The 2016 Florida Boxing Hall of Fame Induction weekend starts tomorrow night. It’s going to be held at the Intercontinental Hotel and Resorts 4860 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, Florida June 24-26. This is a must weekend for any boxing fan! There are going to be six events over the weekend including amateur fights that is going to be stream live across the web, memorabilia, live radio show, autographs, banquet & more.
The legends that are going to be inducted this weekend includes former world champions IBO middleweight champion Freeman Barr, the first ever WBC and IBF Cruiserweight champion Marvin Camel, WBO heavyweight champion Ray Mercer, and three division world champion Sugar Baby Rojas.

Those being inducted posthumously includes Alexis Arguello, Hector Camacho Sr., Beau Jack, Mike Quarry, and official Ruby Goldstein.
Florida Boxing Judge Don Balas and Assistant Executive Director of the Florida Boxing Commission Frank Gentile will receive Lifetime Boxing Achievement Awards.
The champions from the past who is schedule to appear is former WBC heavyweight champion Pinklon Thomas, former IBF heavyweight champion Tony “TNT” Tucker, former WBC Lightweight champion David Diaz, former IBF Cruiserweight champion Lee Roy Murphy, legendary trainer Jimmie Williams, and more.
