Squared-Circle (a.k.a. LionKing)

Bernie: No that was not political in anyway, just Real Talk. BTW… I’ve really liked Sakio Bika and will pulling for him in this fight.

The last post was made by someone that’s very ignorant! This gentleman comes from pure stock! No compromises! A true tribe! The guy that posted before comes from a triangle compound! He must have escaped from the compound and doesn’t know which way the wind fly!

Yo Lion King, Is that last comment intended to be political? Typical, in the fact that Adamek put Banks on his behind and put him in a trance! Mitchell is a friggun idiot period, it is evident that people have been stroking him all along, and he enjoys it!

Squared-Circle (a.k.a. LionKing)

“Both these HW fighters are better class by far than most of the European top heavies.” That’s the JOKE of the day… LOL! No wonder why you didn’t use your real handle, fool. In reality, both of these guys would lose to the Klitschkos, Haye, Povetkin, Pulev and Fury.

Banks got stopped by Adamek a few years back and Seth is a pumped-up ex football player with good power who’s trying to become a successful boxer. Mitchel has considerable limitations, and that really showed in his first loss to Banks. Both still have weak resumes.

You guys are all talking sh…!

The fight was a disaster for Mitchell… He’s big, strong, fast, powerful, and athletic… He has potential. He beats guys down.

This isn’t a football game where you cream the other guy with your superior speed, strength, and athleticism. Banks is a student of the game. Wladimir picked Jonathon to replace Emmanuel Steward as his trainer. Banks doesn’t have the size, strength, speed, power, and athleticism of Mitchell. He intends to beat him with knowledge and craft.

Mitchell is taking a huge chance but his desire is unmatched. If a fighter watches a loss hundreds of times, sometimes he works out flaws on his own. You don’t need Emmanuel Steward. You straighten up your stance. You figure out how to get more range without leaning in. You spar more rounds, up to 10 or 12. You relax better. You concentrate harder. You take your time and box easy. Feint more. Punch smoother, quicker, and more effortlessly—like you studied Banks doing—like he was born knocking people out. You defend and wait patiently for opportunities, and learn something new every day, sparring with more highly skilled boxers and giving them a go.

I’ve seen guys transform themselves after a loss and progress amazingly fast. Jimmy Young was one. He lived and breathed it 24/7 for 6 or 7 months. He wanted to fight George Foreman and was all excited. It’s pretty rare for a guy to make that leap. Most guys have to work their way up very slowly.

It’s Me, Ernie

Big Decker is aight in my book…

Ernie, what barn burner?
Banks caught Mitchell early and took him out. SM has a chance to redeem himself. Nothing more or less.

While Wlad fights carefully, many of his fights have been very exciting and usually end in a stoppage. Vitali has had his share of barn burners – lots of ’em by your standards.

Banks beat Mitchell with experience plain and simple. Short of getting caught by Seth with a lucky punch or letting Mitchell go the distance (in which they will give it to Mitchell) he will do it again in the rematch…a rematch that is ONLY taking place because HBO has invested in Mitchell and wants to see a return. Go Jonathon Banks!

Hey Ernie, you arnt The Ernie from Burt and Ernie Fame? I didn’t know you knew squat about boxing!

Come on Banks…

Yup. Nobody cares…nobody cares.

This fight between Mitchell and Banks shouldn’t draw undue attention! These guys are both D quality fighters! Because Mitchell is a jar head, because Banks is working in the interum replacing Steward! This is cr..!
