“The Top 10 P4P list is the 10 most SKILLED Boxers on the planet according to the Magazine EXPERTS” NO, they are the 10 BEST boxers on the planet. Get YOU some UNDERSTANDING skills, putzadamus.

Posted April 11, 2013 1:05 am

Junior-That’s why I don’t pay attention to EVERY website’s list. I pay attention to the Ring Magazine list. That’s a part of the reason that I’m 95% at picking the WINNER. SKILLS is more important than SIZE in Boxing. The Top 10 P4P list is the 10 most SKILLED Boxers on the planet according to the Magazine EXPERTS. Broner is #6 on the list and Malignaggi is #0. That makes is EASY for ME to see that Broner will be the WINNER regardless of the weight class. Broner is BETTER than Malignaggi PLAIN and SIMPLE and that’s why he will WIN….I tried to teach everyone this 3 YEARS ago when Floyd beat Marquez. I TOLD them that IF Marquez was BETTER he would BEAT Mayweather despite jumping 2 weight classes just as Broner is about to beat Paulie…Its about TIME that everyone finally gets it. SKILLS is more important than SIZE.

How the f….. is Broner Pound for Pound lately. I mean does beating DeMarco and Rees put him up there. Boxing, boxing, boxing.

Posted April 10, 2013 6:00 am

Boxtra, what EXPERTS would those be then? As many have already mentioned, everyone has a different p4p list. There is nothing official about it. Every boxing website has a different list. And will you people please use the language we gave you properly! Its Maths, not math. Thank you

Thats anothet good one boss red that cracked me up ,MAYFLOWER!!!!!

Posted April 9, 2013 6:00 pm

“Don’t tell me you’re going to cite Ring, which is owned by GBP Broner’s promoter.”-Nope. I’m going to cite the RESULT of the Fight. I REPEAT being #6 P4P is GREATER than being a WW CHAMP.

Posted April 9, 2013 5:19 pm

“Malignaggi, on the other hand is currently schedule to fight Broner who is supposedly the #6 ranked P4P fighter. Who is fighting the best:”-YES. Malignaggi is facing the BETTER Fighter but we don’t give too MUCH credit for LOSING. Floyd will beat the BEST WW available and his 4th Top 9 P4P Fighter in his last 6 Fights. WOW!!!! Malignaggi can’t Top it.

Posted April 9, 2013 5:15 pm

“I already said that,”-YES you DID. Just as I SAID over 5 YEARS ago when I arrived on THIS site. And I am SO PROUD of MYSELF that YOU are saying it NOW. I taught you and others SO well that I should be handing out DEGREES….When I first arrived I was bombarded with AMATEURS who would SAY that Broner isn’t a WW like that really MEANS something….Now 7 YEARS later I’ve got guys telling ME that WHO is BETTER is the Factor not the weight class like I TAUGHT everyone when I arrived!! LMFAO!!!!! I am the GREATEST Fight Prophet ever born!!

“Broner vs Lucas Mathysse would be a good one.” – Won’t happen. Broner is already ducking Matthysse and the entire 140 lb division. Just like he ducked Gamboa at jr lightweight.

Fight Aficionado

Of course Broner will beat Paulie, he can’t punch through a wet paper bag. That’s why Broner chose to fight him. He doesn’t want to get hit hard, which is why he’s bypassing all the big punchers at 140 like Matthysse. Transparent cherry picking.

Posted April 9, 2013 4:52 pm

Testing the water at WW taking on Pauli a light puncher at the weight, but don’t think it will be as easy as he thinks,Pauli is bigger and quicker and tougher than anyone Broner has faced before, Broner will probley win (GB will make sure of that)but if he dosent like the harder shots at WW don’t know when we will see him at the weight again which would be a shame coz I’d love to see him get KTFO by some one like Kell Brooke.

Posted April 9, 2013 4:26 pm

Broner vs Maidana would be a really fun fight to watch!

Posted April 9, 2013 2:19 pm

i dont care what all these haters have to say, paulie has never ducked anyone and never will!!!! he might not be a puncher with the hand problems hes had over his whole career, but he has won not 1 but 2 world titles in his life…which is way more than most fighters can ever dream of. the guy is an amazing athlete and has a huge set on him and to me thats what matters in this game…if only there were more fighters like this guy, it would be a much better sport!!! go pauie ur the man and as always we will be watching. win lose or draw u are the best!!!

Posted April 9, 2013 1:46 pm

Hidalgo – are you seriously comparing Mayweather to Paulie, out of all boxers you could choose you chose Paulie. You could split Mayweather’s career achievements in half and he would still make Paulie a dwarf. PM shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath with Floyd.

Posted April 9, 2013 11:43 am

I think Broner should’ve hung around 135 a bit longer. Don’t see the point in the big jump (outside of this pay day) when there’s still at least one or two worthy fights for him at 135 and even more at 140… not to mention the fact that he’s only had a couple of fights at 135.

Posted April 9, 2013 6:56 am

You know the haymon team ain’t about them risks but that money lol.I wanted to see either Matthysse/Garcia brutally KO broner but maidana would do if be fine.If the hype kid grows some cajones but I highly doubt it.

Posted April 9, 2013 5:57 am

I think Canelo is the real thing but truth is that Guerreo beat a BETTER WW Fighter than Alvarez EVER did…. Dopes will say ” Shane Mosley” Mosely was an OLD 40 year old fighter who was on a losing streak that has not been broken..Berto has been a very good WW Over the years and Robert beat him DOWN, still swinging after the final bell..This is a damn good fight for FMJ after a layoff it’s honna be fun…

Posted April 9, 2013 5:43 am

Broners taking a good fight to start testing the waters at 147, he would be an idiot to jump 2 divisions and fight who exactly? We
All know Paulie is not a big puncher but he is world class and despite what some of you nerds think Broners not gonna be the biggest puncher he faced… Cotto, Hatton, Khan, Diaz and others were World Class we know Maliggnaggi can take a punch…Its a test and we will see how Broner performs at 23, if he blows out Paulie we will see what’s next, of he’s troubled that will be a good gauge…

Posted April 9, 2013 5:37 am

Has Guerrero actualy won a world title? I know he has a truck load of interim belts, but has he won a real one?

Posted April 9, 2013 5:00 am

Broner could beat Paulie and Maidana in one night… I wanted to see him fight the top guys at 140, Garcia and Matthysse. He jumped over that division to get to Mayweather.

Posted April 9, 2013 2:14 am

boss red

Here we go again another fake ass I wanna be a. rapper and. Dance with weak ass. fighters like. Mayflower. broner’s. the. broke vision know dam well. malignaggi ain’t a threat. But am pull uh. Paul ie

Posted April 8, 2013 8:52 pm

I see Braggadmus still didn’t answer my question. So I’ll lay out the answer for everyone: Braggadamus claims Mayweather only fights the best but he is currently scheduled to fight the supposed #10 P4P welterweight Robert Guerrero. Malignaggi, on the other hand is currently schedule to fight Broner who is supposedly the #6 ranked P4P fighter. Who is fighting the best: Malignaggi–this is according to Braggadamuses own reasoning and claims. Sorry, Braggy, but your “GOAT” just bleated. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Posted April 8, 2013 8:44 pm

“Who’s BETTER is the Factor. ” I already said that, imbecile. P4P rankings mean nothing.

Posted April 8, 2013 8:39 pm

“Paulie is a true champion because he’s not afraid to lose. I also think Adrien would beat Paulie Malignaggi, but at least Paulie has the balls to see what he’s made of. After all, he’ll soon be taking on the “#6 P4P” boxer in the world”-LMATFO!!! That’s the EXACT SAME point that I was trying to make over 3 YEARS ago!! I tried to TELL everyone that despite Marquez being 2 Divisions LOWER he was BETTER than every current WW available at the Sport of Boxing. Hence his #2 P4P ranking….Just as Malignaggi facing Broner is MORE of a challenge than him facing Bradley. Because Boxing is a Sport NOT a Division…. Broner is rated Higher in the Sport of Boxing than Malignaggi and being 2 Divisions LOWER is not the Factor. Who’s BETTER is the Factor. I’m HAPPY to see that everyone agrees with ME on MY pick. It took ME 5 long YEARS to teach everyone that SKILLS is more important than SIZE but I did it WELL… Since no one else will, I COMMEND MYSELF on MY GREAT teaching ability!!! I am the GREATEST Fight Prophet ever born!!!

Posted April 8, 2013 3:38 pm

“BOXTRADAMUS IS a virgin dude”-LOL. Yup. And Floyd is also 0-43.

Posted April 8, 2013 3:17 pm

Junior-Go take a MATH class buddy. Being a legitimate World CHAMP only means that you’re one of the Top 68 Fighters in the Sport. Being Top 10 P4P means that you’re one of the Top 10 Fighters in the Sport as rated by EXPERTS. That’s why Malignaggi is LESSER than Broner in the Sport of Boxing. And that’s why he’s going to take the LOSS no matter WHAT weight the Fight is AT.

Posted April 8, 2013 3:15 pm

The kid looks good that’s true, I wanna see him look that good against another World Champ, PM will test him, that will be a good start.

Posted April 8, 2013 3:14 pm

malinaggi got beat his last fight really. he has nothing for broener. However broener belongs at 140. He is too small to fight w the legit 147 pounders

Posted April 8, 2013 1:53 pm

Malignaggi always comes to fight, and he more than knows he has NO power in either hand. That’s what makes him a champion — he shows NO fear. If he had power in at least one hand, there’s no doubt he would have won more belts.

Posted April 8, 2013 1:09 pm

Da Man, Escobedo doing just fine. Might be time for him to hang em up, but thank you for asking. Willy, I never have liked Malignaggi ince his amateur days. he fought one of my home town boys Vicente Escobedo, and Vicente kicked his ass and went on to the 2008 Olympics. He was always talking up a storm like he was something special, and he never was. He showed no respect, and I never took a liking to a big mouth that never backed anything up. Sorry, just don’t like him. He never did anything as a pro either. He won a title vs someone that GBP set him up with bypassing up all top 10 contenders. He had his butt beat in his lat fight but GBP seems to find a way for him to get shady wins. He’s going to take a beating once and for all vs broner. Hopefully he retires for good. Oh, and I can’t stand seeing him on Showtime. They need to fire him ASAP. Malignaggi has heart, and he did win a title (shady), so I’ll give him that. Still hope he takes a beating and retires though.

Posted April 8, 2013 12:57 pm

watch broner-fernando quintero fight on youtube…quintero fought like paulie, hands down and lotsa angles..beat broner but didnt get 4 urself..broner a great counterpuncher when his feet are set..give him movement and he’s lost…he wanted 2 unify lightweight title as long as ricky burns was there standing in front of him,but wanted no part of richard abril or vasqez..2 boxers with smarts and movement, tho not the most exciting 2 watch…styles make fights,i like paulie 2 do 2 broner what abril did 2 rios(won, butrobbed),what winky did 2 tito…take advantage of broners stance and cement shoes..broner was OUTBOXED by 5’4 rees for 2 rounds…paulie has the style 2 make broner look bad and even beat him…and has huge heart,any1 who thinks paulie is some crybaby, just dosen’t know boxing and out of touch with 2 title winning fights and cotto n khan losses….paulie will put on the perfomance of his career in a close competative fight

Scotsman, do not sleep on the Fighting Zulu!!!

Posted April 8, 2013 12:43 pm

E in Denver

This is really two natural 140lb fighters fighting for a 147 title. Broner is a very big 135, Paulie is an average to smaller 147. This leaves an older, less powerful guy vs. a younger, faster, more powerful guy. Paulie is a solid boxer but he is the weak link at 147. Paulie has a fighting chance due to his experience. But all Paulie’s experience vs. guys of Broner’s talent is losing. Broner won’t stay around to defend this title if he wins. Broner’s talent can’t be ignored. No average 135 fighter would attempt this vs. a solid boxer like Paulie. Broner could just as easily went after the WBA title that Russian guy holds at 140.

The Scotsman

Hecdog, you obviously never seen ex heavy champ Henry Akinwande lol

Posted April 8, 2013 10:59 am

It is pretty safe prediction that Broner beats Malignaggi.

Posted April 8, 2013 10:40 am

“I foresee Paulie battered and crying in the corner. Poor little man. Hopefully he has nice hair for this fight.” Lennox fan, when have you ever seen Paulie Malignaggi cry during a fight or after a loss? The guy was out on his feet against Khan and he was still swinging. Poor little man? Two-time world champion and reigning champion is a “poor little man?” Seems to me the poor little man is Lennox Fan.

Posted April 8, 2013 9:14 am

I meant to say, which champion (Mayweather or Malignaggi) is fighting the best?

Posted April 8, 2013 9:04 am

“Being #6 P4P is GREATER than being a WW CHAMPION ” If you can’t determine who is a better fighter without having to refer to P4P rankings you don’t know the boxers. I’ll say this for Paulie however: He takes on anyone. Anyone! There are way too many “champions” and even top contenders who cherry pick, and look for the easiest road to a title. Paulie is a true champion because he’s not afraid to lose. I also think Adrien would beat Paulie Malignaggi, but at least Paulie has the balls to see what he’s made of. After all, he’ll soon be taking on the “#6 P4P” boxer in the world, whereas Mayweather has chosen to take on the lowly “#10 P4P” boxer in the world. Now, you tell me Braggadamus, you flaming fool, who’s really fighting the best?

Posted April 8, 2013 9:01 am

Broner takes this pretty easy IMO. KOrnermans right about his defence not being as good as floyds, but whos is? Paullie has over-achieved, but has came up seriously short against top level operators such as Hatton and Khan. I think this will be another lopsided battering for Paullie and he will get stopped late

Posted April 8, 2013 8:54 am

“Being #6 P4P is GREATER than being a WW CHAMPION ” P4P rankings don’t mean squat. It’s who’s the better fighter. That’s all that counts.

BOXTRADAMUS IS a virgin dude, how he gunna have grand kids?

Posted April 8, 2013 8:50 am

Boxtra—- No pal, P4P is not more important than being a world champion. P4P Is mythical for starters! You dont get a P4P belt! What are you gonna impress your grandkids with more? A Big shiney world championship belt, or a print-out of a web page showing you on a P4P list? Oh by the way, Not only are P4P lists mythical, but everyone has a different P4P list. Lets not forget who ownes RING mag !!

Posted April 8, 2013 8:48 am

da man

Hec dog how is escobedo doing, after Edner cherry who Paulie beat easy put it on him lol get lost troll

Posted April 8, 2013 8:37 am

I foresee Paulie battered and crying in the corner. Poor little man. Hopefully he has nice hair for this fight.

Posted April 8, 2013 8:04 am

Do you guys think he will move more and try to avoid punches more when it’s bigger harder hitting foes? he’d better.

Posted April 8, 2013 5:25 am

Broner’s defence is utter crapola, accompanied by zero footwork, 5′ 3″ Gavin Rees was able to tag him almost at will, he’s no Money May in the defence department that is FOR SURE!

Posted April 8, 2013 5:17 am

I would like to see how he takes Maidana’s shots.

Posted April 8, 2013 5:14 am

Paulie will show him punch angles he hasn’t seen before, I see Broner winning but by the skin of his teeth and being exposed at the same time, made to look ordinary kind of thing.

Posted April 8, 2013 5:12 am

Hecdog you’re always dogging Malignaggi, are you jealous he’s won two World Titles in two weight classes ? Not to shabby for a kid with no punch and bad hands, very few fighters would take the toughest fighters on, against those odds. he’s got Big Cahojnies.

Posted April 8, 2013 1:19 am

I like him. Someone with zero power and still is able to out box most people he has faced. He has also had chronic hand problems and still figures a way to win

Posted April 8, 2013 1:11 am

Brazilian Boxing Fan

I agree with Maidana. I believe that Broner will beat Malignaggi.

Posted April 8, 2013 12:44 am

Malignaggi is without a doubt the worst champion to have ever worn a belt. He has been beaten up and received an ass kicking by every good fighter he’s ever faced. This guy is and always has been a big mouth that never did anything in boxing. I can’t stand the guy, and I guarantee he will get an ass kicking and will be stopped before round 12. Broner is the real deal, and I seriously hope he sends that big mouth into retirement for good. He got his ass kicked in his last fight but GBP rigs all these fights up.

Posted April 8, 2013 12:24 am

Broner vs Lucas Mathysse would be a good one.

Posted April 7, 2013 11:47 pm

Lets see what Broner can do at welter weight and hopefully he sticks around at 147lbs to take on better welter weights.

Posted April 7, 2013 11:46 pm

Being #6 P4P is GREATER than being a WW CHAMPION and everyone will learn that in THIS Fight IF they haven’t learned it ALREADY.

Posted April 7, 2013 10:58 pm

“The 32-year-old Malignaggi didn’t look all that good in winning his last fight against fringe contender Pablo Cesar Cano” Don’t forget Sorby, that Paulie broke his right hand in the fight as well and fought around only half the fight with only one good hand.

Posted April 7, 2013 10:11 pm

Yeah, leave it up to Broner to pick the easiest road he can find to a welterweight title. I still don’t count out Paulie Malignaggi as a welterweight however.

Posted April 7, 2013 10:10 pm

Jay rock

I think 140 has a lot fights for him too

Posted April 7, 2013 10:09 pm

Malignaggi takes this.

I’d like to see that fight but I really want Broner to move back down
