“I really don’t know if Khan’s chin could handle getting hit hard over and over again by the likes of Victor Ortiz, Marcos Maidana”

That is where I stopped reading……….

Everyone wants Senchenko. Wouldn’t it be great if Senchenko beat Khan? Even greater if he KOd him. Don’t think that’s gonna happen, though.

I always said Khan will never beat a decent taller fighter, I’m sticking by that.

This will be another Khan-Kotelnik type of fight, meaning that Khan will jab, dance and pot shot his way to a boring points win. If Senchenko gets too busy or ambitious, Khan will do what Khan does best , which is run around the ring. A totally safe, easy night for Khan. And I bet he weakens Senchenko even more by insisting the fight is made at 140lbs. Why would anyone in Manchester want to see Khan beat this guy? Just because Senchenko beat Hatton doesn’t mean anyone’s going to get behind Khan, especially after he abandoned UK fans years ago.

His stock went up after koing hatton. Maybe for u I’ve seen that twice b-4 lol or did u forget about hatton’s two previous goodnight trips. Khan is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy overrated this should be titled that matchup of who gives a f***!.

If Khan goes up, I reckon he’ll stay there. Sure, there’s unfinished business at 140 – but there’s plenty at 147 too. And who says Garcia will stay there?

“However, Senchenko’s stock has really gone down since his stoppage loss to the light hitting Paulie Malignaggi last year in April.” – No it hasn’t. His stock went up after KOing Hatton. Michael, do you not understand how the concept of time works?

Khan stay in the USA and let Oscar fabricate you a career, your a dislikad cry baby who has no fan base in the UK people only watch you to see you get KNFO.I’m sure he will get another world title fighting a no mart like senchenko and another bum or two but as soon as you step up you will get KOd again

boxing barlow

Manchester fans have no interest in seeing senchenko beat by khan, in fact I’d guess host would enjoy seeing khan suffer the same kind of defeat hatton did. Khans best off staying in America he’s got very little real fan base here in the UK.

No point in one-off fight at Welter?? Why not fight winner of Holt-Petersen? Would be for title and revenge assuming Petersen wins.. if the timescale too soon (Holt-Petersen is Feb 22), why not one of the following; Ajose Olusegun, good fighter not massive puncher, known to Showtime after thiller with Matthysse and known to UK as fought several times under Maloney on Sky, Ruslan Provodnikov, basic come forward brawler would make for exciting fight, known in US after being regular on ESPN. Briedis Prescott rematch, big puncher but basic, can be easily ouboxed would sell at box-office and chance to start avenging defeats one by one. Paul Spadafora, unbeaten former world champ on comeback trail. Would make Khan look good.

Who really cares about Amir Khan & what his intentions are? Khan is now & has always been an over-hyped limited fighter

They’re going to keep putting Khan in soft for the remainder of his career.
