Arum + Manny = BS fights for all!!!Posted September 3, 2014 6:56 pm
Yeah bet on Hopkins to win if you want to lose your dough. I would like to see B-Hop create another upset at this stage of his career…but this time he’s in over his head. Have a nice day!Posted August 26, 2014 5:59 pm
Hecdog.., You sound exactly like you did when you were spouting off about how Guerrero was going to KO Floyd.
I told you Floyd was TWICE as likely to win as the odds depicted, and that it was a gimme bet… and I gave you plenty of notice to get your money down on Floyd.
The easiest money you never made… You bet on Guerrero … tsk tskPosted August 26, 2014 3:47 pm
Hecdog , one of your posts states that manny pacquiao has payed off his astronomical debts? Were does it state that he has payed off his astronomical debts?????????????????Posted August 26, 2014 4:13 am
acquiao’s biggest problem right now isn’t Chris Algieri–it’s a tax problem which amounts to about US$75 million. The Philippine government is waging a “bruising war” on tax evasion, and Pacquiao is being targeted in the high-profile effort.
From what I can gather, Pacquiao claims he paid his income taxes for 2008 and 2009 here in the United States. We apparently have an agreement with the Philippines that protects citizens from double taxation.
Well, the Philippine government ain’t buying it, and they’re going after Pacman for 3.3 billion pesos (about $75 million). The government has previously frozen some of Pacquiao’s assets in his home country, but they agreed to lift the freeze if Manny paid the cash bond in full.
Pacquiao’s side countered that posting the cash bond was equivalent to the asset freeze and fought it. Yesterday, the Supreme Court in the Philippines found in favor of Pacquiao and lifted the bond requirement, which amounted to his full tax liability plus interest.Posted August 26, 2014 2:59 am
Ice cubs in “hell” have a better chance than Bernard for this fight! Hecdog is back on the glue…have a nice day!Posted August 26, 2014 12:03 am
Just a boxing fan
I’m not watching this one. It’s going to be boring.
I’m going to watch Mayweather instead… but only because Maidana will make it a fight.
Cotto and GGG… make it happen.Posted August 25, 2014 10:39 pm
@ Hecdog.., “Kovalev has no defense that I can see, and he is comfortable only moving forward.”
Either you’re blind or you haven’t watched Kovalev’s fights. He moves backwards very well. He has over 200 amateur fights.
He backs up quickly when he needs punching room and when somebody charges in. He uses the ring space well … Watch his fights because you haven’t seen him fight.
The Cleverly team also said Kovalev didn’t have a good defense.. They must be stupid..
Cleverly had a strong amateur and professional background and was undefeated as a pro 27-0.. Cleverly got very discouraged because he couldn’t hit Kovalev with ANYTHING!!!
Ismayel Sillakh is so fast and skilled that he hits EVERYBODY!! … But he couldn’t find Kovalev… Watch the first round of that fight on youtube.com as Kovalev hit Sillakh with 4 straight jabs to the liver… The super speedy, skillful, and youthful Sillackh tried to counter each jab and missed.
Hopkins couldn’t do that… He’s too old and decrepit
Plus he’s got 6 losses… Not all of them as an old man. Kovalev has ZERO lossesPosted August 25, 2014 9:22 pm
Hecdog says.., “Tark my friend, you’re going to be in for a surprise. Hopkins wins.”
You also promised me a surprise in Mayweather-Guerrero.
Didn’t happen.Posted August 25, 2014 7:37 pm
Manny is a bum hecdog you delusional. No roids no KO, he is the best at a 10 things though. 1 Having suffered the most brutal KO in boxing 2. king of the catch weights 3. turned down the fight of a lifetime over a drug test. 4. Affraid of needles. 5. Fighting unheard of guys or guys coming off losses. 6. Fights Floyd left overs. 7. Blew his entire earning from all the years in boxing. 8. The most ever owed to the IRS by a boxer. 9. Exploits his own people for his political gain. 10. Used PEDS to get his way to the top.Posted August 25, 2014 6:37 pm
Manny Paquiao has kicked a lot of Mexican Culitos.. single handedly ended Mexican Boxing in the lighter weights.. like Tito Trinidad did to Mexican Boxing at the Welterweights.. one win vs Paquiao is meaningless, especially as a result of a lucky shot from a fighter loaded to the Gills with Steriods like MarPeds…Posted August 25, 2014 2:11 pm
STFU Hecdog Manny sucks just ask JMMPosted August 25, 2014 1:14 pm
Floyd would slaughter anyone from 140-154 with the exception of Danny Garcia anyone you can mention has lost so there is a blueprint on how to beat them. Khan is fast but his defense is trash he is very accessible to counters, Garcia dropped him with a punch he didn’t see he would be easy work for Floyd, and Manny been beat 5 times once KTFO by Marquez a bum no way in hell can either of these guys beat a man that has no blueprint. Guys have some success like Cotto and Oscar gave him a good fight but he always finds a way to win. He figures you out after the 4th round and its over by that time usually the guy is tired from all the missed punches I would say the only person to beat Floyd is Father timePosted August 25, 2014 10:36 am
Tark, you were NOT saying that “Khan had not beaten anyone worthy” when you were going on and ON about how decisively he dominated and stopped Judah? you were selling him as a TOUGH out for Mayweather back then BASED on the Judah win… Do you deny this?Posted August 25, 2014 10:19 am
Tark, Nathan Cleverly has about as much historical respect as you do… Kovalev beating Hopkins is largely gonna be based on the fact that Nard is 50 years old… I am picking the younger fighter to win also, but if he makes Kovalev look bad or wins then this is a MAJOR indictment and exposure of Kovalev… SORRY you cannot lose or struggle with a 50 year old boxer then be regarded as unstoppable when your resume is that THIN… Nathan Cleverly is HARDLY irrefutable proof of Kovalev’s quality as a fighter… The BS you have been trying to push lately has been getting poorer and poorer in quality… SMH…ie Kovalev beat Nathan Cleverly so he is clearly beyond reproach??? GTFOH…Posted August 25, 2014 10:17 am
JMM own Manny any day of the week Tark, He expose him Manny is very vulnerable to a good counter puncher. He throws wide often leaving himself open to counter thats why he got KTFO, And will agian soon as he fights a real fighter. And stop cherry pickingPosted August 25, 2014 2:39 am
@ Hecdog.., “TARK my friend, are you taking Kovalev to beat Hopkins? If so, I’m telling you right now that Hopkins will beat Kovalev by UD or late round stoppage. Who exactly has Kovalev fought that impresses you and others? He has good skills, excellent power, but his quality of opposition lacks quality or any intelligent fighters.”
Haven’t you read my posts to date??? I’m picking Kovalev to murder Hopkins… Hopkins never beat anyone as good as Nathan Cleverly—and he’s lost to much worse fighters.
Hop never beat anyone as fast and skilled as Ismayel Sillakh, who SK destoryed
When Hopkins was only 40 he lost to punching bag Jermain Taylor… A few years later he lost to Calzaghe and Chad Dawson — the only guys he’s beating are bums.
Kovalev never lost – and the guys he’s beating so easily would give Hopkins fits
Sillakh would beat the crap out of Hopkins. Too damned fast and skilled for him.
You didn’t listen to me when I said betting on Floyd to beat Guerrero was the easiest money ever — you put your hard earned money on Guerrero.Posted August 25, 2014 1:35 am
Algieri baby….WooHoooPosted August 25, 2014 1:17 am
Geez Hecdog I’m thinking you’ll be as wrong on this one as you were with Broner. I understand your logic but I see too many advantages that Kovalev has over the old fella. Good Luck with that pick. At least you’re trying to make an educated decision and it isn’t about skin, race or hatred. Refreshing.Posted August 24, 2014 11:41 pm
Hecdog.., Your living in a dream world… Why don’t you expend some of that energy writing Harry Potter type novels??? That’s fantasy too — but somebody might actually read them.
You’ve already written enough 500-word posts about Pacquiao — that nobody read but you — to get about 20 books done and published.
Call your series “Pacmanio and the Enchanted Forrests of Quar”Posted August 24, 2014 11:28 pm
Nope I’m not who ever Rob Smith is. What bad thing have I said about Pac?Posted August 24, 2014 11:23 pm

Algieri by UDPosted August 24, 2014 10:22 pm
Tim – PEEJ never has anything good to say about Pacquiao. Oh sorry I mean Rob Smith.Posted August 24, 2014 10:08 pm
Hey Tim, is case you didnt know Bradley was a good fighter but he cannot punch sht. Manny to me looked like sht Bradley simply ran out of gas and gave the fight to Manny. Jmm exposed him and Rios and Algieri cherry picked. In this buisnessPosted August 24, 2014 9:16 pm
pactards r us
You’re right TIM everything you said about Algieri and that’s why I’m picking him to win by UD..Posted August 24, 2014 9:07 pm
Does this author ever have anything good to say about manny? Dude, manny just came off a VERY impressive win over Bradley. A young, still hungry, undefeated, talented, strong, fast, and 2 division world champion in Timothy Bradley. YES, the SAME Bradley who soundly defeated Marquez. I do agree that Algeri isn’t an all time great but the guy CLEARLY has good boxing skills, heck of a jab, good footwork, and is 5’10”. How many boxers agree to fight long, lanky, tall, quick boxers with a great jab? Answer, not many. Manny has his work cut out for him, this is definitely a quality fight and I do not see an easy night for him.Posted August 24, 2014 8:21 pm
The Roid muncher vs. The kick boxer classic lolPosted August 24, 2014 8:19 pm
get over it, you’re the joke. Your opinions are stupid.Posted August 24, 2014 8:05 pm
get over it
Even though Kahn is a joke. I would give him more credit than Algieri. Manny is washed upPosted August 24, 2014 7:52 pm
Because Khan hasn’t beaten anyone worthy — got his ass taken out early more than once — and let a chump like Lamont Peterson beat him from ring post to ring post.Posted August 24, 2014 6:35 pm
Pac is fighting the 140 pound champion? Why Would Pac fight the 140 pound champ when you have Thurman, Porter, Khan the wrestler, all waiting for fights.Posted August 24, 2014 6:29 pm
“Hence the reason they didn’t delay in getting this fight signed. ”
I don’t think so Thurmal. Provodnikov was the champ and probably would have been fighting Pac next. But Provodnikov lost his title to Algieri so Algieri is getting a shot. Regardless I think Pac is going to work him over.Posted August 24, 2014 6:18 pm
Thurmal says…, “a 140lb kick boxer who’s only semi-decent victory was against a hyped up friday night espn fighter”
Algieri’s already weighing 157, a weight Pacquiao never achieved in his life.. Provodnikov was a killer puncher and World Champion.. Tim Bradley said about Provo, “I think he can beat any welterweight” so beating Provo when you have only 19 pro fights is no mean feat.. Bradley was a super seasoned and undefeated World Champion when he beat Provodnikov by a hair. Mike Alvarado got his ass handed to him in his home town.
If being an undefeated World Champion doesn’t qualify you for a big fight, what does???Posted August 24, 2014 6:12 pm
Manny’s very easy to hit, but Algeiri is too light in the ass. Hence the reason they didn’t delay in getting this fight signed. Props to Algieri for holding out on the initial $ negotiations, his team knew Pac was desperate for a simple fight they could promote and seemingly win. I wouldn’t be surprised if Algieri actually boxes Manny for a while. Manny has no D at all and relies on power punching only. Will we see the PED Manny or not; that’s the question. The gig is officially up if Manny loses to a 140lb kick boxer who’s only semi-decent victory was against a hyped up friday night espn fighter, who they had planned on cherry picking for this fight until he lost. hahaPosted August 24, 2014 5:11 pm
Hedog enough. Let’s the loser cry alone. They get tired of each other nasty company in time.Posted August 24, 2014 4:46 pm
Bet on Arum and Roach to bring up Floyds name to promote Pac vs Algeri.
