“Santana (14-2, 11 KOs), once considered a can’t-miss prospect, was coming off a surprising knockout loss in his last bout…” – Classic mishandling of a young prospect with an eye to short term paydays. The kid got KOed in his last bout so they overmatch him in his very next one? Kind of feel bad for him. He was a streaking undefeated KO puncher just two fights ago, now he’s road kill.

Nice win for the veteran Lundy against the young supposedly hot prospect. I hope he does get his title shot. Hard working fighter who gives it all every time. A pro’s pro. The sport needs more guys like him.

Hank Lundy is a C fighter. He. Looks like a little Kevin “king pin” Johnson also average at best. As a matter of fact, I’m going to call Lundy “Mini Pin” or miniature pinscher.

Ouch(?!). Robinson’s landing on the crown of his head gave me momentary brain-freeze. that sh@t Hurts. never heard of “can’t-miss prospect” Santana(?). of course, every Cuban that washes up on shore is automatically declared to be a prospect, which i don’t get. i”ve yet to see a truly great pro emerge from Castro’s Cuba. generally speaking, I expect what just happened to Santana: limited fighters who wilt under the consistent intensity of pro bouts. pro boxers are not among the privileged elite in the U.S. they’re hungry; they’re desperate; and some will risk death before losing. that’s a threshold that few Cuban boxers are able to consistently overcome.

Lundy did well too. He’s not a bad fighter.

Imam reminds me of Hearns a. The ref should have stopped the fight as soon as Robinson got up on shaky legs. Everyone stayed back, so he wouldn’t get disqualified, but he nearly feel down on his way back in the ring.

Much respect for Robinson. He landed on his head…..ouch
Great fight as Robinson was determined but just out classed.

That was a great right hand by Imam. He’s a real handful.

Amir Imam is a Beast this kid going to be a star as long as don king moves him Right so far he looking like a 140 pounder version of sergy kovalev the way he stopping these guys so far he can punch of course he need more rounds he proably needs to fight sombody a lil more tougher and challenging even know i thought robinson would test him a lil bit i Give robinson credit for getting up from that knockdown and getting back in the Ring on his own ref should of gave him a chance just to see what would happen most likely he proably got knockdown again if he climb in the ring on his own then he okay imam would of won regardless
