So how you wanted ishida to be a fat 154 fighter…? Lol

Dan D

Golovkin v Martinez would be good. Need to make that fight.

Ishida was already shocked and was losing his focuse in round three, Golovkin finished in full control, measured and relaxed. It was a scary message to other fighters, if you don’t run from GGG you get cut in like that…

he just beat up on a thin 154lb fighter… LMAO…If he wants recognition, go and fight George Groves while you weigh in at 160lbs.. Let St George come in at 168lbs+ and then you get my respect.

Best fight for ggg would be against Chavez ,that fight would made a fight against Martinez possible .

Ggg critics say he weakness is his defense ,he can get hit ,well his chin is there , ishida hits hard but and cought ggg a few times but he ended up in the floor!

The Low Blow !

you could see that GGG was measuring up that overhand right wasnt a bad fight Ishida san was fighting well he just made the mistake of not moving off a line he just staed in front even when going backwards which is a SIN and got him KTFO he should used his jab more double triple it up and move off line but NO !

Yeah when Kirkland get his ass whoped some were saying ishida was underrated and a tall boxer who will beat boxers who go forward like Kirkland and ggg but now this guy below me is not impressed with ggg for stoping ishida who was never stoped before… Hmmm.. Hypocrits

Looks like the Brotha’s are upset that Glovokin won. He’s the future ruler between 160 to 175

I wasn’t really interested in this fight (even though I’m a GGG fan) but watched anyway.
My thought was that Ishida was there to give Golovkin rounds (i.e. given that Ishida has never been stopped, or to my knowledge, even dropped) and early on, it looked to be heading that way because Golovkin was taking a very measured and paced approach.
But that finish was nightmarish and came from nowhere… Golovkin was landing almost at will, but there was no sign that the fight was about to end.
To put a tough guy like Ishida to sleep with one shot is a massive display of power. Let’s hope a top tier fighter can be lined up for Golovkin’s next fight.

Jack Dempsey

I was not to impress with Golovkin ,,he was fighting a tall fighter that was standing right in front of him ,,just like Antonio DeMarco did against Broner .. besides that Ishida has no power ,,Tommy Hearns would have knock Golovkin out in the 2nd round …

Oh corrupted God of Boxing, please Martinez/Golovkin
