browne, just another cab driver like the rest.

Posted December 14, 2013 6:36 pm

Well, yeah…but Tilman classes as another so-what fight for Brown. Needs a better class of opponent to see if he is any threat. Like Wilder, at the moment he rates as untested.

Posted December 14, 2013 5:03 pm

Time to step up in class. He could KO Deontay. Deontay couldn’t possibly keep him off.

and to think idiots pay to watch this hw sh#t, probably take that fans.

Mr gav

Surely it’s time for chisora, both need a name on record to boost profile plus this would be an exciting fight

@jefcc,the way the heavy weight division is at the mo,of course he,s a prospect!!! so how would you rate wilder! other than the klit brothers anyone has a chance on the night

Browne would make an ATG bouncer at your local pub but the dude is highly suspect as a legit HW contender until he steps up the competition. Given that Minto just beat Cameron down in Middle-Earth, maybe Browne could take on someone like a Minto next. That would at least be a step up from the likes of Tillman.

At this point in time I can’t see why you even think about Browne being a contender, as of now he is a prospect, nothing more, when he faces a fringe top 15 heavyweight, we will see if he has anything to write home about. There’s been so many fighters come along and get a string of knock outs against never was and finished fighters only to end up finished themselves when they meet anybody that doesn’t fall down after being hit. Browne may be an exception, we don’t know yet, I understand that writers are looking to get readers with graphic headlines, but, for once face reality, as of now he’s fighting , with no disrespect to his opponents, nobodies. Just my humble opinion.

Browne chopped down the 6’8 Towers. Ustinov is much better than Towers. If browne fought Ustinov that would be an awesome fight. I think Ustinov would get a UD or browne would KO the russian but I would favor ustinov slightly.

Not much skill wise, but Browne has 4 distinct advantages that keep others away. He is very big, very unorthodox, with very quick hands and is probably the hardest hitting heavyweight out there. Brownes attitude is enough to beat half the pretenders, will be interesting to see who the first contender is too take the risk of getting knocked out by Browne. Ustinov vs Browne would be an interesting close fight for now..

come on wilder, man up!!and face a fighter for once that dosent trip over his own shoelaces

And considering he has no amateur experience, he is doing great.

But I like Brownes attitude. He has good power, hes determined, and eager to learn. Welcomed addition to the HWs.

Wilder KOs Browne in 4.

Tillman is a very big name in his own house. Crap opponent. Would love to see Browne vs perez, chisora or maybe even ustinov.

Von Pugsly – Browne is trying to step up and no contender or prospect will fight him. He is crude in skills but he will fight back and he hits hard. This is a nightmare of epic proportions for fringe names like Fury, Price, Wilder. He won’t be a punching bag that flops to the floor immediately after one punch. Chisora would be a great fight for the Commonwealth title to gauge exactly where Browne fares in the ratings. Browne has been fighting overseas you idiot, hence being under the Hatton promotion banner. He has called out Leapai, who recently beat the hyped Boytsov, and any other Commonwealth contender yet only Towers responded and it took him 3 goes to grow a pair and get in the ring. Browne is trying to do things the old school way of getting national, international regional titles before jumping in with the big guns at heavyweight. No one will fight him in fear of losing their ‘0’ waiting for a payday vs Wlad. Get a clue moron before you mouth off. He is seriously flawed with his skillset (although improving) but will always be a punchers chance against anybody. BTW beer sales are down and Wine is up in Oz so I’m told. You stick to those stereotypes however. LOL.

Browne is going down the moment he steps up. Better stay in NZ and Oz feasting on tomato cans and washed-up HWs whose best days were over a decade ago. If this dude was serious he’d hop on a boat to Germany, the UK, or the US and fight a HW with a pulse. Until he does we can just assume he’s a club fighter hyped up by the beer swilling mob down under.

Surpass a smart fighter.

Maidana can do it, if pace himself. If he fights desperate, Broner will pick him apart. Also we will see who is strong physically. I think Maidana is strong as Broner. You can be smart fighter sometimes a strong fighter can surpass, a strong fighter.
