LAS VEGAS (January 23, 2005) – Guilty Productions today announced a multi-year agreement granting America One telecast rights to Guilty Boxing’s weekly boxing series, “Guilty Fight Night.“ America One provides independent quality sports programming to more than 22-million households across the United States..
Guilty Boxing has been the most frequent provider of nationally and internationally televised professional boxing cards in Las Vegas for nearly five years. It also promotes first-class shows in California, Arizona, Mexico and is expanding this year into venues located in Connecticut and Puerto Rico.

Founded in 2004, Guilty Productions, along with its parent company, Guilty Boxing, annually provides a minimum of 48 episodes of “Guilty Fight Night” that also includes an extensive amount of high-quality features and behind-the-scenes looks of the events and fighters.
