A 23-year old native of Paramount, California, featherweight Charles Huerta (12-1, 6 KO’s) is a three-fight veteran of the “Fight Night Club” series. A talented boxer-puncher, Huerta is coming off of a six-round decision win over Rodrigo Aranda last September and is looking to put another win on his record on February 25. Standing in his way is Weslaco, Texas’ Guadalupe De Leon (8-9, 4 KO’s), a hard-nosed battler who is coming off an upset victory last December over previously unbeaten prospect Derrick Wilson. Now he’s looking to spoil Huerta’s stellar record as well.

Already 13-0 as a professional, 21-year-old Luis Ramos Jr. (13-0, 7 KO’s) has been unstoppable since his professional debut in 2007. Fresh off of a 2009 that saw him win four times – with three at Club Nokia – the Santa Ana southpaw is back to fight in front of his ever-growing local fan base this February. Aiming to the spoil the homecoming is vastly more experienced veteran Colombian southpaw Walter Estrada (35-11, 24 KO’s). An 11-year pro, Estrada has been in with world champions Yuriorkis Gamboa, Scott Harrison and Vicente Mosquera, and is thinking upset on February 25.

One of Las Vegas’ top up-and-comers, junior welterweight Jessie Vargas (8-0, 3 KO’s) looks to keep his perfect record intact in a six-round bout against fellow unbeaten prospect Robert Luna (5-0, 3 KO’s). In 2009, the 20-year-old Vargas upped his level of competition and passed all his tests with flying colors. He decisioned Rickey Kinney in his first fight of 2010 on January 29, but he will be put to the test once again by San Antonio’s Luna. A hard-hitting Texan, ‘The Nighthawk’ is on a two-fight knockout streak and hoping to make it three against Vargas.

But that’s not all, as the hits keep on coming on this hard-hitting undercard.

Unbeaten LA-area favorite Carlos Molina (10-0, 6 KO’s) of Norwalk, California is back in action on February 25 and after victories over Ever Luis Perez and Antony Nelson in his first two appearances at Club Nokia, the junior welterweight will return to the venue in search of his 11th victory against the Bahamas’ Hensley “The Bruiser” Strachan (5-5-1, 1 KO).

24-year old Philly phenom Karl Dargan (6-0, 2 KO’s) had a successful homecoming on December 2 when he defeated Samuel Santana on the undercard of Hopkins-Ornelas in Philadelphia, but now he’s back on the road and looking forward to his second “Fight Night Club” appearance against seasoned competitor Jose Alfredo Lugo (10-12-1, 6 KO’s) of Los Mochis, Mexico.

In a junior featherweight bout scheduled for six rounds, Khabir Suleymanov (9-0, 4 KO’s) of Los Angeles squares off against Mexico’s Manuel Galaviz (3-2). Suleymanov, a native of Chelyabinsk, Russia, roared back from two knockdowns in his most recent bout at Club Nokia against Hugo Ramos to stop his foe in the fourth round, so you can expect more fireworks from this always-exciting competitor.

Opening up the 2010 season of “Fight Night Club” will be a four round junior featherweight contest pitting Oxnard’s own Ricky Lopez (6-0, 2 KO’s) against Palm Springs’ Hugo Ramos (2-4-2, 1 KO).
