Fight Aficionado

LOL at AD’s rant.

People that say Hatton lost to the two best fighters are always Hatton fans and always leave out the most important point. HOW he lost. He lost by knock out humiliation and had no business being in the ring with such talent other than having a large fan base. Please

It all depends on how dedicated Hatton is and how much he wants to be great… The biggest part is desire. We’ve all seen ATG fighters try to come back and flop miserably. Danny “Lil’ Red” Lopez is a case in point. Ditto Joe Louis, Ruben Olivares, Pernell Whitaker, Ezzard Charles, Felix Trinidad and others. We’ve all seen guys who everyone laughed at come back and surprise the Hell out of everyone by getting back to the top… After Ralph Jones beat the crap out of Sugar Ray Robinson sportswriters had a field day laughing at SRR and writing him off.. He won and lost the middleweight title 3 more times, and one was a pulverizing smashout of Gene Fullmer. When Fullmer finally got up he asked his corner, “Why is Robinson doing exercises between rounds??? What the Hell is going on???” They told him, “Robinson’s not doing exercises. He’s celebrating. He just knocked you out.”

The Kingslayer

Honestly I’d pick Malignaggi now. The first fight was one sided because Paulie got caught early and went into survival mode.

Well said AD. How this individual continues to have articles published on ANY boxing website is a freaking mystery. No one knows how Hatton is gonna perform once he is back, especially not this terribly ill informed, subjective fool of an author.

As I said before… I don’t like Hatton’s first fight in his comeback… It’s a touchy fight and he’ll have to box his ass off…. I would prefer the George Foreman approach. Gorge was laughed at because he fought tomato cans for a couple of years, so he could completely retool his skills learning how to pace himself and box.. Foreman said, “Everybody is laughing at me now—and why not? I’ve been watching my fights and they’re actually pretty funny. I even laugh at my own mistakes …. But nobody’s going to be laughing when I get back on top, and I don’t care how long it takes.” It actually took 7 years.

Damn this author just won`t quit will he. Reading his articles is like watching someone blindfold a retard, setting their shirt on fire, then pushing them into a room full of mousetraps. Just epic, retard action from start to finish. I feel bad for laughing at him, but his carers really needs to pat him on the head and take his crayons away.

Nobody knows what Hatton has left. Personally i think he will do ok against non-punchers.

Fight Aficionado in Boston

Too much too fast. We don’t even know how depleted Ricky’s going to look. Fact is if he’s going at 147 he’ll have lost 60 lbs of lard in less than a year. That’ll cost his strength big time.

Dino.. Hatton boxed the lugs off PM last time

Daly jnr.. I can honestly say i’ve hardly read an artical on here ever. I just like reading the posts. Better crack m8

PM will give Hatton a boxing lesson, he won’t KO Hatton but PM skills are much better than RH. PM wins by way of UD.

Ricky Hatton won’t make it to that sissy Malignaggi.

Hey, thats my bike!!

This will be a one fight comeback. Ricky is in trouble with this fight.

big head

this is a good test for hatton come back even know senchenko got spanked by malignaggi he still a solid fighter plus style make fights i think senchenko style can be a problem for hatton since he taller and longer hatton going to get inside and bang to that body idk if hatton is quick on his feet like he use to be guees we see

Ricky stands a real chance of getting sparked against this kid. If his punch resistance has gone it will be early doors exit for him. His has been a hard career, did not look after himself and took too many shots. Hatton will be on the receiving end of a nasty ko before long.
