The Facts !

TO TARK ,,Just shut up !! Just shut up for havens sake ,,again you have something to say about Hagler ,,again you have to mention Marcos Geraldo and how Hagler couldn’t knock him out ..TARK are you o .k in the mind or are you so obsess with Hagler .Check your self out ,,and let real fans of boxing blog on this site .

TARK insists on showing himself up as an imbecile as he writes below

Khan has a weak chin, for sure….

But I can think of a thousand fighters with weaker chins…

Tommy Hearns was KO’d 3 times in his 20′s.

Marcos Geraldo was KO’d 10 times before he fought Hagler.

Terry Norris was blown away quite a few times… but he managed to knock John “The Beast” Mugabi out right away. That means Mugabi had a weaker chin.

Ismayl Sillakh has only been knocked out twice.. but he looks as chinny as Hearns.

Posted March 28, 2014 2:55 am

Hearns was stopped and not KO’d by 2 ATG fighters in Hagler and SRL and walked onto a punch when he was one punch away from stopping the Blade Barkley. If Tommy was so chinny, how did he win titles and become the first man to legitimately win 5 title at different weights. Don’t bring that cheating, fraud SRL into the equation?
TARK, how many fights did Tommy have? How many divisions did he fight in? What age did Tommy fight to? If he was so chinny, how come he managed to win and defend titles from Welterweight right up to Light Heavy and Cruiserweight if you count the bogus title he won there?

TARK, you’ve been sussed. Your whole modus operandi is to slate Hearns because he got stopped by Hagler, SRL and Barkley
you slate Hagler because he didn’t stop Marcos Geraldo, but you fail to include SRL didn’t stop Geraldo.
You slate a 34 year old SRR p, out of the ring for 31 months after retiring for losing to Ralph Tiger Jones
You slate Muhammad Ali for losing to 8 fight novice Olympic Gold medallist Leon Spinks
You call Terry Norris for being chinny, but he engaged in the most title fights at Super Welterweight

TARK, you need new material, cause this b.s. You regurgitate sure does stink
Go brush your teeth and come up with some fresh stuff. your current stuff is real weak.

You never heard of an off night? You actually look at the quality of opposition?

The same TARK who gives props to Wlad for being stopped three times in his career by the likes of Brewster. Yeah, right.
TARK, I have OUTED you already for slating boxers who laced up their gloves before 1995

You have a pathological hatred for anyone who is in the Hall Of Fame as all the above are.
Quite frankly, you don’t know what you’re talking about. We’ve seen your boy Wlad on bambi legs, but you give him and all the other boys you have your h8rd on for a massive pass like you did Danny Garcia, the other weekend, Lara vs Angulo, La Bamba vs Andre Ward, when you laughably called him the best boxer Ward had ever faced (big fail there). I won’t even bring up Trout, Canelo and the others.

TARK, you’ve been found out and caught with your pants down, playing the same old scratched record.

Time to play another song TARK. You just played yourself out.

Khans in deep trouble, this will be one of the first times Collazo will have actually had a full professional Training Camp.

Posted March 28, 2014 12:23 pm

Khan looked terrible in his last fight. What should we expect in this fight?.

Posted March 28, 2014 11:26 am

Look I am far from a fan of the con man but he is out to prove a point with this fight. I don’t see him taking any risk unless he has Collazo hurt badly.

This is a big risk for Khan as he wants the Floyd fight. I think just like Cheeseburger JR who trained hard for his rematch we will see the same results from Khan. I would love to see Collazo upset the con man but I doubt we get that pleasure.

sweet science

DINO – I see what your talking about that’s what makes Khan an exciting fighter to watch. I think the move up in weight is gonna be a huge difference, he won’t be as drained and will be able to absorb better shots when he gets hit.

Posted March 28, 2014 7:47 am

Can he take a good shot or not, that is the question. khan has taken some good shots but he does not know how to hold or do what ever it takes to stay in the fight when he’s hurt. Instead he wants to stand and trade, that is where the problem begins. The kid has heart and I respect him for that. IMHO, Collazo is gonna starch the kid by round 9.

If the bookies have Amir “Tomato” Khan as the favorite, I’m betting big on Collazo. And I mean silly big. Khan was finished in 2011. If Julio Diaz can floor Khan and beat him (even though he got robbed) imagine what the younger (32) Luis Collazo will do to him. Yes the Khan chin is the weakest in boxing history.

Two Round Wonder

Khan is a great two round fighter. After that, he turns into a funky chicken with a range of dance moves. The Khan chin has to be the weakest in the history of boxing, can anyone think of a weaker chin?

Danny Garcia

Hey ,, It’s me Danny Garcia ,, has every one forgotten about me ?? My rear end has been healing after the ass kicking i got from Herrera ,,so guys don’t forget about me ..don’t worry Al Haymon will make sure the judges are on my side in my next fight .

Kahns chin isnt repairable.prescott shattered it,you cant piece that back.yes he has speed and might be athletic but that doesnt mean jack if he gets hit.virgil hunter cant fix whats broken, everyone has a plan till they get punched in the mouth and it couldnt be more true in this case.

Public Enemy – Yes Khan has been KO’d twice and you know what he has his flaws but he’s still fast, explosive and has a lot of heart. He’s exciting to watch. Like I said If he’s focused and if he has learned anything from Virgil Hunter he can beat anybody because of the attributes he has as far as speed explosiveness and heart. I agree he does look past his opponents and he gets reckless. His height combined with his speed would give Floyd problems and I don’t think Floyd can hit hard enough to hurt Khan. But we’ll see he’s got to get past Collazo first.

Posted March 27, 2014 9:59 pm

sweet science – don’t you think Khan should be focusing on Collazo right now and not begging Mayweather for a Paycheck?

Manny Pacquiao has carried the sport of boxing for more than a decade. Excitement, drama, historic fights have all become a part of the fighter most observers believe is the greatest fighter of all time. As we near the most anticipated fight in boxing history, the buzz has become louder and louder throughout the world. The gyms, restaurants, local businesses, all the media outlets including TV stations, Radio, and all the social networks have blown up. Earlier today, Boxing Legends Julio Cesar Chavez and Marco Antonio Barrera came by to cast their praise on Manny Pacquiao. What an unbelievable scene to see a three of the best ever meet inside the famous Wild card gym. Legends like these two only added to other legends visits since Manny Pacquiao arrived for his training camp in Los Angeles. The city of angles is beside itself as the world wants to see Manny Pacquiao. I took a break earlier in the day to do some jogging and set up a similar route to Manny’s route . I took my 3 dogs along with me, who by the way are named Pacman. We had a great jog. I returned home and put on my Manny Pacquiao six pack video and worked on my abs. I luckily caught a short clip of Manny doing some sparring followed by an interview. Manny is spitting fire, and trust me, there will be brutality and carnage on April 12. The man is in high gear, and his punches are coming faster than the human eye can see. I really do hope all boxing fans are tuning in to see this legend in action. He is a legitimate master piece that will not be around forever. When Manny Paacquiao retires, it will be like seeing Babe Ruth retire or more importantly like seeing a ROCKY movie without Sylvester Stallone. Life will not be the same, and Boxing will never recover. This fight against Timothy Bradley will be epic. Bradley has said things that have motivated Manny Pacquiao like never before. There’s something inside of Manny that no one can really see, but I can see it. There is as ROCKY said to PAULIE in the ROCKY BALBOA ” There’s still some stuff in the basement.” Manny Pacquiao is going to be dangerous. I can see Manny Pacquiao walking out with his smile, smiling and looking out at the crowd. He climbs the short stairs and weaves under the ropes and steps inside the ring to a thunderous applause. Car and earthquake alarms are set off. Manny’s standing ovation continues for 15 minutes. Timothy Bradley enters and no one sees him. Police try escorting him out, but realize he’s Manny’s opponent. Myself and the rest of the Manny Pacquiao fans have brought Manny Mania alive. My tickets have arrived, and my victory party is set to start three days out from the fight. Fasten your seat belts people, The champ is here. Manny is the best!

Collazo if you read this. When on the inside throw a hard left or right hook to the temple. Remember this post.

Posted March 27, 2014 7:04 pm

Khan will give Collazo trouble early in the fight with his hand speed, but it wont last, Collazo will take him apart. 8th rd ko at the latest.

Posted March 27, 2014 5:44 pm

Good for him. I like a good comeback story.

“I am hoping Collazo wins. I am tired of Khan.”

LOL Peej. That ain’t even a good reason.

Boxing Fan

It’s funny how Khan’s haters are so sure Collazo will win. This is boxing people, no one knows who is going to win. I’m just looking forward to a good fight.

Fight Aficionado

Collazo is a cute boxer. Tough defense to crack, nice counter puncher. Khan will probably have to lead most of the bout which will open him to those nice counters. Unlike a lot of slicksters Collazo’s not a runner. Don’t know the odds but it should be close to even money.

Posted March 27, 2014 1:49 pm

I am hoping Collazo wins. I am tired of Khan. Yeah if Khan does this or that he can win, problem is he can’t do it for a full fight. And what I have seen in his last 2 fights proves that and he looks to have gone backwards instead of improving.

Collazo may be “on God’s time” but God still won’t help him to beat Khan anymore than God helped Guerrero to beat Mayweather which, by the way, Guerrero was certain would happen.

As long as Khan fights intelligently and boxes instead of brawls, he will handily win the fight. But if Khan gets careless or foolish, we may see another ending. Without the help of God.

Collazo, a nice, humble man with underrated skills who hopefully will shut up this whining, whimpering Khan-a-thon

I wonder what the moneyline is on this fight…if vegas has con… im bettin rent money on tha Rican….

Tomato Can Stan

Collazo has only been stopped once, and that was early in his career. He had the skills to hang with Berto, Mosley and Hatton.

I can’t say the same about glass-jawed Khan.

i’m not going to bash amir for taking this fight. it’s a good fight. i just think collazo is underestimated, and khan is overlooking him.

Posted March 27, 2014 9:15 am

Can easily see con get schooled..fight a natural welterweight….surprised he took this fight….I just don’t see con winning this fight…I don’t think con realizes thay his career can be over may 3rd…espn from there on lol

Im not under estimating amerecon (Lol) seriously …….. Im expecting him to come out looking to impress and draw some attention ……………..On a brighter note I am confident enough to too say that Luis will be ready …………………………And his going to put a WHOOPING..On that skinnycon jobs @zzz ….

Posted March 27, 2014 3:54 am

Khan certainly wont out think Collazo so he is going to have to prepare to fight the whole 12, and probably learn to clinch…

Posted March 27, 2014 2:05 am

Collazo will knock Amir Khan out and end Amir Khan’s career.

Posted March 27, 2014 1:53 am

Collazo won vs. Berto even though it was close. He will do well vs. Khan although Khan’s speed will be a challenge. Depends on Khan being able to last the stretch then Collazo will take over if he doesn’t.
