more often. The right hand won’t be to the head but instead to the body. Look for Marquez to make many commit so he can counter with combinations. Marquez must push manny back. He can’t fight going backwards. Takeaway his left hand and Marquez will finally get his over due victory.

hahahaha…”Marquez already training”…he won’t be denied this time…

Tark put down the crack pipe and step away. Thanks for the laugh anyway.

gee, this isn’t an all biased article….

Posted October 5, 2012 3:12 pm

Each Pacquiao camp Marquez trains harder than the last Pacquiao camp in trying to leave no stone unturned in his quest to vanquish Pacman once and for all… It will be very hard for him to outdo his last effort at his current age of 39 — but I guess he’ll try… Pacquiao will also step up his intensity because he knows he got his ass kicked last time. This time he’ll be ready to come out blazing with a savagery that MP fans haven’t seen in 10 years. “However determined Marquez will be, he can’t match what I’m going to bring.” He could use some high altitude work as well if that’s going to be the case.
