Gonzalez lost a lot a credit both by not coming even close to 154 and by fighting to a Draw….what a dip SH–. I give Dzinziruk a thumbs up for taking the fight with such a drastic weight diffence as well as him not getting hurt. This really shows you how “good” Gonzalez is. (not good at all).

Gonzo The Dragonborn

I don’t know anything about this Gonzalez fellow. However, I sincerely hope he gets KTFO tonight and then contracts AIDS and dies ASAP. What a piece of $%@!. He never had any intentions of making weight. He clearly thought, just as Andre Ward did when he fought Kessler, this was his golden opportunity to play his wild card, ie. to use cheating to overcome the stiffest test of their careers. Dzinziruk should’ve told him to go F himself and pulled out. He’s trained months for this and now the chances of him losing have been significantly increased thanks to that cheating piece of $%@!.. A loss at this stage of his career would be absolutely devastating.. He probably retire. He could get seriously hurt if this guy is a big puncher. This is absolutely disgusting. Gonzalez should have his entire purse withdrawn and bannee from fighting for 12 months for doing this.

I didn’t understand that bit about weights. They supposed to fight at 154 but Gonzalez weighed in at 162 and now he had to weigh under 166 to be able to fight. Sense, that makes no of it.

Fight Aficionado

This is the second HBO card in a month when one of the featured boxers didn’t bother trying to make weight and they gave him a second weigh-in way above the mandated weight. First Broner was a welterweight fighting a lightweight. Now Gonzalez is a super middleweight fighting a jr middleweight. I oppose this second weigh-in BS because jerks like Broner and Gonzalez are being rewarded for cheating. They should cancel the fight and televise one of the undercards in place of it. That’ll stop this cheating.
