Stiverne is nothing special to me. He’s like the version of Sam Peter who fought Toney in the rematch. Patient, heavy handed and hard to hurt. He has ZERO charisma. He doesn’t seem to be too interested in any future bouts. He’s slow of foot, hasn’t fought any top fighters other than Arreola. There are other fighters who could have been WBC champion aswell if Vitali had never come back. I don’t fancy Stiverne against Povetkin or Pulev.

Stiverne is the rightful betting favorite because he has tested himself in deeper waters against; Ray Austin and Arreola twice. However, this fight is a case of what will we find out about either guy? No one should be shocked if Wilder is blown away in 5, but no one should be shocked either if Wilder blasts Stiverne away. He’s not hard to hit. If there was a bet on whether or not this fight would ACTUALLY HAPPEN before the end of the year I’d be happy to bet a thousand that it wont. This fight has; stall, delay, postpone written all over it. I don’t find Stiverne remotely convincing when talking about how much he wants to get this over with. I think he’d rather Wilder lose first, and I think Wilder is hoping Stiverne’s outrageous inactivity continues enough for him to be named interim champion or champion proper without fighting him.

Wilder has a nice reach and power in his swing. He could become a good mover. But he is still so unschooled and vulnerable against low level fighters that he has virtually zero chance against vlad the impaler.

Only one wrong prediction Boxtra?? Then what happened to these?

I took Stieglitz and I STAND by MY pick.
Posted February 28, 2014 10:37 pm
Yeah Stieglitz Lost!!!

Porter by ROUGH housing decision.
Posted March 17, 2014 11:17 am
Porter TKOéd Malignaggi!!!

Canelo will be KO’ed in shocking upset, upset to the rest of you but not to the greatest fight prophet EVER born. Carrot top goes down, EASY EASY work for Alfredo.
Posted March 3, 2014 6:36 pm
Canelo was the winner!!!

“Guess you learned your LESSON to pick the outstanding amateur-turned-pro when you didn’t PICK Rigondeaux over Donaire!”-Nope. I learned that outstanding Boxers take MY advice very WELL…. Lomachenko by ANY way, shape, or form

Bhop by boring points decision again!!!

OFFICIAL prediction is BRADLEY by 11th round TKO! Tonight I will yet AGAIN demonstrate to the MASSES as well as to the HATERS why I am the GREATEST fight prophet EVER born!!! I now go prepare VICTORY cigar!
Posted April 12, 2014 10:48 pm
Pacquiao beats Bradley again, this time officially!!!

Both fighters looked to be in fantastic shape, perhaps the best of their respective careers. However, that being said, not gonna help Bradley much as its he that gets KOed, maybe even early.
What you all want to know, my prediction. Pac by stunning stoppage. I to this day, still remain the greatest fight prophet EVER born and the man of most of your dreams!!!
Posted April 11, 2014 8:26 pm
On the flip side, still wrong Pac by decision!!!

Yup. Russell Jr. by SHOWCASE decision or stoppage. MY loyal disciple picks Lomachenko SO he will remain LESSER than ME at picking WINNERS. I am STILL the GREATEST Fight Prophet ever born!!!
Posted June 17, 2014 9:52 pm
Looks like the loyal disciple remains much more than Boxtra, Lomo wins!!!

Katsidis by crunching KO punch from down under. Earl is not in the same league as Katsidis. I am the greatest fight PROPHET ever born!!!!

CANELO by CUBAN CRUSHING TKO! I am the GREATEST fight prophet EVER born!!!

CANELO by CUBAN CRUSHING TKO! I am the GREATEST fight prophet EVER born!!!
Posted July 12, 2014 3:32 pm
Mmm Canelo scraped through with a SD. A decision that 50/50 of fans thought was wrong. Just like your predictions.

Porter by MONSTROUS KO. Brook will be floored multiple times in this bout and his career could get really thrown off track.
Posted July 2, 2014 1:48 pm
Brook will LOSE this one by stock boosting stoppage.
Posted July 10, 2014 12:12 am
Porter WINS this by Right hand point blank on the CHIN stoppage. Brook is the BIGGEST SUCKER for Right hands that I have seen in MY LIFE. SLAUGHTERHOUSE WIN by Porter.
Posted August 6, 2014 11:59 pm
Hahaha just out and out wrong. No surprises. Brook outboxes Porter.

Wilder wins by ko

Posted August 21, 2014 5:38 am

How did Wilder get ranked #1 by the WBC when he has never fought a ranked fighter?

Posted August 21, 2014 2:27 am

Don King is involved in this fight. Makes it interesting does not it? Stiverne should take Wilder to the mat. With heavy Jabs and punching straight away through Wilders wind mill attacks. Wade straight in on Wilder, low and head moving like a Mike Tyson. Bird legs won’t last 12 rounds.

Posted August 21, 2014 1:35 am

Stiverne can crack.

Posted August 20, 2014 10:42 pm

fury and chisora wont spar with joshua. The is classic. It says it all. Poor fury is still having nightmares about ustinov.

Fight Aficionado

I used to think Stiverne was a slow plodder but after the way he smashed Arreola in the rematch changed my mind. He’s quicker than he looks and can counter punch better than most heavyweights. Plus his punches are hard. So while he’s a much easier route to getting a title than Wlad or Vitali, it’s not a gimme. If Wilder thinks it is he’s going to wake up, on the floor looking up at the ref.

Posted August 20, 2014 7:23 pm

Stiverne is sloth like. Wilder gets another KO.

Posted August 20, 2014 6:07 pm

This chicken legged fraud will get KO’ed by the first power puncher he faces.

Posted August 20, 2014 5:47 pm

I’d still like to see the green, flailing Wilder fight the over-confident Fury.

Posted August 20, 2014 5:31 pm

Stupid says.., “Wilder is another one of them ‘sure thing’ guys TARK tries to ram down our throats.” WTF ??

I didn’t even say DW was a sure thing to beat Scott. I thought he’d win in 5 or 6. Bryant Jennings thought Scott would knock Wilder out in the 11th or 12th.

I always said Wilder needs many more rounds… needs skills… and needs a great matchmaker. Right now he doesn’t have the package.

He’s going for all the marbles.. potentially in his next 2 fights.. NOT the best situation.. Anthony Joshua is aready ahead of DW in skills … which is a sad commentary.

Not that Joshua would beat Deontay with 7 fights… Power and speed make up for a lot of skills… But he’s being coached, managed, and matched better.

Posted August 20, 2014 4:21 pm

“If Stiverne doesn’t get to Deontay early, he’s likely to get knocked out by him.” How does the article figure that? Seeing that Wilder has never been past 4 , I would think logic will tell you the longer this fight lasts, it will favor Stiverne. Anyhow I think Wilder is too green. For his first real test with a guy with a pulse who’s actually trying to win to be Stiverne. I think he’s going to study wilder and time him perfectly and counter-punch and take him out by round 9.

Posted August 20, 2014 4:08 pm

Fight Aficionado

He should be worried. If he keeps going backwards in a straight line with his hands down Stiverne will knock his head off.

Posted August 20, 2014 4:05 pm

Wilder is another one of them ‘sure thing’ guys TARK tries to ram down our throats, but as soon as Wilder loses TARK will bail on him and drop him like a bad habit and piggy back on Wlad, again and will bring up (again) his conspiracy theory as to why Vitali lost to Lennox. You can’t make it up!

Posted August 20, 2014 3:48 pm

Wilder should worry about the things he has control and influence over. He can’t change whatever Stiverne brings to the fight. He can work on his own skills, strength, movement and fight plan. Wilder has fought virtually nothing but cab drivers so we actually know little about how good he is. Stiverne will tell us a heap about Wilder. IMHO there is little to learn but I guess I could be proven wrong.

Posted August 20, 2014 3:10 pm

Best heavyweight prospect is Anthony Joshua. Tyson Fury won’t spar with him. Neither will Chisora. Klitschko likes sparring with him because he has to be on his game.

Posted August 20, 2014 3:00 pm

mark my words…Wilder beats Stiverne.

Posted August 20, 2014 2:56 pm

Wilder, “Watching his last two fights against Chris Arreola is tiresome. Stiverne does the same thing over and over. He just keeps punching Arreola in the face.” … see your point…not very imaginative.

Posted August 20, 2014 2:52 pm

HW circus? Wilder is the best HW prospect since Sam Peter

Posted August 20, 2014 2:49 pm

keep the hw circus Rolling.

Posted August 20, 2014 2:22 pm

Stiverne by ko within 6 rounds.

Posted August 20, 2014 2:10 pm

I was one of those people. Until he fought Golata that is

Posted August 20, 2014 1:55 pm

STFU you stupid ugly biatch!!!!

Posted August 20, 2014 1:43 pm

I agree Grant was a better overall finished looking product then Wilder looks…at this point.I saw Grant fight when he was first coming up with only a couple of fights under his belt.Grant had alot of people thinking he was the next great hvwt.

Posted August 20, 2014 1:21 pm

I would agree, but I’d add that I think Grant was a more complete fighter than Wilder.

Posted August 20, 2014 1:01 pm

Wilder is the mandatory and WBC has already stated that Stivern has to fight Wilder. So if he doesn’t he will be stripped of the title. So I don’t believe there is a contract in place yet but there will be. And if Stivern gives up the title, Wilder will fight the next person the WBC says can fight for the title.

Posted August 20, 2014 12:55 pm

have they actually signed a contract to fight or is this just more talk.

Posted August 20, 2014 12:52 pm

Wilder has an eerie resemblance of Michael Grant. But we will see.

Posted August 20, 2014 12:22 pm

Lady Girl

you know hes worried. that chinny bastard is very worried. no surprise hes faced just stiffs

Posted August 20, 2014 12:10 pm

Of course he’s not worried about his power, that’s because he hasn’t been hit yet. I could be very wrong but I have a feeling that Wilder have no chin. I have no proof of that but it’s just a feeling.

Posted August 20, 2014 11:48 am

How was Wilder exposed in his fight with Gavern?

Posted August 20, 2014 11:39 am

Edgar Guevara

I thought Dontay was the real deal, but Saturday he was exposé. Stirverne will stop the 32-0-32 ok flash. No doubt in my mind the Haitian is a better fighter champion.

Posted August 20, 2014 11:18 am

Mr Gav

Looking forward to this fight a lot of unanswered ? About wilder need answering. I hoping wilder goes all the way to fight waldamir but the fact wilder has fought the biggest bums of the heavyweight division makes it hard to think he will get that fight, but if he dose land that right it’s good night for anyone!!!

Posted August 20, 2014 11:13 am

Let’s hope Chopstick legs thinks the same when he has been tagged

Really looking forward to this fight

Posted August 20, 2014 10:59 am

burst a buble
