Man, I’ll tell ya.. If only Paulie “The Magic Man” Malignaggi, had a bit more punching power, he’d be damn near unstoppable!!… He’s got everything else… Hand speed, chin, heart, footwork, work-rate, combinations, ring smarts and stamina… Literally the entire pugilistic tool box other than punching power! And that REALLY SUX!!!

Boxing will one day be missed by fans all throughout the world. He has left his mark on boxing that will be cemented forever. Manny Pacquiao is the greatest pure fighter to have ever stepped into the squared circle. He may very well be the greatest fighter of all time, but I must give respect to a few other fighters that stand alongside Manny Pacquiao. One, the great Sugar Ray Robinson, which sits right next to Manny, and the others are Roberto Duran, Marvelous Marvin Hagler, Sugar Ray Leonard and Julio Cesar Chavez. These are the greatest fighters of all time. They fought their opponents in all areas. They never avoided any challengers, and they wanted to fight the best of their time. They were truly developed fighters that always gave fans their money’s worth, and they will forever be respected as warriors of the ring. Manny Pacquiao slightly edges all of them IMHO. His 8 division titles separates Manny from these ATG fighters. He had more speed, power and athleticism then all of them. Manny Pacquiao would have been favored to beat them on a one fight basis and at the same weight class. Manny’s style cannot be figured out in one fight by anyone. His ferocious style is loaded with feints, speed, power and accuracy. I find it nearly impossible to be able to grasp this legend’s style of fighting in one fight. I give full respect to all of these guys because they are legends, and may have been able to beat Manny Pacquiao, but IMHO, I would pick Manny to beat them. Manny Pacquiao is more than just a fighter. He is a unique, special talent that comes around once in a life time. Adding to his legend is what he’s done outside of boxing. As you may already know, Manny Pacquiao is a popular and successful singer. His outstanding rendition of When We Touch struck the heart and emotions of millions of fans. Manny seems to be able to translate himself from a Predator in the ring to a soft, loving romantic man when singing this outstanding song that has many in tears. I’m constantly amazed at his resiliency to break barriers and conquer politics, boxing, acting, modeling, cooking, clothing designs. Manny gave Kobe Bryant the inspiration to design his popular shoe the Kobe 9. Kobe watched manny train and was amazed at the grace in which Manny moved inside the ring. Manny Pacquiao inspires the world in general from Presidents to other dignitaries. Manny Pacquiao will surely be missed when he finally hangs up the gloves. We need to appreciate his career. Ther will never be another one like him. Manny is the best.

Ya mama

Wait…No paulie is rated 3# WBA so he can fight. Floyd

Posted December 10, 2013 1:05 am

Ya mama

If you seen the new boxing 147 ranking it’s interesting it can give a clue who should be fighting who.
Belt holder WBC Floyd and guess who below at number 2? It’s pac-man it’s a mandatory fight in 1-1/2 years. Or lose the belt. Would Floyd give up the belt or fight? He he gives up the belt it’s a ?? Mark… But he has done this many times.

The. Other belt holder is broner WBA belt thurman number and paulie 3.

The next belt holder is Shawn porter Brooks number 2
Other belt holder Bradley Marquez number 2
So Floyd really can fight porter, broner, Bradley, the belts holder. Or manny or lose his belt.
This is interesting khan is rated 3 WBC same as Floyd Not rated in the WBA or IBF
Rated in the 140# WBA 2 and 3 IBF
Paulie rated 12 WBA before this fight Judah was 7 so rated maybe 6

Bottom line porter A belt holder at 147# is suppose to be the best fight, broner will not fight Floyd, and the second best is pacman 2 WBA or lose the belt.

Paulie who would give the best fight is not rated for a match WTF . Let see who Floyd pick… Khan 3 isn’t rated by the other belts at 147 #LOL

Manny is arguably the greatest fighting machine of all time, and the most exciting and entertaining. It’s a good thing Floyd ran from him all this time because Manny would have pulverized him in front of the world, and he knew it. Manny Pacquiao is the most destructive boxing machine ever put together in a 5′ 6″ frame. A light weight frame that beat everyone he ever fought, and 90% of those naturally much physically bigger. He’s a born fighter not a nurtured, groomed only to box fighter that had the best boxing experience like Floyd Mayweather. I could only imagine the master piece Manny Pacquiao would have been if he had all those advantages. Even without those advantages, manny Pacquiao did more than any other boxer in boxing history. He did the impossible and won 8, yes 8 division world titles. This accomplishment will never be accomplished ever. Manny is the best.

Hecdog – The site blocks links from being copy pasted….but as of now, he’s waiting for the official IRS documents, problem with that is they’ve been waiting for 2 years, that’s why his accounts were frozen…your accounts don’t get frozen for being months late. We’ll see.

Ray Ray – It will NEVER happen….Manny is too loyal for his own good, he’ll continue letting Arum rape him for his money.

Titopa my friend, please do. Do you have current documented information that has been verified? The most current status of Manny. I heard on a sports station yesterday from Arum and an IRS representative that all of this was being over blown, that all will be resolved soon.

Last news I heard of Manny Pacquiao is that he is the number 1 ranked WBC contender for Floyd’s belt. Come on people, Manny Pacquiao will come up from the jaws of defeat and show what true greatness is.

Posted December 9, 2013 6:55 pm

Gentlmen, please stop putting your own words or perspective in what Freddie Roach or others say. Sound bites that happened logn ago don’t count. Freddie says that he thinks Manny gives away too much money. Can ONE of you direct me to a statement that Manny Pacquiao said telling everyone that he is broke. None of you will find it because it does not exist. Even you guys are wanting to see Manny go down, but it’s not going to happen. And trust me when I see this, Bob Arum, the IRS, the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Manny Pacquiao himself will come out very soon and let everyone know that all has been taken care of. Watch, and please send me your posts. He will not go broke and sell everything he has to pay back so and so. And please email me the link of Manny stating him being broke.

Posted December 9, 2013 6:52 pm

Btw. They aren’t “rumors” when Freddie Roach himself says…”Manny is broke”.

Posted December 9, 2013 6:17 pm

Hidalgo & SREDMOND – Hec Dog won’t believe it if Manny said it himself, he’s in denial and his precious love for Pacquiao is everlasting and down right…creepy! He can read it and say “that’s not that they meant”, he can see it and say “that didn’t happen” or hear it and say “this is what I heard”….the guy is a “Pacquiao fan” and NOT a “Boxing fan”, FACTS are FACTS and he’ll forever choose to ignore them.

Posted December 9, 2013 6:16 pm

Hecdog has solidified his insanity by saying that “Pacquiao has conquered music and modeling”…. By God Pacquiaos singing is a RUNNING joke on Jimmy Kimmel, I would rather take a direct bodyshot from a PEAK Tyson than hear Manny try and croon for a split second… Have some dignity man and get off his nutsack, I would not truly listen to Mayweather, Roy Jones or Broner rhyme to save my LIFE…. That’s not their gift…. Fact is that Pac has some issues to resolve and his earnings are going down 18 mill for Rios after a 500k PPV do you really think Arum is gonna give him a HUGE guarantee after that? hes a businessman and that’s why he is talking up a Mayweather bout in order to sell the notion that this is where Rios and whatever recycled opponent he pulls outta Top Rank leads… These are interesting times and I really do wish Pac well he is one of the MOST exciting fighters I ever saw (certainly was) that said seasons change..

Posted December 9, 2013 6:13 pm

Hecdog, you are simply NOT a credible poster we all fight for our opinions but the reality is that there is a group of posters that pretend information that they do not like does NOT exist… Pac Man has had financial issues that HE openly addressed, you can pretend that its a conspiracy but the facts are the facts… Mayweather has had BIG tax bills in the past… His insane per bout earnings get him outta the hole quick but they are documented as having happened… Its NOT worth lying about like a child…We went thru this with you pretending that the Marquez KO did not happen or that it was not worth discussion… Well the planet disagrees with you and so did the videotape… Mannys a NICE guy and Great ambassador for the sport but like many he has his problems…

Posted December 9, 2013 5:55 pm

Hec Dog, I have no ill will for Manny Pacquiao at all but it’s fairly well known that he’s a careless spender, that he regularly asks for cash advances from Bob Arum, and that his assets have been frozen in the Philippines because he owes so much in taxes.

But you know, this doesn’t make him a bad guy. There’s plenty of boxers who have gone from rags to riches to rags again, not to mention a whole load of just filthy wealthy people from all walks of life who have done the same thing.

Posted December 9, 2013 5:50 pm

“Hidalgo – He probably ends up with that much out of an 18 million dollar purse….you have no idea how much money he owes and how much he spends…I read that he even borrows money from Arum, borrow? Wow.”

Yeah, Titopa I know it. I read an article which discussed Manny’s careless spending habits. His worst problem is that he does not track his expenditures like a smart businessman should. It’s my understanding that Manny is always asking Bob Arum for advances. This may be why he’s stayed with Bob all these years–because Bob is a cash cow. I believe the Filipine tax bureau put a freeze on his wages as well because he owes so much in taxes.

Really, a lot of people wish and dream about Floyd losing everything and dying in poverty but that’s just not going to happen. Floyd has proved over and over again that he’s a very intelligent businessman. Besides that he doesn’t drink alcohol, he doesn’t do drugs. He wants to be a billionaire. His idols are people like Oprah Winfrey–who is a billionaire, by the way–Warren Buffet and other extremely wealthy people. Floyd’s biggest weakness is gambling, and he does gamble big, but the guy is far from broke. He has his own promotional company as well as various endorsements.

Gentlmen, don’t believe all the rumors you hear. Manny Pacquiao has always been attacked by more than just the other political party, but also from those that want to see Manny Pacquiao fail. There always seems to be so much jealousy and envy for a man like Manny Pacquiao that is a humble, respectful, caring, giving and a loving man of God. He is a target of many that don’t want to see him succeed. The Mayweathers have attacked his character, boxing skills and and ethnicity. They and others could not fathom the idea that this young Filipino that came from poverty with nothing reached the pinnacle of boxing and was doing things never before seen in a boxing ring. Manny Pacquiao not only conquered the boxing world, took over music, acting, modeling and was chosen by the millions of people in his country to be their voice in congress. No athlete ever has accomplished so much, hence, the envy and jealousy. Every time someone wants to attack Manny Pacquiao, they begin with his boxing, but then they take it to a more personal level and attack his character. They attack his faults as a man rather than applaud his honesty and truth and turn around in his personal life as well as in his boxing career. Manny gets stopped by Marquez while his wife and kids are traumatized and people laugh, make jokes and post disrespectful pictures of Manny Pacquiao lying face first. All this man has done is pull himself up from poverty, from the brink of death and made something of himself. He has used his position in life to do good. He is sincere in all that he does, and he never complains, argues or disrespects anyone, yet his continues to be attacked. People want to see him lose all he has earned. Why? because of jealousy and envy. This man should be supported and appreciated for the quality of his character. A man that admits his faults and then corrects them. He is a wonderful husband, father, son and person. Manny Pacquiao is what is good in this world. He makes a great come back fight and those that want to see him fail continue their criticism. They won’t give him credit. Manny Pacquiao has fallen, yes, but he has risen up and will be fine in life inside or outside the ring. The money will always be there, and if it’s not, Manny Pacquiao has seen the worst of life and handled once before. He will surely be able to handle it again if that were to happen, but it won’t because Manny Pacquiao is a Man of God. He will always be okay.

Posted December 9, 2013 5:39 pm

Manny Pacquiao earns more than 3 mill per fight by plenty… Where it all goes is another matter… He does NOT have the Mayweather business model that has pushed his regular paydays into the stratosphere… Floyd is making more money than peak earning Evander and Tyson ever did and that’s just a fact… He does not have a promoter that he is beholden to, his brand endures as a stand alone powerhouse that allows him to contract with GBP on VERY favorable terms… Pac Man has made a TON and its sad if he has really fallen on hard times as reported…Despite impending protests from REM, Hecdog and others that consider FACTS to be an annoyance Mannys PPV muscle is badly waning at this moment… 2 of his last 3 events did UNDER 1 mill and this Macau experiment was a major failure… 700k Bradley, 500k Rios and Marquez the shining star with 1.15 million that’s around 2.3 million for 3 events… Mayweather vs Canelo did 2.2 mill for ONE event….The trouble is for Manny that the B side opponent matters more NOW, he has run thru the stable the ONLY fight he has on the horizon with a chance to hit 1 mill is a 5th Marquez fight and that’s questionable especially with JMM likely wanting a BIGGER slice because he laid Manny out…A fight with Provodnikov is a guaranteed BOMB on the order of Rios ONLY hardcore fans know who Provodnikov is and Arum has already said he is leering of putting another Bradley show on again due to the lackluster sales of he and Pacs last encounter…

Manny made 3 mil for the Marquez 4 bout. Floyd made 75 million to fight Shane alone that was a low payday like the Guerro fight. He then made over 100 million for the Alverez and Oscar fight not combined each, Floyd makes 100 mil a year. Look at the ppvs, The Alverez fight had over 3 million views at 79.99 a pop it was the highest grossing fight in boxing history. Manny vs. Rios only had 550,000 numbers dont lie.

Posted December 9, 2013 3:21 pm

To be honest top rank has been foul for years. Arum back in the day had Oscar, Floyd and Cotto. After Oscar left Floyd could never land a fight with him until he broke ties with Arum thats why he left. Same with the Cotto fight the only way if was made was because they were both independent. Bradley is in the same boat dude is undefeated and mark my words he will never land a bout with Floyd which could be huge. Floyd, Garica and Broner are the top guys and not one top rank fighter will ever see them. But guys like Rios, Marquez and Margecheato will fight with Arums boxers all day. Arum is a greedy jew. And want to manoplogize the sport. Arum is the sloe reason why Manny vs. Floyd never happened and never will.

Posted December 9, 2013 3:14 pm

More off the article: “Not long after, according to figures Pacquiao filed as a member of the Philippine House of Representatives, he was worth 1.35 billion Filipino pesos — about $31 million. That’s less than 20 percent of what he had earned by 2009. Where’d that go? Since then, riding the wave as the world’s most exciting and beloved fighter since Muhammad Ali, according to Forbes, he has earned at least another $50 million”

Posted December 9, 2013 3:12 pm

This is off an article written about Manny being broke: “After his manager’s took their 20-percent cut, his trainer Freddie Roach took 10 percent, strength and conditioning coach Alex Ariza shaved off a few more points. There were also training camp expenses, tax bills in the U.S. and the Philippines, and his boundless, ever-growing entourage, all guzzling funds.”

Posted December 9, 2013 3:11 pm

“Manny makes about 3 mil a fight ”

Where do you get your info? Manny only makes 3M a fight but Floyd makes 75M a fight. Wrong.

Posted December 9, 2013 3:06 pm

Manny makes about 3 mil a fight not subtracting taxes fees trainers ect. The rios fight only had 550.00 ppv. Arum is taking him to the bank. Floyd on the low end makes 75 million a fight. Hec put down the crack pipe bro since when does undefeated records dont matter in any sport?

Posted December 9, 2013 2:59 pm

Thurmal Underwear – Manny’s a great guy, he’s a true champion who conducts himself like one in and out of the ring….but he’s made several incredibly bad choices in his career, ALL of which are signing on the dotted line on the contracts Arums’s handed him, every time he’s signed that contract means ANOTHER year of getting raped of all his money and another year of not getting the fights he NEEDS to make the money that’s basically been stolen from him…he should take a page out of Floyd’s handbook and DUMP Arum just like he and Oscar did, look at them now….but no, poor old Manny is still “loyal” to Arums who’s done NOTHING but bad for his career in the last 3 years…Arum will continue to rape Pac of his money and will continue to put him against Top Rank fighters so that he can have his hands in BOTH fighters’ pockets.

Hec Dog – Btw. Manny’s broke pal…he’s let Arum, Top Rank and HBO rape him of all his money. He NEEDS boxing now, he’ll end up just like every other famous fighter….which is fighting on longer than he should cause he “needs the money”….if you don’t believe me, go look it up, but I’m sure you won’t cause you do NOT want to see/read the truth, you’d rather stick to the fantasy land you’ve build up for Manny in your head.

Hec Dog – Then I guess Floyd does even more numbers then if you want to count for the millions who can’t afford the PPV price tag….so, I guess Floyd could easily do 3 million PPV buys if you want to start counting the people who are less fortunate.

Posted December 9, 2013 2:02 pm

Hec Dog

Those PPV numbers don’t account for the millions of fans that don’t or can’t buy these fights. Trust me, Manny has many more fans around the world. Manny makes plenty of money, and could probably make more without Arum, but his $18-$25 million isn’t bad at all. You must remember, Manny is a incredible person to achieve what he has achieved without having the kind of amateur boxing experience that most have or the quality gyms to train in. He did not grow up in a boxing family. He has come a long way from where he started, which impresses me more than anything. He’s a natural born fighter that has won more division titles than any other boxer in history. This speaks volumes of just how good of a fighter Manny Pacquiao is. If the tables were turned, I don’t think many could achieve the status of Manny Pacquiao.

Posted December 9, 2013 1:56 pm

Props to Paulie, but a rematch with Boner will turn out the same.

Posted December 9, 2013 1:32 pm

Hecdog – Then why are Manny’s PPV extremely low? His fight with Rios did 400K…as where Floyd does 1 million on a bad day and 2 million PLUS on a good day…..I’d say Floyd is the superior star if you ask me, you actually can’t even compare them….Pacquiao has “Pacquiao fans” and Floyd has “boxing fans”, more boxing fans prefer to pay for a Floyd fight than to pay for one of Bob Arums PPV events that are designed to steal your money.

Unbeaten records as I have mentioned many times don’t mean a thing. Marciano was 49-0, Ricardo Lopez was 51-0, Duran was 71-0 before he lost, so throw the records out the door. If you look at Floyd’s record, it’s not very impressive at all. His fights are even less impressive. None of them stand out. Manny Pacquiao’s fights are historical. His fights bring a thunderous ovation of electricity to to each and every fight. Manny is the ONLY 8 division boxing champion in history, which no one including Mayweather has never accomplished and never will. This separates Manny from everyone, and that’s a fact. When Mayeather and Manny Pacquiao retire and are long gone. The fans will always loook at Manny Pacquiao as the better fighter. The fighter that ran from no one. He fought them all. He will always be more respected, adored and loved by everyone because he is all class. Manny is simply a better fighter inside the ring and the better person outside. Floyd will be looked at as a good fighter that ducked many fighters, but the one he ducked most was the legendary Manny Pacquiao. And it’s always been obvious to boxing fans especially his own boxing peers like Holmes, Duran, Leonard. Tyson, Hagler and many other greats. Manny Pacquiao will also go down as arguably the greatest fighter of all time right next to Robinson, Duran and Leonard. Manny is the best.

There goes Sredmond protecting his own kind. Wrong Sred Chavez would find a way in Mayweather’s defenses and slowly break him down for a tko win

Posted December 9, 2013 10:19 am

Chavez was the beneficiary of weird officiating against TWO smooth boxers Permell Whitaker and Meldrick Taylor who Richard Steele robbed of victory with seconds to go. Chavez was a Great fighter who would have been an EASY night for Mayweather who would have been to fast and avoided his blows with ease..

Posted December 9, 2013 9:35 am

Give Paulie some props, the guy has no power at all, yet he hangs tough with the top in guys in whatever weight calss he choses to fight. Even when he gets stopped he’s not counted out, he’s on his feet. A tough, tough guy, with a good fast jab and a heck of a chin. I take my hat off to him.

Posted December 9, 2013 9:32 am

Hec if you study the sport It dont matter how athletic a guy is or how hard he trains if he cannot land on a guy all of that is out the window and Floyd knows that. Mayweather dont have to attack the body like Chavez because no one can hit him. He counters and makes them miss and look stupid. Ali said your hands cannot hit has your eyes cannot see.

Posted December 9, 2013 6:15 am

Chavez was more the brawler than
Mayweather that said Floyd’s body attack is much superior to Pacquiaos who despite his troubles you think is flawless SMH… Cotto and Hatton were both guys with reputations for being tough inside fighters and Mayweather handled them BOTH in that wheelhouse… The whole Roy Jones and Mayweather cannot fight but are just athletic freaks argument is clownish…You don’t win titles in a combined 9 divisions up to HW because these boxers “cannot fight” for 50 fights Roy Jones was pretty much unbeatable till he eventually got caught.. Mayweather is 45-0 and had lost a single card in his career which LONG preceded the advent of “Money Mayweather” saying the mans technique should resemble boxers who are DYING for his success, consistency and excellence is pure insanity, Mayweather has NEVER been in the canvas because of a lapse or getting caught… Pacquaio would have done well to take a page out of his book… But Manny cannot defend like Mayweather unless a lead foot Brandon Rios moving up in weight is the victim… Again Pacs Great but his fall in the sport literally drove Hecdog MAD with rage against the Undefeated P4P King who keeps winning..

Posted December 9, 2013 6:09 am

Hec dog you poor lost soul. Floyds style is called the philly shoulder roll look it up. Greats like Patterson even Ali used it back in the days. Floyd sr, used it and Floyd jr. Profected it. The Technique has had him flawless with zero loses. Also he uses head faints and he fights from a angle so a fighter has less of a target this is old school defense 101. The best Offense is Defense just like in football its the defense that wins games. Also Hec go back and look at Ali he used a lot of faints and head movements like Mayweather this is old school. But if the technique sucks why wasnt anyone beat him? Five different divisions 37 years old 45-0. Your boy Manny puches at a high output from different angles which leave him open to counters case in point Marquez. And Floyd is the best counter puncher in boxing what do you think he will do to him? Also the guys you speak of Leonard Robinson, Chavez have all been beat. There still is no blueprint for Floyd ask Oscar lol…

Posted December 9, 2013 6:08 am

“Floyd. Has horrible technique” yet that technique keeps him from getting knocked unconscious and struggling with 40 year old fighters who have not beat any other WW’s not named Manny Pacquiao… Every Mayweather opponent discusses how difficult it is to land cleanly in him YET Hecdog has decided his technique which has made him the consensus too fighter in the sport “sucks” I have really heard it all now…. The man is Undefeated creeping up on 37, thru 5 weight classes and 4 Lineals YET he should fight like a guy who got knocked out 3x?? Ridiculous PAC is a great fighter as well but his technique leaves him far more vulnerable to loss and big head shots than the slicker Mayweather

Posted December 9, 2013 5:32 am

Hec Dog

A prospective boxer must have the the 3 D’S also. Determination to overcome every obstacle inside the ring as well as outside in life. Dependability to show up to the gym, not be late, work hard and learn something each and every day. Desire to want to do this more than anything. This is one characteristic that cannot be taught. You either have it or you don’t.

TARK, ANONYMOUS, both of you are wrong about Floyd Mayweather. I can see Floyd’s great athleticism has blinded you both somewhat as he does many others. And Tark, you say he’s has every weapon in the book including a body attack. Sorry my friend, you’re wrong IMO. What body attack are you referring to? Chavez had a complete body attack with proper stance and technique. I see no resemblance whatsoever, and there’s plenty of others fighters like Alexis Arguello, Carlos Zarate and so on. Floyd once again does his work with speed yes, but his technique inside is horrible. I don’t see any consistent hooks to the body, uppercuts or great body and head combinations. How many fighters has he ever hurt because of great body attack. And why on earth would you train and teach any fighter to keep his hands low and rely on reflexes only if they don’t have natural athletic ability. Those guys that are athletically more talented are the ones that become the better all around fighters. A good trainer sees what a potential boxer has and adds piece by piece. Those that are more athletic can pick things up more naturally as opposed to those that aren’t as athletic, they have to work harder. Dedication, commitment, experience and a good knowledgeable trainer will help get the best out of their boxer, but those that are more athletically gifted have better odds of succeeding. A quality fighter should also have the ability to give a good punch, and take one. They need to be mentally strong do deal with all situations that arise in a fight. As far as Manny Pacquiao is concerned, he’s athletic also, but his aggressiveness can sometimes become a problem. You must remember that he had little any amateur experience. He never had the quality gyms or a quality trainer to show him the correct technique, which only goes to show how great of a pure fighter he is. 8 division titles is unheard of from a guy that had comes from his back ground. Anonymous, Zab won the first 5 rounds. Oscar won that fight IMO, and that SD proved it. Oscar had the right plan, but didn’t have enough gas in his tank. Remember, he was past his prime. A prime Oscar beats Floyd, trust me. Castillo also beat Floyd regardless of the decision. I’ve watched those fights plenty.

Floyd is a great athlete that happens to be a good technical boxer. Study the great fighters like Robinson, Leonard, Duran, Chavez in their prime and you will see great technique all the way around. Boxing, inside fighting, counter punching and more. Jut my opinion.

“He has the “SKILLS” to say whatever it takes to AVOID admitting when he’s OBVIOUSLY wrong and convincing only HIMSELF that he’s obviously “right”, right?”-Nope. But YOU and many others have the SKILLS to avoid the Fights where I picked the WINNERS and focus on the other Fights even though its LESSER than the Fights I got right. I got the most important Fights CORRECT this weekend once again!!!!! I am the GREATEST Fight Prophet ever born!!!!

Hec dog you are a Pac nug hugger

Posted December 9, 2013 1:58 am

Hec you have no boxing knowledge the sweet science of boxing is to hit and not get hit. Floyd mastered this to the fullest. Fear bro hec there is nothing scared about a guy avoiding getting hit, Ali was on the best at it, Floyd never gets hit not by fear but by skills it takes a very special talent to do that, He adjusts on they fly and makes dudes look silly like you. RJJ was never on Floyd level, he was very athletic yes but Floyds skill level is far elevated. Pressure fighters Like Manny cant even land. Cotto mixed it up and still came up short. Problem is Floyd is accurate so he takes what is working against him and makes the guy stop using it like he did Oscar Shane and Zab. Hec Dog clearly you a hater, Floyd is not a K.O. Artist of a slugger he is a pure boxer. Counter punching and lead right hand are his signature also he makes guy fall into his rythm and puts then where he wants them in the ring, Its not fear its boxing I.Q. and ring intelligence sk anyone who knows about boxing. A man that can adjust wins almost all the time, Zab one the first round Oscar won the first 3 Shane won the first 2 after that he figured them out and shut them all down.

Posted December 9, 2013 1:56 am

Hec Dog.., What do you know about technique??? How many boxers have you trained? Floyd has a perfect stance, flawless footwork, every weapon in the book, including a body attack, and is one of the best defenders of all time.

We know you love Pacquiao… But he jumps in with dangerous stuff at times… After all, one of his flaws cost him a Floyd fight … In a nanosecond all was lost.

Posted December 9, 2013 12:47 am

Hec Dog

Floyd has horrible technique as far as a well rounded fighter goes. he gets away with it just like RJJ because they are great athletes. You wouldn’t teach a green boxer to fight like they do. each has different abilities and they may not be great athletes.

Posted December 8, 2013 11:44 pm

Hec Dog

Floyd and RJJ don’t fight the same way, but they both rely on their athleticism by doing things that less athletic fighters can’t do.

Posted December 8, 2013 11:42 pm

I can’t believe you said Floyd has bad Technique. Then you compared him to RJ they fight nothing like each other. Hec You know nothing about boxing except stats. You know nothing about the science of it. #clueless

1-2 my friend, yes I agree. There are many things that are different in Henry Armstrong’s era and of course today’s era. Many talented fighters that would have been great to see fight each other. One title in eight divisions should have stayed, but the all mighty dollar and corrupt organizations figured out how to make money. Manny vs Henry would have been an amazing fight.

Posted December 8, 2013 11:32 pm

And not to dereail the thread. Props to Paulie for a great win for a fighter with limited power to do what he does. Great boxer IMO

Posted December 8, 2013 11:01 pm

Also what I forgot to mention, 1 World title, not 4. This makes a huge difference

Posted December 8, 2013 10:51 pm

Hecdog- Thats great you give Armstrong props! And I’m not saying that in a sarcastic way. But 1st to say this guy will beat this guy is a guess. Too much circumstances to deal with. 2nd Armstrong fought at true weight classes (No junior or light or super titles). 3rd Armstrong fought with no catchweights. 4th Armstrong fought in an era with no PEDS. 5th he fought in an era where same day weigh ins (this would be the big difference). 6th he fought in an era where fighters fought every month if not twice a month. Put Pac or most fighters today in these circumstances and then we would kind of get a feeling on how they would do.

SREDMOND my friend, let me try and break my own view point down for you. Rigondeaux is a sharp shooting, technically sound boxer that has a variety of ways to defeat his opponents. He is a masterful magician that can elude his opponents punches. His feet are always in position, and you will never see him off balance. He is a thinker that finds a weakness and exposes it until it closes up. His speed of hand and foot is effortless. I have to admit that he is one of the most talented fighters in history and is comparable to Manny Pacquiao, but not as lethal. Rigondeaux can hit you from any angle at any time, and when he throws his punches, it’s as if he’s a chameleon not letting you know where he is or what punch he will be throwing. He’s an artist that can behave like the predator or the prey at any time for his advantages. He keeps you guessing. The left hand is a spectacular weapon. This begins as a bullet and ends up being a missile. Many fans don’t realize that Rigondeaux has enormous power in both hands, but he only uses it with the right style of an opponent. Rigondeaux is a brilliant boxer brought up and nurtured in the Cuban boxing system that when put in the right athlete is almost unbeatable. Rigondeaux can fight you inside or out, and has no fear. Every move is instinctual and planned through his extensive amateur boxing experience. This man can write a book on boxing.

Floyd Mayweather’s style is that of a great athlete and reflexes. He fights more out of fear than confidence, which explains his fighting style. It’s the Fight or Flight reaction that creates his speed. Fear makes you do things you don’t normally do. Floyd has a good jab and hook, but his technical boxing style is flawed. He’s similar to Roy Jones Jr. 90% athleticism and 10% actual boxing technique. The punches he throws are all arm punches, which is why he has no power. He’s not a true fighter that has the confidence to fight inside like most great fighters. His fight versus Cotto proved that. he was lost and scared because he was bloodied and getting hit. He was in unsteady territory and it showed on his face. This is one reason he will never fight the legendary Manny Pacquiao. Manny does it all. Floyd is a good boxer that relies mostly on his counter punching. Rigondeau does it all. Watch both fighters tapes and tell me who does it effortlessly. It’ not even close. Rigondeaux i a natural born fighter that has elevated his skills to a level or two above Floyd Mayweathers.

I hope this helps.

zab is all but done he lost to all the top guys. Hec Dog Arum will never let your boy Manny fight outside of Top rank. Bradley and Marquez 5 is what he will make happen or stick to letting him fight bums like Rios. Floyd is the top man to beat right now undefeated. So Kahn is next and a easy 100+ mil payday. Kahn is huge in the UK and they will pay to see it. Oh by the way Manny last fight only had 550,000 ppv. Mayweather had over 3 mil views plus. Khan will have even more views. The Alverez fight made 300 million in vegas. There is only one guy undefeated nobody ducked Manny he is just not a attraction anymore. But the Mayweather camp said if he K.O. Bradley then they would sign the contract. Floyd is only interested in the biggest paydays, Hence changing his name to money. Dela Hoya and Alverez fight grossed a billion dollars. He would be stupid not to fight Kahn who everyone knows has a zero chance of winning.

Disrespect I meant

Posted December 8, 2013 7:49 pm

Hec Dog

1-2 my friend, I by no means meant no respect to a truly great fighter like “Homicide” Henry Armstrong. He was a tremendous offensive fighter to deal with. He even fought Sugar Ray Robinson (lost a UD). Mr Armstrong was an in your face type fighter that gave anyone a tough fight that should always be respected for his 3 titles he held at once. In My Humble Opinion, Manny Pacquiao would have destroyed Henry Armstrong in the same fashion as Hatton, Diaz both that were come at you fighters albeit not as good as Henry Armstrong. Once again, we’re talking about a greater fighter in every way possible when it comes to Manny Pacquiao. Power, Speed, Athleticism, Movement and Stamina. Henry Armstrong had the same, but Manny Pacquiao was simply better. Manny Pacquiao is the ONLY 8 time division boxing champion. I know they didn’t have that many division titles back then, but I think the quality of fighters today might be better. Manny is arguably the best ever. This is just my humble opinion.

Shatterd Dreams

Alvarez had never beaten anyone worth their weight in piss. He’s a hype job that the Mayweather’s PR team of spin merchants built up to be something he never was in order to milk the casual fan dry for their hard earned dollars. This is how Mayweather operates. It’s a tried and tested model that he’s been fleecing you all with for years. He himself has admitted this is how they operate and his carefully constructed meticulously calculated minimal risk/maximum approach with his selection of opponents attests to it in resounding fashion.

The WBC did every thing in their power to ensure Alvarez became a world champion and when he did so they boosted him up on a diet of undeserving stiffs and cans with the odd once great but now completely shot and defunct fighter thrown in to dupe the casuals into thinking he was actually taking on credible opposition.

Then they stepped it up to phase 2, raising the bar by stinking him in there with Austin Trout, but once again it wasn’t quite as big a step up as it appeared on paper because Trout was also the product of hype too. The only really legitimate opponent he’d beaten was a badly battle-worn and faded Miguel Cotto. The worst part about all this is Alvarez could’n’t even get past that ”step up” without the aid of the crooked judges.

Alvarez was never what these parasitic leeches lead you to believe he was. Mayweather opponents never are. They build them up to be killers but in reality there’s more hype to them than there is actual substance. It’s totally illusory and the sooner you realize that, the sooner you’ll stop allowing these leeches to fleece you and play you like fools.

The mighty Amir Con is next in line. I wonder when or rather if the penny will ever drop?

“Paulie didn’t look good—rather Zab looked weak, slow, light, skinny, small, frail, flaccid, lethargic, indolent, powerless, eggshell soft, and puppy tame.”

HAHAHA!! WHAT?? Zab fought Paulie as a welter but fought Garcia as a jr,.welter. Now you’re claimingZab looked skinny? OMG!

Paulie didn’t look good? He blew Judah out of the water. You laud Rigo for his boxing skills but you won’t give credit to Paulie when he wins a fight with his boxing skills?

You thought Paulie would need some kind of gift to beat Judah but he did it all on his own, and by better scores than Garcia did who got fairly beat up by Zab.

Get over it. Your boy lost. Badly. To a superior boxer

Posted December 8, 2013 6:06 pm

“Paulie did everything right, but Zab either became an old fighter last night, or he took a dive. ”

No need to search for answers that don’t exist Tomato Can. You know darn well that Zab didn’t take a dive. Paulie outboxed him and frustrated him into defeat. Paulie fought a smart fight, Zab wasn’t prepared for him and that’s that.

This is what often happens to fighters who think they are too strong and too tough to get beat by a light-hitting, but highly-skilled boxer.

Really, Paulie deserves all the cred he can get for this fight. He fought a damned good fight against the guy who just recently did some serious damage to world champion Danny Garcia.

Judah, didn’t have an off night, he didn’t throw the fight, he wasn’t skinny, weak–blah, blah, blah, he didn’t become old overnight, etc. Paulie was just better.

It was right there on the television in front of everyone’s eyes. No further proof, justification, or excuses are needed. Or warranted.

Let’s not get started on Manny Pacquiao, the ONLY 8 time division Boxing Champion in boxing history. This separates him from SR Robinson, Duran, SR Leonard, Holmes, Hagler, Armstrong, Tyson and every other boxer in history. Basically, this means he’s the best ever. How many of those guys has won 8 titles? Answer, none. Manny Pacquiao was more dominant in his era than any other fighter previously. He is currently in his country helping people that have nothing left in their lives. Manny Pacquioa the fighter has turned into Manny Pacquiao the congressman and philanthropist. He is healing the country. He is being attacked by the political corruption that has reared its ugly head once again. Manny Pacquiao is the most recognized face on the earth. president Obama requested his visit as other dignitaries have done also. His greatness as a prize fighter also translated into his life as a human being. We all remember the terror he produced as he destroyed Barrera, Marquez, Hatton, Cotto, Margarito, Clottey, Diaz, Larios and the list goes on of helpless victims. Manny was the predator stalking and viciously attacking his prey. Mayweather feared for his life, which is th only reason the fight never took place. And I don’t blame him either. Manny was a force that has never been witnessed inside a boxing ring. Outside the ring, Manny Pacquiao was just as dominant. Sponsorship’s came at him like Hennessy, Nike, Hewlett Packard, Mcdonalds, San Miguel beer, Albertsons, Custom Vehicle Wraps and State Sweet Produce among others. Manny continued his assault outside the ring as he conquered the music industry as well as the silver screen. His movies and songs have found more than just success. He is the most sought after model in the world. Singer, actor, congressman, model and Kobe Bryant actually credits Manny Pacquiao for the design of his new Kobe 9 shoe. Manny Pacquiao gives inspiration to the world. He is boxing. Today he is without a doubt in th top 2 P4P fighter discussion. Even at his advanced age, his second best is better than everyone else’s best. Manny will destroy Floyd, GGG, Canelo, Ward, Bradley, Porter and every other top contender in the welterweight & junior middleweight. Please don’t bring up this legend’s name in a conversation that discounts his greatness in any way. This post really shouldn’t be in any conversation that has Malignaggi or Judah in it. They have no business next to Manny Pacquiao. Please help out those in need in the Philippines. Manny is doing his part, please do yours.

Regarding your list of Malignaggi losses. You don’t get to add one for free. Cano lost. That’s that. Paulie fought with a broken right hand from the fourth round on and still won.

Secondly, Paulie revenged his loss to Diaz. You conveniently forgot to mention that.

Posted December 8, 2013 3:57 pm

I will give my last commentary on last night’s fight between Malignaggi and Judah. This was an excellent fight similar to two local high school football teams. Both fighters going nowhere. Two fighters (Malignaggi/Judah) had severely failed each and every time they had fought the top fighters. Fans in attendance came to cheer their favorite, but after three rounds, the fans themselves began booing loudly. They disproved of the the mediocre skills being presented to fans everywhere. After all, this was the same city where the Fight of The century had taken place between “The Greatest”Muhammad Ali and Smoking Joe Fraizer. Malignaggi and Judah had ruined boxing in this glamorous city for years to come. Malignaggi and his white dress looked foolish flickering is feather punches at an old, slow, lost heartless Zab Judah. yes the same Judah that put on his bravado leading up to the fight only to show his courage-less self inside the squared circle. He fought bravely after the fight was over as usual, but he failed as he always does. Malignaggi on the other hand fought as he always does. Using an okay jab followed by fairly good right hands. Malignaggi did great against a human punching bag that commentated in the post fight interview that Malignaggi didn’t want to fight but boxed well and moved? What in the world was he talking about, Malignaggi came to him all night. Just another excuse Judah comes up with as he has all his career. The night culminated with the presentation of a aluminium/plastic championship belt put together by a local hardware 5 minutes before the fight ended. The announcer made the announcement only to see the arena empty. The belt was then presented quickly and the only ones clapping and cheering for Malignaggi were the custodians and food servers cleaning up the arena. Show Time was humiliated. The winner of this club fight, Malignaggi has been rumored to be walking the streets showing off his trinket belt to anyone that will listen. This is his first title he has actually won. Congratulations to Paulie Malignaggi. Next he will go around bragging about this win like it meant something, and all intelligent fight fans know this fight meant nothing. All we wait for now is Malignaggi to fight a big money fight because of Al Haymon, and receive another loss as usual. It’s a shame to see deserving fighters to get stepped over because of the corruption in boxing. We all know the welterweight division is full of good fighters. And the fact is everyone one of them from Pacquiao, Mayweather, Bradley, Guerrero, Alexander, Ortiz, Maidana, Brook and the rest of the fighters would and will beat Malignaggi up badly to once again expose this D level fighter. And that’s my story gentlemen.

Posted December 8, 2013 3:53 pm

Great win for Paulie last night! That was a boxing lesson he gave to Juddah and thats something only top fighters can do. I give PM credit for doing all of this not having any real power to keep top guys off of him. Juddah still is a live dog in any fight for the first 3-5 rounds but I feel hes a gatekeeper now. I hope he saved some $. Great night of boxing last night.

Brandon Rios would pulverize both Malignaggi and Judah on the same night. Come on, I guarantee you without a doubt Rios would hurt them. Rios looked bad againt Manny Pacquiao because Manny is more than a world class elite fighter. he’s by far one of the most naturally talented fighter of any era. I wonder what Malignaggi and Judah would do against Manny Pacquiao? They would take a severe beating and stopped before 6 rounds. I could never stand fighters that talk too much while never beating the best guys out there regardless if they were world class, elite or D level fighters. Judah and Malignaggi will never be remembered as world class fighters. They were decent fighters that. Come on , they were being booed by their own fans. They failed as the main event. The arena was empty before the fight was over, and you say they are world class? Sorry, good fighters, but not world class. Just because thy fight world class fighters doesn’t mean they are world class.

Posted December 8, 2013 2:40 pm

But then again Pacquiao was knocked out by Torrecampo, and Singsurat or whatever his name was… So we can’t be too hard on Zab for getting upset can we?

Posted December 8, 2013 2:32 pm

Pacquiao, Robinson, Duran, etc are or were Elite fighters…. World Class falls below elite… A World Class fighter always has a chance, he trains and boxes at a high level for a living and the reason Zab and Paulie have a lot of those losses is because they do NOT face “Club Fighters” this is why I am wondering about the over the top praise of GGG who has been defeating SUB World Class competition…. Paulie and Zab have faced some of the Eras BEST…. Malignaggi said it best “I never lost to a guy where you said who is that” Judah was upset back in the day by Baldomir which was embarrassing to say the least…

Posted December 8, 2013 2:31 pm

You don’t understand boxing in the SLIGHTEST and you are showing SERIOUS hypocrisy… BOTH Zab and Paulie have been WORLD CHAMPIONS…. And accomplished FAR more than punching Bag Brandon Rios who you basically thought Pacquiao should be given the US Presidency for beating…. Club fighters are the LOWEST variety of boxer ie “Tex Cobb” “Ross Purrity” being a World Class fighter does not mean you are smashing elites, were that the case then 90% of the boxers out there would be “Club fighters” because there are ONLY a precious FEW “Elite Boxers” in the sport… Older versions of these guys are what they are, the notion that they were “Club Fighters” is preposterous…What do you label a guy like Rios dedicated to taking head shots? who did he beat? his best win is Alvarado?? Rios is NOT a Club fighter either but your stance is crazy…

Posted December 8, 2013 2:27 pm

Funny how you try and point out that the Cano fight was a robbery but fail to day the Diaz fight was a robbery. lol. They are good fighters. At one point Zab was elite and they are both A level fighters.

Posted December 8, 2013 2:23 pm

Hec Dog

And how many wold class fighters did they actually beat? The list is below. Zero, they beat none. Good decent club fighters, but not worl class by any means. Pacquiao, Robinson, Leonard, Duran. These are world class.

Posted December 8, 2013 2:10 pm

Malignaggi and Judah have been World Class boxers and the term BUM is simply crazy… Hecdog is SO mentally unstable he would call guys who have been in the ring with some of the Elite of the Era “Bums” yet he would sell us Brandon Rios as an ATG because Pacquiao beat him… Judah has been in with Matthysee, Cotto, Clottey, Mayweather, Garcia, Khan and others…. Paulie was in with Khan, Hatton, Diaz, Cotto and others is crazy to say they are “Bums”…. Zab is “past it” and has been for awhile but he has always been a World Class boxer who was proven to NOT be elite quite some time ago…. Lets get real here…

Posted December 8, 2013 1:55 pm

EZ E my friend, okay, maybe BUMS is not the right word to use to describe both guys. I’ll give them their just due and say they are good fighters, but were never good enough to BEAT the elite guys at any time in their careers, especially Malignaggi, and never good enough to be on PPV fights. What gets me is these guys are getting favors from GBP and Al Haymon while other more deserving fighters get nothing. Malignaggi is ranked #9 by Ring Magazine and Maidana is #10 ? Could this be that Oscar De La Hoya is the owner of Ring Magazine and while promoting Malignaggi, he does him a favor? And Malignaggi whom criticized and spoke against Al Haymon is now signed to him, and as Malignaggi said himself. He will get big things if he beats Judah? And why would that be if Judah isn’t ranked anywhere as a welterweight, and has lost his last fights. Malignaggi argued so much at the press against Haymon and now he becomes a hypocrite and joins them because Haymon and his corruption will find a way to get him an undeserving big fight. This is what ruins boxing. Now, getting back to the abilities of both guys. Both obviously couldn’t beat the top guys, and that’s a fact. They get a Show Time fight for what exact reason? They make up some cracker jack belt and present it to Malignaggi for what exactly? This isn’t high school sports. This is professional boxing. The fans in the arena were booing both guys? Listen, these guys were decent fighters, but both have always run their mouths too much and never backed themselves up ever, and that’s the bottom line. Look at their records below against the top guys or even good guys. They failed. Both made a good living earning good money, and good for them. They found a way to make something out of themselves, which should be applauded. All I’m saying is that their mouths never matched their careers.

Zab Judah lost to:
Danny Garcia
Amir Khan
Joshua Clottey
Miguel Cotto
Cory Spinks
Kostya Tszyu

Malignaggi lost to:
Miguel Cotto
Amir Khan
Juan Diaz
Ricky Hatton
Adrienne Broner
Pablo Cesar Cano (Robbery)

Hecdogs Father

I am here once again to apologize for the antics of my mentally disturbed son. Two world class fighters Fought last night and my son Hec dog is pink with envy. He and his boyfriend continued to spit out venom about how Paulie is everything they wish they could be. Many times he cries about how Paulie makes more money in 1 night then he will make in 20 years. Everyone knows Paulie and nobody knows him Paulie is richer more handsome and definitely more popular then him. Sometime i still have to go in his room and remind him of the beating Paulie gave him in the amateurs. He cries wets the bed and immediately begins to cross dress. Its very sad

Signed you always disappointed Father

He is just so enamored with Pac that he really can’t see talent in other fighters. If it isn’t Pac or him taking a shot at Floyd you can bet they will be considered Bums.

HECDOG ahhhh… “world class bums”?? No, they aren’t elite and are obviously passed their best days but, with all due respects, your “world class bums” is an over kill to 2 fighters that gave us some world class fights in the passed. I suggest you take the time to review carefully the records. Yes, you’ll find their ups & down and some rather disappointing performances. But.. you might also receive a much needed reminder of the quality of these two fighters you are now so easily labeling as “bums”. how long have you been a fan? Did you ALWAYS consider them bums? just asking. Kind of disappointing coming from you, thought that you had more respect for fighters than that. Oh well, enjoy your day!

Paulie has proven a lot in his career for someone that doesn’t have much power. Also has taken on all comers and hasn’t ducked anybody. Judah has had a decent career also. If he could of put together his skills and maturity then he would of been something special. Unfortunately his maturity came too late.

I guess you Malignaggi fans believe that cracker jack belt they gave him means something right? This is such a bad state of boxing as two pathetic fighters were pitted against each other, and they were the main event. Smart boxing fans understand that this fight mean nothing. Malignaggi had the audacity in his post fight interview to say that this fight was between two world class fighters? What was he talking about? Wher were these world class fighters? I watched two world class bums. One wore a white dress and threw flickering feather punches at a guy that offered nothing, but fear, a big mouth and actually said in his post fight interview that malignaggi didn’t want to fight and moved well as he boxed? Brain damage for sure as I saw Malignaggi force the action. Judah has always been a heartless joke. Al Haymon told Malignaggi that if he won this fight, which meant nothing, that he would get big things. Hmm….Why would that be Mr Haymon. Both of these bums aren’t ranked and haven’t beaten anyone in years so I guess you and your corrupt ways will find a way to fix things as usual. I noticed that the fans were booing, and seconds after the fight, the arena was empty. Malignaggi and Judah embarrassed themselves, New York, the arena and all true boxing fans. Rigondeaux vs Agbeko and every other fight on TV was so much better and meant more than this pathetic fight. I guess cities can now make up their own belts and give them to fighters o they can feel like they’re real champions. Pathetic and disrespectful to this great sport. Malignaggi will go on as usual, run his mouth like he just won a world title, and his commentating crew will continue to lie about to him about how good he is knowing he’s horrible. There really should be a law tht doesn’t allow these type of circus acts to happen on tv. These fights hurt boxing and it’s reputation. This fight meant nothing. These two guys should have fought in their backyard and leave boxing for good. All the under card fights were decent. People appreciated them. Big Mouth Malignaggi vs Heartless Judah was simply pathetic.

magic man pulls it off!? man dude has tin hands though. jesus christ. lucky for him he was able to win via jab and feints keeping judah of kilter. really disappointing performance for judah. dude looked like he didn’t even come to fight. head scratcher for me.

Doesn’t matter if you have power. That says a lot about your boxing ability, chin and endurance if you are winning fights with no punching power. He only loses to the elites. That is saying something. Judah has been in a few wars, he was an elite at one point but didn’t stay there for long. If Judah is unable to pull the trigger or is looking old like he did against Paulie then it is time to hang them up.

I like Paulie as a person, but as a fighter he sucks, the same with Judah, both should get out of the game, Paulie has NO POWER, I felt the same way towards Peter Manfredo, a GREAT guy but with no power and in the wrong business. Paulie unlike Manfredo has a lot of swag which is entertaining but not conducive to the “FIGHT GAME” I also think Paulie is a great ring commentator. he brings alot of color and flavor to the broadcasting team. Again I think his fighting days are behind him, I bet he’s a good dancer though, he’s got God given rhythm. As far as Broner, He’s not as great as he thinks he is and he ISN’T Floyd. Now, Maidana is a warrior and although Paulie wants to fight the winner of Broner/Maidana, I think watching him fight Broner would be comical, BUT a Maidana / Paulie fight would be scary. This guy Maidana is a scrapper, a gladiator and someone who never stops pursuing his man. He and Porter, maybe at a catch weight, would be a war, a clash that would be great to see …. ZAB/PAULIE fight did nothing for me last night but watching Lara, Porter and Derrill now, that was entertaining…. PEACE … ” The Language of the Ring “

Paulie boxed beautifully his timing was impeccable, He countered evrything Zab through in turn making him gun shy Zab could not throw a punch without being countered. The result he stopped throwing and conceded defeat

When will we learn that BOXTRA is “right” even when he’s WRONG. He has the “SKILLS” to say whatever it takes to AVOID admitting when he’s OBVIOUSLY wrong and convincing only HIMSELF that he’s obviously “right”, right?

mr gav

Zab looks his age now and is only a stepping stone for young fighters. Paulie has plenty left I would like to see him fight Kell brook next. I’m thinking brook will be the 3rd English fighter to stop him though

That Boxtradamus clown, what a fool!

Dan Adams

Loved the way Paulie would move to his left every time he finished punching, which made the lefty Judah have to turn to his right and reset. Judah may have more firepower, but Malinaggi showed more fire. Good win for Paulie; bad loss for Zab.

Boxtra you always seem to be wrong……. what gives..

Good fight paulie judah is finished

I guess all you Mayweather Haters will call Canelo and Trout bumbs and that he cherry pick the Canelo fight again! Lol…. And guess what I have to say as a Mayweather fan. Well unfortunately it looks like he did. hummm……. Wow! Canelo really was a bum……

Malignaggi and Felix Sturim never seems to go away. One can’t suceed cause he’s feather fisted. And the other has been cursed by the robbery of A win over Delahoya. Congrats to both!

And Kirkland, I do not know??? Every fight this guy gets beat down the first half of a round, the next half he’s doing the beat down to a KO victory.

malignaggi wins a brooklyn belt. can boxing get more laughable than this.

Posted December 8, 2013 7:25 am

Brooklyn belt…lol.whats next…Judah is done,now a stepping stone…

The KO Prophet

Lori just like skills ended up being more important than firepower with Tapia vs kirkland. Especially when all we all heard here all week was Judah was going to win. Them skills listed Ahold two minutes of the first round. Hooverside the new profit is here and he is going to make Accurate predictions

Posted December 8, 2013 6:45 am

Someone ROBBED Judah of his ability to land his MUCH FIREPOWER. And that ROBBERY was why Paulie WON. SKILLS WINS once again!!!!!

Posted December 8, 2013 5:47 am

OH yeah its also time to watch Judah take the WIN over Paulie. Only way Paulie WINS is by ROBBERY.
Posted December 8, 2013 12:21 am

Thanks for coming. Stamp out that stogie you fraud.

Posted December 8, 2013 5:37 am

Skills was more important than firepower, so why did you rave on about Judah winning this fight easy. More lies from the worst boxing prophet ever.

Posted December 8, 2013 5:32 am

Congrats Paulie, love your heart but stay away from Maidana. That is a hospital stay waiting to happen. Go after Alexander, would he a good matchup.

Posted December 8, 2013 5:23 am

Or take on Shawn Porter for a title shot in Brooklyn.

Posted December 8, 2013 4:28 am

Paulie should be looking for the LOSER of Broner-Maidana not the WINNER.

Posted December 8, 2013 4:27 am

SKILLS was more important than FIREPOWER once again!!!!!
