It’s who? Public Ernie?

fortunately, I –Te Tumbo the Wise and Beneficent– am present to render fair and final judgment: ERNIE, explain your seemingly comical slip-up and response to Squared Circle, Posted October 4, 2013 12:22 am? Squared Circle directly addresses Enema and You respond(?). Btw, where is Papi Douchebag #1? . . . (lol) . . . typical multiposting panic . . . NEXT?

REDMOND, it never fails. remain patient, indifferent, and the multiposters always slip, deny, fade in, fade out, then coincidentally(?) all convene on the same thread to sort it out . . . “Ooops?!” . . . I just did it myself(?) . . . (LoL).

i anticipate that Delvin will test Cotto and if he’s slipped even an iota more after the beatdown he received from Trout, Delvin will win by KO or kneel-down. Hell(?!), PR is even having trouble keeping up with Dominican Republic these days(?!).

SQUARED CIRCLE, it’s become apparent that Public Douchebag is also “It’s Me, Ernie” (what is this guy? 12-years-old?). anyway, he’s an utter waste of keystrokes, but fortunately he spares us the task of making him look like a boxing-ignorant jacka**hole by assuming fool responsibility for this task himself. i’ve gotta admit: i couldn’t do a better job myself . . . there is ZERO evidence of a warrior culture or ANY civilization existing in PR prior to the arrival of spaniards. also, and according to first-hand accounts of the conquistadores who arrived in PR, Tainos were peaceful, compliant, and unarmed people seemingly oblivious to warfare. the claim of any warrior tradition existing in PR is nothing more than residual history of mainland Amerindians such as the Mexicas whose dedication to warfare was and is legendary. there is NO equivalent history of Mayan or Mexican-style civilizations in PR. it’s historical FACT. nothing more, nothing less.

Posted October 4, 2013 4:50 pm

yes I’ll say it again, Areola, Mikey Garcia, Rios, etc are all gringos too. Gringo aint about race but about speaking gringo and wearing green military uniforms (green go) and about all the hypocrisy of going green or exploiting green in foreign countries because their own trees were destroyed long ago.

The Taino and Caribs have lived on and around Puerto Rico ever since both tribes migrated from the Orinoco valley. To live near and trade with Carib warriors, you had to have warriors and the Taino of Puerto Rico still celebrate ancient warrior games.

there is no warrior tradition from PR. that’s nothing but a lame effort by PRs to associate themselves with Mexican history. otherwise, Tainos were notoriously passive and complacent. Btw, never mind the retarded PR boxing math. it’s One-on-One in a boxing ring and that’s where Mexican ring-warriors have consistently defeated the top PR prospects.

JWhales – Ricardo Lopez Retiring in 2002 was almost 12 years ago.. also you can take half the fighters on any Mexican Boxers Record and just flush them down the toilet. As we see in Canelos Padded record most if not all of those early fights were in Mexican Cantinas against Bums when these fighters were in their Teens.. Something not allowed in the USA..

Posted October 4, 2013 11:58 am

Jwales – Danny Garcia is a top Prospect at this time, still green but shows promise but to be honest like I said below. Puerto Rico has also not produced a top World Class Unbeaten Champion as well.. But we’re not acting like we’re the Top Super Power in Boxing like Tumbo does when talking about Mexican Boxing. They have not produced any as well..

Ricardo Lopez retired November 28 2002 with a record of 51 and O

i’ve never wrecked another poster more severely than Public Enema. it’s not even necessary to insult him any more. nothing humiliates or exposes his ignorance more than his pus-filled posts. all it takes to trigger another one of his rabid and incoherent rants is a reminder of Cotto’s decline, Salido’s demolition of Lopez, Canelo’s popularity, Garcia’s ascent, and the utter collapse of PR boxing. unfortunately, while I can curse pathetic morons with rage and bitterness, I can’t bestow them with a sense of humor. hence the utterly humorless nature of his posts BUT they do expose his severe ignorance about EVERYthing and delusional understanding of my favorite sport, e.g., the 126lb Garcia moving up to face the Argentinian Mathysse or the American Garcia at 147lbs? “U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!” . . . (lol).

Bradley is with Top Rank, figured you would of known that, oh and he fights on HBO. Lara doesn’t have the fan base and has yet to really earn a shot at the champ. GGG has yet to make 154 so there is nothing saying he can. Only his word. Many fighters had said they can make the weight below what they where fighting at only to be drained. Then have excuses afterwards. Good example is Chad Dawson fighting Ward.

Squared-Circle Real Talk (a.k.a. The Lion King of Beat Street)

Kid Chocolate, Maravilla, Murray, Barker and Geale need to man-up and stop ducking the best MW in the world. And we all know who that is.

FMJ needs to man-up and defend his THREE MAJOR 154lbs titles like a true champion. And that means fighting 3G and Lara at Jr MW.

Why does FMJ refuse to fight Broner and Bradley at WW??? Can any of you fan-boy nuthuggers answer that simple question?

Posted October 3, 2013 12:00 am

GGG does need to keep the comp up but him blowing out Macklin was a big statement. Yeah Macklin most definitely seemed intimidated but is the GGG fault. Stevenson is a nice match up because of his power and the way he is talking, it sounds like he is not intimidated. Especially since he called him out. Quillen is a tough cat and isn’t running from anybody. Him and GGG is a damn good fight

AFICIONADO, i’ll be that Golovkin never confirms bouts with either of them Orrr Ward, Orrr Froch, or any other quality middleweight opponent. that’s the primary reservation i have about this guy. i mean, even Chavez Jr. agreed to face Martinez and ALmost pulled it out in a dramatic FInal round(?!). what has Golovkin done v. any comparable opponent?

Did Tumbo just say he’d favor Canelo over GGG? Just wow. The anti-hype army is here I guess. I’d bet $1000 at even money odds GGG beats either of them. Problem is the Vegas oddsmakers would have neither at even money because they know GGG stomps either of them.

to be honest, i’ve yet to see GGG in a good fight v. a quality opponent. at the moment, Chavez Jr. is a reach at 168lbs and quite frankly, i favor Canelo v. GGG at 154lbs. bottomline, it’s high time that Golovkin up the ante in terms of his opponents.

Posted October 2, 2013 8:00 pm

To be honest last week I thought Chavez vs GGG would of been a good fight with GGG winning. After last week I no longer feel that. GGG would destroy Chavez

Quillin by stoppage and Hopkins by decision.

Quillin blows out Rosado even worse than GGG did and calls out GGG at the post fight interview! GGG will continue to avoid Quillin and take on another blown-up JMW. GGG/Quillin is the best fight to make at MW, a true pick-em fight.

Yeah, everyone wants to fight him but only at 160. He’s got a nice pressure style and under rated power but doesn’t carry it up to 160. He’d likely beat most of the clowns at 154 though.

Rosado, is the latest guy everyone wants to fight, cause they’ve seen him be beat. Quillin will be too big, and break Rosado down within 8.

“Why would Rosado need to earn a shot vs Canelo? Canelo has done nothing special in the ring.” – PE, Rosado already earned a mandatory title shot against Canelo, early this year. He skipped it for the shot at GGG because he knew Canelo wouldn’t fight him and the governing body wouldn’t force it per their rules.

Posted October 2, 2013 1:02 pm

When Canelo was considered the Champ, yes he would of needed to earn a shot. I understand that he has not really fought anybody. Heck the only real 154 pounder on his resume was Trout. Everybody else was blown up Jr WW or WW. But when he was the champ he needed to earn a shot at the Champ. Rosado really his last few fights he is getting free bees. He keeps getting title shot after title shot and is constantly losing. What has he really done to merit all these title shots.

Posted October 2, 2013 12:54 pm

Correction: Why would Rosado need to earn a shot vs Canelo? Canelo has done nothing special in the ring.. His humiliating one sided loss vs Mayweather shows he’s just a glorified C level fighter no better then a Rosado or Vera..

Posted October 2, 2013 12:26 pm

Public Enemy

Peej – all due respect but why would Canelo need to earn a shot at Canelo? Canelo has never fought anyone as dangerous as GGG or Quillin.. Sorry brother but Canelo is nothing special..

Posted October 2, 2013 12:24 pm

I just think Quillen has the better skills, punches harder and is just to big for him. I really think Quillen stops him middle to late rounds. Rosado just can’t beat that next level up of comp. He has always lost. So he hasn’t really earned a fight with Canelo. Well now it would be good because Canelo needs a come back fight. As for a Chavez fight, well he has moved up and Quillen would need to do the same. But isn’t Quillen under Golden Boy? Top Rank and Golden Boy don’t work together.

Posted October 2, 2013 12:01 pm

I had high hopes for rosado, losses and all, but he has no busness in the MW division. they sent him as a sacraficial lame against GGG and he got destroyed. KC is to fast for him, and natuarly bigger. it seems he is either chasing a dream that will never become a reality, or he has accepted the title of “opponent” too bad.

Posted October 2, 2013 11:19 am

Public Enemy

Peej – this won’t be an easy fight for either guy, they will take punishment but I feel it’s uneccesary Punishment because these guys should be taking on the Primadonnas in Boxing like Canelo and Chavez Jr instead of beating each other up.. It’s done by design by the promoters who look to damage these guys before they let their little Primadonnas any where near them..

Posted October 2, 2013 11:17 am

Yeah I think if Quillen makes easy work of Rosado they him and GGG should meet. I am going with Quillen by middle to late round stoppage.

Posted October 2, 2013 10:36 am

Kid Chocolate is an excellent boxer I just don’t think he would be able to take punishment that is above and beyond what he has been dealt at any point in his career.

Qullin should make easy work of rosado not all defences can be against big names but no one can criticize ggg when qullin is fighting these guys however big names will come. I would like to see Vera get a shot out of prinsable a bit like when chisora was robbed against hellenis. Wilder again is taking very little steps forward. Tyson fury got a tko over this guy and his power is very soft compared to wilders so will be fun while it lasts. But 2014 has to be a big year for wilder he needs so names with a ranking and winning record to get any real credit. For Hopkins he needs to be on a card with excitement because he brings very little himself but he should have no problem with murat. Whatever 2014 brings for Hopkins he still will be a hall of famer but a unification fight with either kovlov or Stevenson would cement his legacy if he wins of course
