Cotto and Mosley National Tour Gets Off To a Fast Start Today!

NEW YORK, NY (September 5, 2007) — Who wants to see WBA welterweight champion Miguel Cotto and four-time world boxing champion Sugar Shane Mosley? Apparently EVERYONE! It’s not enough that Cotto and Mosley launch a whistle-stop media tour today to promote “Fast & Furious!” — their world boxing championship fight — Cotto and Mosley will also be appearing on three national network broadcasts throughout this weekend, reaching out to millions of viewers. The three-city tour launches today in San Juan, Puerto Rico, followed by stops in New York on Thursday and Los Angeles on Monday.

On Friday, at approximately 10:30 p.m. ET, immediately following the conclusion of its NASCAR broadcast, Cotto and Mosley will be in the high definition studio of ESPN as the in-studio analysts on “ESPN2 Friday Night Fights,” with award-winning host Brian Kenny. It’s the first time the show has ever hosted opponents from the same fight together.

On Saturday, Cotto travels to Miami to appear live from Telemundo’s studio for “Titulares Telemundo,” at 11 p.m.ET, where he will appear with hosts Andrés Cantor and Jessi Losada.

On Sunday, at 11 a.m. ET / Noon PT, from the Miami studio of Univision, Cotto will appear on the popular sports show “República Deportiva” with Fernando Fiore. Rosana Franco and Felix Fernandez.
