Maybe he will fight an elephant, like last time.

Wilder has a chin begging to be tested.

Wilder will emerge as one of the elite heavyweights. He has the tools to go all the way. He’ll someday face David Price for a mega payday.

This is how you develop a fighter, next year he can start fighting contenders and then maybe the year after challenge for a title! young fighters need to be fighting every couple of weeks and often. Heavyweight is the only division you dont have to make weight!

Wilder is so proud of his last fight. He probably will fight another tomatoe can.

big head

if wilder take the fight more credit to him but i think he get exposed in this fight jennings is stronger then he loooks i mean if wilder think he going to bully him like he did the people he fighting then he going to be in for a surprised cause jennings is strong to polished and smart for wilder

big head

i pick jennings over wilder any day jennings is to skillled for wilder if wilder land that right hand then it could be over but jennings got solid defense and gud movement and he can punch wilder chin never been tested so we dnt knw how good his chin is

Jennings beat Liakovich from post to post, bell to bell for 9 rds. Liakovich is a bonafide top 100HW, even past prime. I agree with your post except the part that they only beat guys with no chance in winning.

Agreed Wilder has to step up the competition. Nevertheless, he has a great work ethic and fire in the belly; that counts for something. Most of the other heavyweight stiffs today hardly fight two or three times a year. Deontay has been averaging six bouts a year in the last four years. Hopefully, we’ll be able to see what he has when he fights on SHO.

Wilder needs to fight someone with a pulse. What is the point of his bum a month strategy? He looks wild and open, think his people know he takes a nap against live opposition. What’s the bet he gets a money shot in 5 years after a steady diet of bums.

What does Wilder have against TBA*, he is always battering him? (*to be announced)

OK… We’ve got Deontay Wilder, Joe Hanks, Malik Scott, Bryant Jennings, and Seth MItchell… Ten potentially great fights could be made between these five undefeated heavyweights who together have over 100 victories, 0 defeats, and 0 draws. The reason for this is they’ve been fighting guys who don’t have a chance in Hell of winning. Many of their fights can be characterized as muggings more than matchups. I’m not a fan of muggings. Let’s put some fairness into their matchmaking process and demand they fight each other.. Scott has taken the 1st step. He’s called out Seth Mitchell … Has anybody at ESB contacted Seth to see if he’s interested? Media coverage and public demand are the only things that get these very interesting fights made.

Tomato Can #26 is waiting…

no CHANCE that Wilder will go from total nobodies to Jennings, just like that.

Posted September 29, 2012 2:32 am

Its Me, Ernie

Jennings wouldn’t have a chance. If he had a punch he might be able to get by for a while with his small size, but no power means a short life as a heavyweight.

The amount of press Wilder gets, he now needs to fight someone with a pulse.

Wilder should fight that Chisora, the fighter who has lost his last few fights.

Can you imagine what Haye would do against Wilder.

Posted September 29, 2012 12:05 am

Michael Katac

?jenning will destroy Wilder. Wilder has been spoon fed while Jennings has had better opposition

Lets belive it when we see it…

Wilder KO’s Jennings in 2 rounds. Mitchell might get into 3rd round, but he will take pounding until ref stops manslaughter.

Posted September 28, 2012 10:59 pm

That would be an interesting fight. Jennings would be a good match-up for Wilder.

Posted September 28, 2012 10:59 pm

It would be about time he fought someone who could actually fight back.
