Hughie Fury will be stepping-up soon enough…but not this Chambers is now working with Peter Fury and training with Tyson and Hughie Fury so I dont see Chambers facing these two guys.Peter Fury isnt going to cause a lost to one of his stable fighters.

Naseem “the naan bread” Hamed vs Butterbean

I’d pay to see that

Hamed looks more like Oliander Solis, John McDermott or Chauncey Welliver these days…maybe he could fight Wilder!

Hamed used to enter the ring somersaulting over the top rope
Now he’s out of breath on the third step

A Great Fighter though, him and Lennox flying the flag crushing all Americans in their path
Happy Days

Lars Lars Pantsonfars

Everyone knows this is an April Fools. The Fury camp only give opponents 2 weeks to prepare.

Don’t laugh guys, I’ve heard there are serious talks that TYSON Fury is scouting Naseem Hamed as his next opponent after he faces Chisora as he is still a big name to the average fight fan and there is no chance he can tag Fury on his jaw!

Slater’s articles often have a jokey feel to them – Never take any of them seriously

@ Fight Aficionado and Tony 244: Thanks for the info and humor. We all got April fooled. Looks like we’re back to Hughie vs. Danny Hughes on 4/12; that’s more like it.

Fight Aficionado

April Fools day jokes are silly, but there’s a history of these faux announcements over the years. Hamed vs Kelley would be freaking hilarious. Hamed’s like 5-2, 200 lbs, a tub of blubber now.

Chambers vs Hughie is off boxrec now. So I guess I got April Fooled. Would have been intriguing especially this early in Hughie’s career.

Bill, if you’re not looking forward to a Chambers-Hughie fight, if it’s real, what’s the point of pretending to like HW boxing?

f@k of Tony1244,you turd

It’s hard to believe Hughie will fight Chambers, but Boxrec does have it listed. Moreover, there’ve been some weird things going on inside team Fury lately, so this isn’t all that surprising. Last year Hughie stayed busy with 12 bouts. Suddenly he’s fighting half as much, and his fight against Danny Hughes has been postponed and changed venues several times. Something’s going on.

Obviously an April Fool…however in 2 or 3 years H. Fury should be ready for the likes of Chambers.

This seems very very strange. Doesnt make sence

This is an April fools right?….a day late??

Posted April 2, 2014 9:49 am

Hamed must be at least a cruiserweight by now.

Posted April 2, 2014 9:36 am

Bill, if you’re not a boxing fan you’re not a boxing fan.

Bill S. Preston ESQ.

Bum fights

If it’s April Fools, boxrec also fell for it or at least pretended to.

Hughie vs Chambers?! Shocking on 2 levels: Huge step up and they’re both in the same camp.
