Golovkin better use these “should beat” opponents to practice tightening up his defense and learn how to move his head…he won’t get away with that when it comes down to tangling with the big boy, ’cause right now, Maravilla will smoke him!

the perfect opponent for Golovkin right now is Matt Macklin. He loves a tear up and in my opinion is slightly better than Barker. It could end up a real humdinger

I like Barker & he was impressive & more aggressive than usual in his last fight against kerry hope, but golovkin will be too much for him, i can see GGG unifying the MW division, dnt see any top junior mw fighters coming up in weight for him either, would be career suicide for canelo or trout to face him

Bad matchup for Barker, he’s a classic boxer lacking power. I’d fancy him against Geale, Sturm maybe Pirog. But he probably won’t last against GGG

Woop Woop, GGG will lay Geale out. Period.

dodge and lose

Woop Woop@ sorry mate but you’re WRONG

GGG will keep dining on smaller guys until he is forced to take on a challenge. Geale will win back what is rightfully his and expose this myth and derail the hype train of GGG. The GGG loverboys will continue to try and fool you that no one wants to face him, but let it be known, it is GGG with the padded record not the guys that have already proven to be worthy belt holders. HBO better squeeze the last cent out of the casual fan before GGG is destroyed once and for all.

The report I read was that it was actually somewhat competitive and brutal, but Golovkin got the better of it. It didn’t say there was any KO.
The only KO I’ve seen mentioned in terms of Golovkin sparring was actualy Quillin. Angulo also apparently stepped out of sparring part way coz he was getting battered (though in fairness I think Angulo was leading up to a fight, so couldn’t exactly get himself messed up).

Surely it has to be Geale next after he cleans Mundain’s clock!
