Cory Vom Baur to face Victor Henry at inaugural Super Fight League America event

Tacoma, WA (Sept. 12th 2014) Super Fight League, Asia’s most prominent name in Mixed Martial Arts is looking to make a splash stateside, partnering with CageSport MMA and Brian Halquist Productions to bring you Super Fight League America on October 4th at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, WA. Local MMA Star, CJ Marsh, to Fight Will Noland

July 17th, 2014 (Tacoma, WA) – Local favorite, CJ Marsh (5-5), has stepped up to fight Will Noland (8-4) in the main event of CageSport 31, this Saturday night at the Emerald Queen Casino. Earlier this week, Noland’s opponent, Alfonso Gonzales, injured his rotator cuff while training and had no choice, but to being pulled out of the fight.

Marsh serves as an exciting replacement, coming off two spectacular knockouts in his last two fights, which were both taken on late notice. If history repeats itself, then Marsh is certainly in line for a good outcome on Saturday night. Continue reading

Brent Knopp to Defend CageSport Middleweight Title against Will Noland

Tacoma, WA (June 24, 2014) – The Northwest’s most intimidating MMA fighter, Brent “Mankill” Knopp (5-0) is stepping back into the cage on July 19th for CageSport 31, looking to defend his highly coveted middleweight title for the second time, taking on Idaho’s Will Noland (8-4). Brokenshire Passes Toughest Test yet

On the most electrifying card in CageSport history, Drew “The Eternal Fire” Brokenshire (10-1) was successful in stepping up one weight class and defeating the previously undefeated Justin “Ruckus” Harrington (6-1) for the CageSport lightweight title. In the semi-main event, Alfonso Gonzales (6-0) defeated Jared Torgeson (10-10) via majority decision while becoming the number one contender to fight for the CageSport middleweight title currently held by AMC Pankration’s Brent Knopp (5-0).
