“The Future” of boxing just might be in Colorado

Denver (May 20, 2008) – Aurelio Martinez of Inside Boxing and Barry Fey of Feyline International, Inc. have teamed up to bring “The Future”. The Future will be a sensational boxing event putting forth Colorado’s top pugilists. The card will include 5-time champion Donald Camarena , undefeated welterweight contender Marvin Cordova and undefeated heavyweight Jevon Langford..

One card – so much extraordinary boxing talent… All from Colorado!

The event will be held on Saturday, June 21st at the National Western Complex in the events center arena.

The Card:
Donald Camarena has progressed as contender and has claimed five championships; they include the WBC world Youth, WBC Continental Americas, WBC Intercontinental Mundo Hispano championships as well as the Canadian-American-Mexican and the IB Rocky Mountain Regional titles.

Camarena’s losses have come at the hands of world champion Paulie Malinaggi, newly crowned world champion Timothy Bradley and top five rated Herman Ngoudjo in a hotly disputed contest.

“I’ve always had to go fight the top contenders in their own back yards and on their promoter’s cards. I hope now they will come to Colorado and fight me here.” Said Camarena

Marvin Cordova is one of Colorado’s outstanding and undefeated prospects. Cordova is undefeated in 19 contests winning eleven by way of knock out. Cordova welcomes the opportunity to fight in front of a home town crowd.

Jevon Langford played six years with the Cincinnati Bengal’s as a defensive end and started his professional boxing career while an active NFL player. He would box professional during the off season of football racking up an undefeated record of six wins all by knock out victories.

After retiring from football, Langford took time off from sports in general but will resume his boxing career in Denver where he now makes his home. Reunited with his trainer/manager Aurelio Martinez, Langford is ready to step back into the ring.
