The boxing in last weekend’s heavyweight blockbuster was somewhat overshadowed by the post fight rant by Anthony Joshua. Was he concussed, did he have a mental breakdown or did his media trained persona drop for once to show more of the real character ?
Reading another Pound for Pound list the other day, I was stunned to note Tyson Fury had broken into the top 5!
I penned a piece over three years ago predicting Joshua’s lack of boxing specific conditioning (essentially misdirected training) would lead to unnecessary defeats.
Nick Molloy is a world record holder in more than one sport – He knows a little bit about Strength and Conditioning
In the light of Anthony Joshua’s comments regarding his ‘Stamina Problem’ stating that it’s a heavyweight problem not a Joshua problem – I’d like to respectfully disagree.
