Ghana’s Alex “Ali” Baba 21-9 (16ko’s) steps it up in a 10-round toe to toe bout against Mexico’s Jose German Cruz 16-2 (14ko’s) and an exhilarating four bout under card showcasing young talented fighters from all areas. September to Remember – “The Best of Both Worlds” is presented by Dana Pitcher Productions.

Dana Pitcher together with legendary matchmaker Peyton Sher are redefining the present state of boxing, giving fight fans their money’s worth with well matched, hard fought bouts uncommon in today’s boxing world. Boxers with their managers and promoters looking for the fast track to a championship bout rarely take the chance of recording an untimely loss, and so the art of matchmaking has been replaced with the art of “mis-matchmaking.”

This will not be the case with Dana Pitcher Productions as their dedication is to the fans that are desperately looking for competitive matches. Pitcher was recently quoted as saying September to Remember -“The Best of Both Worlds” will be the greatest event ever in the state of Louisiana.”

The 1st main event features Jr. Middleweight knockout artist Jason Papillion battling against the tuff and rugged Marcus “The Terminator” Primera of Venezuela. Jason, who hails from Lafayette, is a former Super Middleweight Champion. Of Jason’s 24 knockouts, 22 have come in the first four rounds. “Please get to the arena early and be seated, because my fight is not going 10 rounds,” he said. “The Terminator” countered, ’Jason’ you’re right, I’ll take you out in five.”

Alex “Ali” Baba, who now makes his home in Doraville, GA, steps it up in the second 10-round Bantamweight clash against Mexico’s fearsome and dangerous Jose German Cruz.

Both Alex “Ali” Baba and Jose German Cruz have never hit the canvas, making this fight one you don’t want to miss. Previously, you have seen them both on Fox Sports, ESPN, Comcast Sports, HBO, Telefutura, Cox Sports, Showtime, and MSG and now you can see him live.

American Top Team, one of the top 2 MMA training schools in the country will have three of their top fighters on this knockout card. Mike Brown 13-2 vs Aaron Williams 9-5 from Mississippi, Emyr “Tubarao” Bussade 9-3 will mix it up with Steve “Dead Man” Kinnison 12-6 from New Orleans and Ben Stark 4-0 against Chad Jay from Mississippi plus many more.

Legendary promoter Dana Pitcher has, once again, put together an outstanding undercard for this truly epic event, it will include bouts featuring up and coming greats like Tyrese “Head Honcho” Hendrix 7-0(4ko’s), Byron Stone 12-1, Aaron Williams 9-5, Yason Rashad 5-0(3ko’s), Alejandro Mancera 4-1 (3ko’s), Tony Conales 10-2 and Lafayette’s own Jason Doucet 3-4(2ko’s) and Gil Gillory
