All this is an exersize in futility if Price gets by Thompson next week! In the amatuers Price beat Fury 75% of their matches! Abdusalamov wouldnt have his head high if McCline didn’t take a dive in their last fight! Speaking of dives howabout Banks? I think Mitchell will retire and do a talk show in Spokane!Posted June 27, 2013 1:40 am

Mago vs Fury, either outcome wouldn’t really matter…Posted June 26, 2013 1:58 am
Squared-Circle (a.k.a. LionKing)
I’ve only seen Mago fight twice. Looks like he has BIG power and a solid chin, but I’ve been downright shocked at slow he moves. I think a faster, slick boxer-puncher with power gives him real problems. I’d love to see this hungry wolf fight either Haye or Fury — really don’t care which one. Out of the three of these contenders, a big fight has gotta get made soon. Let’s hope, anyway! Real talk.Posted June 25, 2013 8:35 pm
Ha, I like how Mago inserted himself into this discussion. These dudes haggling over money and all the sudden now they must both address why they won’t take 80% of the purse to face him. That said, I doubt either will step up. Even with his leaky defense he is too big, too strong and hits too hard.Posted June 25, 2013 5:30 pm
Mago just dosent have the defence or the skills for Haye or Fury.He has great power but you can see his shots coming a mile away.He is very raw and to old to grow in leaps and bounds.Posted June 25, 2013 4:21 pm
This guy must be desparate to get a name opponent in the ring. He not only offers most of the purse to fight him – if he loses the match, he even offers to give them his 20%!!!Posted June 25, 2013 3:47 pm
Major props to Mago for putting all these posers on notice.
Vs Haye or Fury could be a competitive bout, I’d favor Mago.
Vs Mitchell, unless Mago is careless, he should KTFO out of SM.Posted June 25, 2013 1:35 pm
Good for Mago if he really means it. Magomed has done nothing wrong so far. I wouldn’t pick him to beat Haye unless he treads on David’s little toe. He would have a better chance against Fury, 50-50 bout, and he’d probably stop Mitchell handily. Magomed isn’t tested himself, so that’s my doubt about him. It’s time now.Posted June 25, 2013 12:42 pm
It’s about time someone stepped up–gotta admire the knackers on Mago .Posted June 25, 2013 12:10 pm
I remember back when tim witherspoon’s manager offered 5 million cash to holyfield, foreman, or tyson if they would get in the ring with tim.
That was over 20 years ago, when 5 million was good dough.
But none of them wanted to go through Tim to get that cash.
They all rather fight Alex Stewart instead….
Wish Deontay Wilder would fight Mago, but he just isn’t ready yet..Posted June 25, 2013 11:18 am
@.flаsh knock down
flash knock down
I said four years ago that Mago would be the next HW champion . I saw what he did to one of my fighters up close and personal . Well I am taking it back Malik Scott is the best HW out here now. Haye would give Mago a boxing lesson and Wilder would knock him out . I love Mago but he is very limited. You have to be able to do more than just walk in and start blasting.Posted June 25, 2013 8:46 am
This is classic Mago, good for him! As for the Fury-Haye controversy, it’s a lot of hype. Fury will fight a 12-35 level (stay busy) contender in August and keep rolling along. Two more bouts after that and he’ll win an alphabet title by the end of 2014.Posted June 25, 2013 8:06 am
I don’t think much of Mago as a fighter but I sure like his attitude.
Mago vs Seth Mitchell would be a good fight while it lasted.Posted June 25, 2013 7:39 am
Mick the Marmalizer
I’m looking forward to a few years time when Joseph Parker & Hughie Fury entre the equation!Posted June 25, 2013 6:49 am
Good on Price for wanting to find out though.
I am still right on the Price bandwagon myself.
He`s vulnerable, I know that and I don`t care, he also has dynamite in his right hand so whenever he fights BOTH people in the ring are vulnerable to being iced, and I like that.Posted June 25, 2013 4:30 am
I have a bad feeling for Price, Thomson may come in even sharper this time and wham bam all over for Pricey, would be a devastating loss this time.Posted June 25, 2013 4:19 am
Agreed, if true then he realises that money is one thing but GLORY is another, and that leads to more money in the long run.Posted June 25, 2013 4:17 am
Good on Mago.
Haye would spank him, but good on him anyway.Posted June 25, 2013 3:36 am
Pulеv is #9 in WВC rаnking. Маgo sауs hе
@John ,then pulev has a good opportunity to get a lion share from mago so he should call mago ,I would especially since pulev ” destroyed ” mago in amaters !Posted June 25, 2013 2:41 am
This is a breath of fresh air we needed in a haveyweight devision !!! And those who are saying he dosent “generate enough money “who cares ???? If mago is asking for a fight and getting only 20 % we shouldn’t complain we should wait and see wich boxer complain and don’t get magos offer and not give us a fight !
Pulеv bеаt Маgo in аmаtеurs 2006 in Наlе dеstoуеd himPosted June 25, 2013 2:03 am
UJelly – I noticed that same thing with a lot of McCline’s recent fights. He starts out doing really well, then you see him go Oh Crap I’m supposed to lose, and then he stops fighting and gets pushed around a bit and goes down.
It’s like the HW division is so bad even the 90s leftovers who want desperately to stay retired can’t help but almost knock out this decade’s “up-and-comers”Posted June 25, 2013 1:30 am
Haye want fight him Abdusalomove does not generate enough money. Seth Mitichel might happen Fury no for sure. Chisora might be interested or Tua.Posted June 25, 2013 1:00 am
I like Mago but I can’t help but suspect shenanigans back in that McCline fight. Mago goes down and McCline seems uninterested in finishing him off, then suddenly gets KO’ed by a bit of a phantom punch… hmmm…
But Haye vs Mago would be a wicked fight. I’d tip Haye to take it though… if McCline can catch him, Haye definitely can.Posted June 25, 2013 12:33 am
Mago is God’s gift to David Haye!!Posted June 24, 2013 11:03 pm
Mago is a KO waiting to happen. No defense.Posted June 24, 2013 10:43 pm
Mago would KO both china chins of Mitchell and Fury. Haye is the only one who would stand a chance. At least Fury is getting plenty of cardio, running from all these challenges.Posted June 24, 2013 10:42 pm

With his lack of defensive skills, he needs to grab all the bucks he can while he can…Posted June 24, 2013 10:07 pm
