Lefthook-Casamayor is the last guy that Bradley ripped a new A hole SO that should tell you something. Bradley is a very GOOD Boxer but he’d not only have to be GREAT, he’d have to be the GREATEST by a Country mile to rip Mayweather a new A hole….nothing wrong with DREAMING though.

“hey there’s a 50% chance. With you its a coin flip” LMFAO!! Well I must be the BEST coin flipped of ALL times because my WINNING % is MUCH higher than 50%. IF you think that my percentage is 50% then you might want to join some other NON counting posters and go take a COUNTING class. Because you can’t count TOO well.

Timothy Bradley vs Mayweather funny how everyone overlooks Bradley their are two unbeaten world Champions at Welterweigt Mayweather and Bradley, but none of the Mayweather fanboys ever mention Bradley, as Bradley is holyfield 1996 to tyson and bradley 2013 is the real deal, not even goldenboy or HBO want to listen to anyone whom tells the truth, as most of the truth sayers are in England and Europe not in America watching American Football, Basketball or baseball.

Like you did when you picked Bute over Froch… Berto over Ortiz… Campbell over Ortiz… Picked Cintron to go the distance with Canelo when he didn’t have a shot in hell… Your picks are like throwing darts and if you happen to get one right — hey there’s a 50% chance. With you it’s a coin flip.

pugfan-I bet you’d still pick Mitt Romney over Obama TOO…Some people just like to pick the LOSER.

Posted December 31, 2012 11:22 pm

BTW, this is a great promotional move. Mayweather won’t be the top bill for ever, they might as well try and take advantage of Broner’s “Mayweather imitation” while they can. At least Broner’s better at it than Berto, right?

Apparently many fans have either low boxing IQ’s or just don’t know the sport. A boxer like floyd will out box both Alverez and Pacquiao. He’s already forgotten more than either of them ever knew about boxing. I would pick him to KO, Manny in 10, and ruin the green Alvarez, through a humiliating 12 round clinic. Easy

Posted December 31, 2012 6:54 pm

i would still pick Paquiao over Floyd, and i also think that Alvarez would give Floyd the beating of his life!

Posted December 31, 2012 12:11 pm

Neither Guerrero or Alvarez are ready for a Floyd Fight but who IS?? Floyd is like Joe Louis. He’s run out of qualified opponents. The most qualified guy right now is Marquez but no one wants to see that because Floyd already beat him too bad. Martinez is tied UP so I guess Floyd has no choice but to take a glorified tune UP…When you’re as GREAT as Floyd is you can tune up vs. World CHAMPS. IF I were him I’d SPANK Trout..and then wait on Martinez to come to 154…He’d get more criticism for knocking Pac out now than he would for not taking the Fight.

Posted December 31, 2012 3:48 am

The way I look at it… If Pacquiao beats Marquez and Floyd beats Guerrero… One is iffy and the other is a certainly… May-Pac will happen.. Then they will retire.

If anyone thinks Floyd is fighting Canelo they’re dreaming.

Every1 wants 2 c Alvarez v Mayweather, relax it will happen. This is just how the business works, theyl both cash In on may 4, both win, give each other the eyes, call each other out, than it will b on. This has been happening like this 4 ever…b patient it just adds 2 the hype when they do fight. Also I can’t c how Floyd is cherry picking, have a look at the Ghosts record ha ha. There wilm always b haterz, u just keep paying Mayweathers rent u fools

Antwon Rankin MMa came close to slightly knocking boxing off its perch but its dwindling now, when GSP & silvia are gone which wont be too long it will freefall into the same dustbin of history of karate in the 80’s and kickboxing in the 90’s. but back to real sport i dont know what the writer is on 3 months between fights has only become a long time in the last few years – a 23yr old should be able to do that no sweat.

Omega squad fight promoter

can we finally get a respectful fight card going jeeeezzz i mean lets go mayweather vs Alvarez on may 4th main event and then the semis should be Robert Guerrero vs tim bradley,Adrien boner vs Brandon Rios, then Donaire vs rigonaux or mares now thats a fight card everbody will gladly pay for and want to see!!!! golden boy promotions and top rank listening/reading???

Posted December 30, 2012 5:30 pm

It’s Me, Ernie

That’s a lot of jive-assing for only one card…

Fight Aficionado

In all likelihood the card will have Floyd-Guerrero and Broner against a random Mexican punching bag. Pay $50 for two showcase fights? No thanks. This is what’s killing boxing.

“It should go floyd vs canelo, and broner vs Guerrero.” – Replace Guerrero with Gamboa and I’d cosign that. Guerrero’s officially a welterweight now so there’s no point in him going against Broner. Gamboa’s willing to move up to 135 for a Broner fight. Floyd-Canello is a marquee bout but we know that’s not happening. He’ll cherrypick Guerrero.

Joe gunn

It should go floyd vs canelo, and broner vs Guerrero . Not interested in watching Floyd dismantle a C level fighter at his best in Guerrero.when Alvarez is at least a b level fighter at his worst most likely.

“Burns doesn’t have the power, speed or defensive skills to beat Broner”.

While Bruns may not beat Broner, he has all the tools to give a good account of himself.

Posted December 30, 2012 12:53 pm

Mayweather vs Guerrero , Canelo vs Cotto , Santa Cruz vs Mares , and Broner vs some mexican are the rumors for May 4

Posted December 30, 2012 11:35 am

cotto wasn’t washed up when he faced floyd – he came off impressive cheato win

Posted December 30, 2012 10:27 am

Trout did not really prove any thing by beating a washed up Cotto,in my opinion. For that matter neither did Floyd.

Ray Ray

Wow, Mayweather vs Gererruo, Alvarez vs Trout/Cotto winner of that fights each other. Would b an even better card if they could get Broner vs Burns. I can’t c Alvarez taking on trout. The way I c it the Alvarez/Mayweather fight is pretty much a done deal. Trout could b very dangerous 4 Alvarez, even Cotto coming off a lose would b dangerous 4 Alvarez….I can c him getting through Cotto but not Trouts boxing skills. Interesting 2 c how it all plays out…

Ricky Burns record is deceptive, although he doesnt have a lot of knock outs on his record he has grown into a stronger puncher as of late, the extra few pounds since the move up has been to his benefit. To say he has no chance is an ignorant analysis. Im nit saying he’s going to beat the naturally talented fighter in Adrien Broner but it will not be an easy night. Burns has good fundamentals, works behind a solid jab and plenty of experience to prevent it being a walk over.

Posted December 30, 2012 8:03 am

Gavin Rees is a decent opponent. A former champ at 140 and will give it his all. Broner should beat him though. As for Broner-v-Burns? … style-wise I think Broner has Burns’ number.

Posted December 30, 2012 7:59 am

Dont be daft ….. Burns easily outpoint Katsidis by a large margin.

Posted December 30, 2012 7:57 am

Burns may not hav got that decision over Katsidis in the states …just saying

lol :)

Posted December 29, 2012 8:04 pm

Who cares the guy is a straight out Ni&&er

Posted December 29, 2012 7:05 pm

It won’t be Burns though coz even if Broner is too stupid to realise like Martinez was but soon found out Burns is no ones fool and the promoters won’t want an upset on the big PPV show..well an upset in there eyes like a few more on here Burns beating Broner wouldn’t shock me at all

Posted December 29, 2012 5:46 pm

He’s signed to Top Rank…. that’s your reason

And let’s be honest.. he is a technical fighter who always is in a dirty fight.. not the greatest of power.. I actually think Burns stands a better chance then he does…

Posted December 29, 2012 11:17 am

to say that burns has little or no chance of beating broner is a joke. burns has taken out martinez when considered untouchable, done a number on katsidis and moses. burns has the speed, strength and skill to be the best lightweight on the planet, no joke. and whats too much money – ricky said he’d travel to the states for 400,000 – how is that too much money for a unification fight? ridiculous!

Posted December 29, 2012 8:36 am

Uk fan

Why is Miguel Vasquez never mentioned as an opponent for Broner?

Posted December 29, 2012 8:19 am

Burns is a better all round fighter!! And will beat Broner! Burns has had a higher level of fights over the last couple of years, and will have little problem knocking off Broners big head! I don’t see Rees giving Broner any problems, so Broner v Burns should happen in May!

The Kingslayer

He’s getting closer and closer to literally hanging off Floyd’s sack.
