All eyes will be on returning former heavyweight king Tyson Fury next year; providing of course he is granted a licence in January, as is widely expected will be the case. As fans know, the unbeaten 29 year old has been cleared by UKAD to fight on and Fury has been working hard in the gym; appearing to have lost a substantial amount of weight already.

Tyson Fury is finally free to fight again after UKAD hearing is done and dusted
News has just broken regarding former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury’s UKAD hearing. The undefeated former champ is now free to box again, his punishment for testing positive for a banned substance in early 2015 being a two-year suspension that has been backdated two years.
So Fury – and his cousin Hughie Fury, who has also been cleared to fight on, he also testing positive in 2015 – is now eager to resume his career. Fury of course last boxed in November of 2015, when he sensationally upset Wladimir Klitschko in Germany to take the world heavyweight titles. Since then the 29 year old has experienced all manner of setbacks; from depression to piling on a ton of weight, to appearing to lose interest in fighting.
Tyson Fury compares his ring exile with that of Muhammad Ali; comes out with a line borrowed straight from Larry Holmes
Former heavyweight ruler Tyson Fury insists his time out of the ring, his exile if you like, is comparable to the enforced inactivity the great Muhammad Ali had to undergo back in the 1960s. As fight fans know, “The Greatest” was stripped of his world title, and prevented from earning a living by boxing, for a little over three and a half years.
Hearn hoping Fury faces Bellew AND Joshua in 2018
Eddie Hearn is hoping that heavyweight Tyson Fury will be making a comeback in 2018 so that he can fight 2 of his heavyweights in his Matchroom Stable in Tony Bellew and Anthony Joshua. The fight between Fury and Bellew would come after the Bellew-Haye 2 rematch if David can make it through training camp for early 2018.

If Fury beats Bellew, then he would face Joshua later in 2018.
Hearn says to Sky Sports making the Fury vs. Bellew fight would be a “simple deal.”

Ricky Hatton says Tyson Fury beats Anthony Joshua: I think he stands him on his head

Video: A brief chronology of lineal heavyweight champions

In the rich history of professional boxing, there have been many champions, especially in the last 30 to 40 years when things evolved to the point where we now have 4 major sanctioning bodies. We don’t have many undisputed champions in boxing these days, and in the rare instance that one emerges, boxing politics and the corrupt nature of sanctioning bodies usually make for short-lived undisputed reigns.
Tyson Fury signs with MTK
MTK Global are delighted to announce the signing of the Ring Magazine and lineal heavyweight champion of the world, Tyson Fury.
The ‘Gypsy King’ has inked a deal which will see MTK Global assume an advisory role as he makes his comeback in the heavyweight division.
Hearn keen on promoting Tyson Fury-Tony Bellew if Fury gets license; says Bellew feels he can win
Though Tony Bellew is set to wait for David Haye to heal up and be ready to fight their return bout next March (postponed as the original Dec 17 date was due to an arm injury picked up by Haye) the Liverpool warrior is also thinking seriously about taking a fight with Tyson Fury.
Tyson Fury wastes no time in calling out Bellew after Haye return is called off
Tyson Fury has wasted zero time in calling out Tony Bellew. In light of how the December 17 return bout between “Bomber” Bellew and David Haye has been called off due to (yet another) injury suffered by Haye (it’s his arm, actually his bicep, this time for those fans who are keeping tab of the body parts Haye has suffered injury to during his amateur and pro career), Fury has offered his considerable services for the new date that is being worked on: May 5.
