Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing won the purse bid for the Vacant IBF Welterweight Championship of the World between Star Boxing’s IBF #2 rated Delvin Rodriguez (24-2-2, 14KO) and IBF #3 rated Isaac Hlatshwayo (28-1-1, 10KO).
