– Last year was a banner year for the XFC, but not in the typical manner of what XFC and MMA enthusiast have seen in the past years. The Sports and Entertainment Company took a major leap forward in the industry, with strategic partnership and agreements. The MMA industry is booming in every part of the World, not just in the U.S.A. and Xtreme Fighting Championships seized the opportunity. Prior XFC broadcast/network agreements were forcing the organization to plateau. In a stagnant environment, the Sports Company decided it was time to expand its operations. The organization stepped away from doing shows solely in the U.S.A. and branched out into Latin America.

XFC has secured broadcasting partnerships and co-production agreements with some of the major networks in Latin America, as well as solidified deals with several on-line platforms, who are among the largest in the World. XFC events are now broadcast via one of the largest open tv broadcasters in Latin America, Rede TV!, who reaches over 120+ million homes in Brazil. Rede TV! also produces a weekly “XFC Show” with breaking news, highlights, and features about the Sports and Entertainment company. The XFC Show has consistently ranked in as one of the most watched programs on television on Saturday Nights. Additionally, XFC now has their content streamed on the largest internet portal in Latin America, UOL; who is ranked in the Alexa top 100. The XFC video library is also featured on HBO Latin America, reaching fans in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The promotion also secured an exclusive weekly co-production agreement that will showcase XFC content and a news-cast program on the largest Spanish/Latin American portal in the World “Terra TV”, who serves to over 50 million unique visitors per month in Brazil and 100 million visitors worldwide.

The signings we have made in our superfight series and the rising stars in our tournament series is full of potential champions. Throughout 2015, our champions from Season I & II will be advancing to the Superfight Series, where we will begin title chases and crowning World Champions in several of our divisions. Fans and media have been asking when is XFC planning to do more traveling and bring their events to other parts of the World; specifically back in the USA. The answer for many is 2015! The XFC is currently wrapping up their Season II tournament series, with the first event of 2015 taking place in Sao Paulo in March. The event will feature three Superfights and the tournament finale in the Women’s Flyweight division between Antonia Silvaneide & Poliana Botelho. Also on the card will be the tournament semifinals in the Women’s Strawweight, Men’s Bantamweight & Men’s Welterweight Division. In April, XFCi 10 will feature the Men’s Lightweight & Featherweight semifinals, plus several superfights as the XFC begins their World Championship Title Chases. Matchmaking of the Season III International Tournament has also already begun. There are 8-10 planned events in South America which will include shows in Brazil and other parts of the continent; Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica. Additionally, two events are planned in the USA for July & December, and at least 1 event in Europe.
