LAS VEGAS (January 27, 2005) – Guilty Productions has become a major player among the heavyweights of professional boxing broadcast programming, expanding the reach of its “Guilty Fight Night” weekly series to more than 33-million households across the United States and worldwide..

Founded in 2004, Guilty Productions, along with its parent company, Guilty Boxing, annually provides a minimum of 48 episodes of “Guilty Fight Night” that also includes an extensive amount of high-quality features and behind the scene looks of the events and fighters. Guilty’s broadcast team is a KO combination with Boxing Hall of Fame announcer Colonel Bob Sheridan, handling blow-by-blow action at ringside, and former NFL kicker and veteran color analyst, Benny Ricardo.

Earlier this week Guilty Productions announced multi-year telecast rights agreements with America One in the U.S. (23-million households) and Fox Sports International in the Middle East and portions of Africa (1.52 million households), augmenting previous deals with BEN Television in Great Britain and Ireland (7.34 millions households), as well as WCVI, the UPN affiliate in the Virgin Island (750,000 households).

Guilty Productions goes to Middle East & portions of Africa Inks television agreement with Fox Sports International

LAS VEGAS (January 26, 2005) – Guilty Productions today announced yet another multi-year broadcast agreement giving Fox Sports International telecast rights to Guilty Boxing’s weekly boxing series, “Guilty Fight Night. “

Fox Sports International provides sports programming to more than 1.52 million households throughout the Middle East and Africa, including Algeria, Bahrain, Chad, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Djibouti, Egypt, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Slovakia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates Yemen and (if it becomes a recognized state) Palestine, as well as in North and Central Africa (including Nigeria and Ghana).
