Red Ryan

I really cannot see Hatton beating this guy, no way……

not like he ever could beat fmj, hatton looks unhealthy in interview this week.

Do you believe Hatton? He was to you to believe. He is looking a little like he believes. He took a lot of fat off the frame. Is his mind there? He is a brawler. Does this look like what brawlers do? Do you believe?

he definitely looks 4 years older. I don’t think he’ll fare very well given the type of fighter he is/was. Fighters like that seldom age well (as far as boxing primes go) … time will tell I guess

Thanks Pinhead. Good to hear it’s not PPV here stateside.

This looks like a drill purely for speed and timing. I don’t like it myself but Ricky wants a diffdrent version of Mayweather’s paddy cake drill. I rahter see him drill hard like he did with his former trainer because that suits his style. He’s not one who can win with tag boxing.

why is this over rated bum coming back

Posted November 14, 2012 2:10 pm

What a joke of a drill. The man training him thinks this is patty cakes. The hit man pushing his punches and standing straightup. This is a joke.

I think Primetime are gunna be shocked at how few people sign up for this event. There was no need to make this a PPV event – I know Ricky didn’t want to deal with Sky after what they had done to him but he could have opted for ITV, Channel 4 or Channel 5 so that he could negotiate a share of advertising income instead. Good luck with the fight Ricky but very few people are gunna watch you!

The Kingslayer

It’s not available to more fans because it’s stuck on that garbage Primetime PPV.

Story doesn’t say who’s televising in the USA. Why not?

Posted November 13, 2012 4:14 pm

What a piss take, make it available to everybody who is willing to fork out £15, you couldn’t of made it less available you twit. Why not fight on normal TV if you want to make it available or sky or even boxnation. Nobody in there right mind is going to pay £15 for this fight, it isn’t anywhere near ppv worthy.

Ricky has tons of money and friends… He’s a successful businessman and people like doing business with him. But he also feels he hasn’t been the best boxer he can possibly be, and he does enjoy testing his skill vs other boxers very much. He knows it’s not something you can usually do when you’re 50 — so times a wasting.

Why is he coming back? Did he snort all his money up whilst retired?

Posted November 13, 2012 11:43 am

I hope Ricky has a great coaching team in place — and can get his jab, distance, and right counter going at least as good as they were in the Malignaggi fight — where he looked damned good for a change… He should watch Wladimir’s Wach fight a few times to see what great trainers can do for you at an “advanced” age… No jab? No comeback. No footwork? No comeback. No straight right? No comeback. He’s in a very tough division—no old assed Kostya Tszyu’s at the top.

15 quid to watch Hatton fight some bum, no thanks… thanks. NO THAAAAAAANKS Piss off with that one mate….YES!.

Posted November 13, 2012 10:23 am

Hatton great win was Tzyu and Castillo and beer.

Posted November 13, 2012 9:54 am

you gotta love the guy………

His comeback is not that great, his comeback. He has been away for almost 4 years. He was knockout by Pacquiao left unconscious. His comeback is not worth PPV.
