The Best!

If Rios waits for Manny to get off first its good night. Manny is their to be K.O”d, he is pretty much washed up.
Rios has to cut him off and be first, but must throw a lot of straight shots, similar to what Marquez did. Styles between Marquez and Rios is totally opposite, Marquez is a counter puncher and Rios is not Rios must dictate the fight and want IT MORE than Manny or else he will be used as a punching bag.

the Biggest, Strongest, Hungriest Rios ever. Brandon has delivered some sluggish performances in the past but that won’t be the case at 147lbs and if Ariza has contributed ANYthing to Rios’ speed and punching ability, it will be another advantage for the Biggest, Strongest, Hungriest “Bam-Bam” ever. Manny* will be treading a minefield with a malfunctioning detector. Rios by KO.

Googlerish

Here’s how this fight will play out, and you heard it first from me:

Fight commences, both fighters will come forward, Brandon will be the less shy of the two at first and will try to pop the jab a little and back manny up into the ropes. Manny will refuse to let Brandon take the momentum an as such will pepper him with punches that Brandon won’t see coming. Brandon will attempt to return the favor and at some point will get knocked down early on in what will look like an ambiguous slip. Robert Garcia will advise Brandon to stop abandoning the game plan. Brandon will refuse to cooperate with Robert and will take matters into his own hands. Pacquiao will take him into deeper waters and punish Brandon. Eventually, the fight will be taken out of Brandon upon realizing that this is no Mike Alvarado and that he is facing an elite opponent. Brandon will begin to look sluggish by rounds 8-10. During the championship rounds Pacquiao will either score a tko against a game Brandon or drag him into punch drunk purgatory as he did with Margarito.

The KO prophet

This fight is just another set up flight for Pac-Man. Pac-Man 70% will absolutely beat the brakes off Rios Pac-Man at hundred percent will be found guilty of murder you seen what he did to a bigger and stronger Margarito

If you think Freddie wants Rios hurts for his mockery of Parkinsons, you are mistaken. This is a war with a bit of revenge on the line.

Posted November 14, 2013 5:04 pm

DEXTER MORGAN

Rios mentality he wants to “fight”, instead of box against a slugger, with damaging power, superior speed, head movement, aggressiveness, great chin (other the 4th Marquez fight). Rios was stunned by Alvarado a couple times and in my opinion Pac would have slaughtered Alvarado. Rios already speaks with slurs he is surely on his way to some more brain damage. So unless Pac is old and he gets caught again, I think Rios is in for a Mayweather vs. Gatti type beating. If you think Freddie doesn’t want Rios hurts for his mockery of Parkinsons you are mistaken. This is a war with a bit of revenge on the line.

Manny Pacquiao will put on a display of boxing that will be remembered for years to come. Remember these words. He will then follow by winning a 9th division title and defeat Mayweather. Trust me on this. Noone will dare follow in the foot steps of Many Pacquiao.

” He takes on the challenges that most people run from. He’s not afraid to challenge himself. ” Rios is not much of a challenge when you consider that he lost his last fight and got a gift from LW Richard Abril. This is his first fight at WW BTW.

i don’t expect Rios to get too much credit if he wins. the excuses for a Manny* loss are already established, e.g., overall ringwear, lingering KO trauma, ring-rust. i also hope that Pacquiao* doesn’t earn a scorecard win with an evasive “boxing” performance or 30-seconds of fighting per round. Rios will have to effectively stalk, corner, and force Manny* to exchange, which is the fight Pacquiao* will be prepared to avoid. ultimately, ONLY a KO will do for Rios and i’m confident that will be his single-minded goal. Pacquiao* is in trouble.

Rios can win this fight with out a doubt, all Rios have to do is establish the jab early don’t get to reckless use good head movement don’t fall for Manny left hand, land hard shots frustrate Manny to the point Pac loses his cool then it’s lights out go nite nite .

Manny Pacquiao will elevate himself both physically and emotionally to a new Prime. He will baffle those doubters thank think the loss to Ped Man Marquez had finally derailed the Filipino Hurricane. Manny has beaten odds all his life.. I’m fully confident that Manny will put on display one of the greatest most mesmerizing boxing performances in boxing history. Manny does what people think can’t be done. He takes on the challenges that most people run from. He’s not afraid to challenge himself. Macau China will be center stage for arguably the greatest fighter of all time. Once the fight happens, doubter will know that Manny Pacquiao is special. He’s an emotional ball of fire ready to set the world on fire come November 22, 2013. Thanksgiving may have to take second place to Manny’ historic triumphant return. Boxing will rise to the top on this night.

Btw HECDOG, do you believe that Manny* is still in his prime? Or do you believe that he experienced irreversible damage v. Marquez?

“In his prime, on a one fight basis, I don’t think anyone could have ever beaten him” Morales did. quite convincingly too, including a reckless final round during which Morales switched to southpaw and literally DARED a prime Manny* to go for the KO. He Failed. every day is a new day, but there is such a thing as history. you should study it harder to learn what history can teach you and avoid seeming more than a bit clueless. Btw, are you Remi Valenzuela?

Stark my friend, Manny is a great boxer that happens to be and even greater person. Idol, no, just a person in this world that I have enormous respect for. He came from nothing to the pinnacle of sports. He had very little if any amateur boxing experience. He turned professional at 15 years of age. He has accomplished more than any previous boxer in the history of boxing (8 division titles). He’ an actor, boxer, singer, philanthropist, has his own clothing line, he’s a congressman that just helped pass a human trafficking law, he’s graced the cover of TIME Magazine, he was invited to the White House by President Obama and went. He’s a Bible Study Teacher. The man is amazing. His stage right now is the boxing ring, and he handles himself with all respect, honor, humility and grace. He is a role model to millions around the world. He has never ducked anyone inside or outside the ring, and he’s loyal to his fans. In his prime, on a one fight basis, I don’t think anyone could have ever beaten him.

Garbage Man (Is Back)

Difference is Rios is coming off a loss that could of gone his way also. I had Rios winning that fight. Alvarado looked like he was running more than boxing. As for Pacs loss, he was KOd. That does something different. And not only was he KOd but he was put to sleep for several minutes. How many fighters have you seen come back and had good careers after being put to sleep like Pac? And I mean put to sleep not just counted out because you couldn’t get up or regain your balance.

Interested in the result…..not interested in watching. Only way Rios wins this is by KO….no chance of getting a dcision. All the talk is of Mannys mental state, dont 4 get Rios is coming of a few losses. This could get interesting if it gets 2 the deeper rnds but i doubt it will.

Manny Pacquiao will put on the most electrifying exhibition of boxing ever seen by a human being. The speed power that had us all perplexed during his reign of terror will be back. Brandon Rios is no slouch. He is a determined young, hungry fighter that can’t let this opportunity slip past him. Brandon will give all he has, and will never quit. This is Manny’s most dangerous fight to date. This will be a great fight while it lasts, unfortunately for Brandon Rios, Manny Pacquiao is arguably the greatest fighter of all time, and Rios will find that out very early in the fight. Manny’s loss is long over with. This is a young, rejuvenated, hungry Manny Pacquiao that has something to prove to himself. He’s carrying his country on his shoulders and will show them how to get back up when you’ve been down and persecuted. Manny Pacquiao will make everyone realize that he is more than just an ordinary man. He’s a man that can do things that are miraculous. He will bring back hope to those that have nothing. Hope to those that have lost in life. Manny Pacquiao will make us all fans as we see greatness right in front of out eyes. Manny is back. Don’t ever doubt this living legend.

I just hope people give Manny credit if he wins. I don’t think it will be easy, but to come back from that KO wil add to his legacy.

Yeah, not sure why folks are writing off Rios either. The KO loss Pac suffered is a tough loss to come back from. There are maybe a handful of people that have had successful careers after being KOd like that. And when I say a handful that is like maybe 5 people and I can’t think of anybody. So the odds are not in Pacs favor. Picking Rios to stop him late.

i can understand why Rios is being counted out by so many, but not only will he be the bigggest, strongest version of the younger, hungrier, and fiercer “Bam-Bam” ever, Pacquiao* will be recovering from the trauma of being FLATTENED by Marquez and a one-year layoff from the ring. either one would be a significant factor but together they amount to a disadvantage for Manny*. i anticipate this will begin to show in the grueling middle rounds when Rios builds up a head of steam and doesN’T neglect to attack Manny’s* body. Pacquiao* has always been sensitive to bodyshots and cuts, which is an inevitability over 12 rounds and at the pace these two will be fighting. i’m confident of a Rios win by KO. in fact, it’s the ONLY way Rios can win. they won’t be handing him anything on the scorecards, which is yet another advantage for Rios. his goal is crystal clear. Manny* will have the luxury(?) of various gambles depending on how the fight unfolds. Manny’s* not the sharpest tool in the shed. advantage: Rios by KO.

lol, good point, is this the most expensive PPV, showcasing two fighters comming off of loses in history? This could be a record.

As hard as I try, I just can’t seem to get, at all, motivated for this fight. I maintain my position that Pacquiao is the number one ducker in boxing today. Of all the fighters between 140-154, his chose is Rios. He could’ve atleast fought Lamont Peterson or Amir Kahn.

Posted November 13, 2013 11:41 am

Mayweather is, well, simply the best. Ward is the king of his division and just totally dismantled the undisputed light-heavyweight champion. Outside of Hopkins’ questionable loss to undisputed light-heavyweight champion, Chad Dawson, none of the young champions have come close to beating this legendary figure. Bradley has one of the best records in boxing, with wins over both Marquez and Pacquiao. Bardley didn’t judge the Pacquiao bout, He agreed to honor the rematch clause but Pacquiao has repeatedly refused the rematch. Bradley has a slightly better record than Garcia and has move up a weight division while Garcia has yet to move up. Rigondeaux completely dominated and dismantled the 2012 fighter of the year, and may have permanently damaged his orbital bone. The legendary Marquez’s only has two clear cut losses, Mayweather and Bradley. Outside of his loss to Bradley whom he refuses to rematch, and his four wars with Marquez, being stopped in the last bout, Pacquiao should remain in the top ten. Lara’s forcing of tuff ace Angulo to quit, couple with Martiroyan about to quit before that stoppage and Canelo unwillingness to face him, put him at #9. We’ll see how he does against Trout. Although his boxing style may be the ugliest in boxing and he may need to step up his competition, Klitschko has many belts and has been champion far a long time.
