Thoughts after the fight:
1) Froch was slow and wide open. But much more active.
2) Kessler looked rusty and (more often than not) unable to pull the trigger. Low activity level.
3) Froch won fair and square.
4) The fight was exciting to watch. In a way it was opposite to their 1st fight (when Kessler was more active, throw more punches and combos than Froch).
5) I’d love to see them fight a rubber match on neutral ground (Germany anyone – great pay day for both).

Cultured fist

Is this ‘writer’ blind? I love how the attached picture is Froch landing a big right hand that he supposedly never landed! What an arse hat!

Wasn’t too bad a fight, don’t think either of them looked great though, certainly not on Wards level (I am a Brit BTW). froch was missing a lot and Kessler didn’t show up until the 5th or 6th round. Fair play to froch , he went in there and did his job and it was too little too late for Kessler.

Kessler would have gone another 3 rounds?
What fight did this terrible writer watch in fact
Are all the writers on esb anti froch???

Popkins… You must be the dumbest person alive. Kessler’s activity level was so bad nobody with a brain thought he won.

Froch laid it on THICK and WON the Fight LOSING no more than 4 rounds.

You needed a MUCH better seat IF you thought Kessler WON.

The Fight was GREAT from an entertainment standpoint. Not from a technical standpoint though.

Excellent fight. Must admit, I was really surprised at the score cards. 118/110??WTF??! I personally thought Kessler won by a round or two. A draw would have been fair. From where I was sitting in the arena Kessler looked the superior boxer. The vibe I got from the fans closest to me was that they felt it was a 50/50 fight, with probably Kessler edging it too.

The fight wasn’t great to watch????? What were all those fans screaming about? The ring girls? Which hole do these writers crawl out from????
