HUSTLER BOXING UNDERCARD ANNOUNCED

On Thursday, December 3rd, Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing presents its premiere installment of the new collaborative series, “Hustler Boxing” with Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club – NYC at New York’s famous Manhattan Center on 34th street. The show, being televised live on the Versus Network, is headlined by “Mighty” Mike Arnaoutis (22-3-2, 10KO) taking on Baltimore’s Tim “Pit Bull” Coleman (16-1-1, 4KO) for the vacant USBA light welterweight Championship. “The New” Ray Robinson (11-0, 4KO) takes on former three- time National Golden Gloves Champion, Brad Solomon (8-0, 3KO) in a must see welterweight affair, while “The Real Million Dollar Baby” Maureen Shea (13-2, 7KO) looks to capture her first world championship when she takes on Jenna Shiver (9-4-1, 2KO) for the Interim WBA Female Super Bantamweight Championship. Also scheduled to appear on the card is the Bronx’s lightweight contender Jorge Teron (23-1-1, 15KO) as well as former WBO Heavyweight Champion, Brooklyn’s own, Shannon Briggs (48-5-1, 42KO) as he makes his much anticipated return to the ring after a two year hiatus, against tough Marcus McGee (22-17, 11KO).

Making up the remainder of the undercard will be three exciting undefeated fighters looking to keep their unbeaten records in tact.

In what is sure to be the toughest fight in his young pro career, exciting Scotish heavyweight Ian Millarvie (7-0, 5KO) will take on veteran brawler Terrell “Baby Bull” Nelson (8-9, 5KO) in a six round heavyweight special attraction. For Millarvie, it will be just the second time in his career he has fought in the United States, and it will come against the always game Nelson, who is coming off a spirited effort decision loss to Star Boxing heavyweight, and 2004 U.S. Olympic Team Captain, Devin Vargas.

Also on the card, making his New York City debut, is Jaywon Woods (7-0-1, 5KO) taking on Josh Harris (4-3-1, 3KO) in a six round cruiserweight match-up. Woods, who hails from Virginia, but now calls Atlantic City his home, is the son of former heavyweight contender Darroll Wilson. Wilson is best known for being the first man to defeat Shannon Briggs, scoring a third round TKO over the future, and now former WBO heavyweight champion.

Rounding out the card will be Bronx native, Hajro Sujak (4-0, 2KO) taking on Todd Eriksson (0-1-1). Sujak vs. Eriksson is scheduled for four rounds in the super middleweight division.
