Richard Schaefer Proud To See Probellum Representing Fighters All Over The World

Probellum President Richard Schaefer has reflected on the fantastic signings that have been made during the first month of Probellum’s tenure – following their ground-breaking launch four weeks ago.

Probellum made waves in the boxing industry one month ago, when their ambitious next-generation sports company was officially announced, and in the process saw them begin their structured global expansion strategy.

It has seen the promotion sign some of the very best fighters that the world has to offer, with many more set to come in the near future.

At present, 14 fighters have been signed, with 11 countries being represented by boxers across the world. Armenia, Canada, England, Lithuania, Mexico, Philippines, Russia, Scotland, Sweden, Ukraine and the United States all boast stars in Probellum’s stable.

Five of those athletes are current or former world champions, with boxing superstars like Nonito Donaire, Regis Prograis, Badou Jack, Ricky Burns and Paul Butler all part of the team, while there are also a number of top contenders on the cusp of big things, including Eimantas Stanionis, Arthur Biyarslanov, and Taras Shelestyuk.

The likes of Lewis Ritson, Hovhannes Bachkov, Darius Fulghum, Eduardo Hernandez, Mark Dickinson and Brandon Moore round up the talented boxers that are part of Probellum, with all of them set for plenty of success alongside their new promotional outfit.

Schaefer, along with Harrison Whitman, are both delighted with how everything has gone over the last four weeks, and they insist that it is just the start for the promotion.

“We are extremely proud of the stable that we have already established here at Probellum,” said Schaefer. “The fact that we have managed to recruit so many huge names shows the level of trust that they have within us, and that’s a great honor.

“This is just the beginning of what is going to be a very bright future. We only launched Probellum one month ago and we’ve already had great success, so watch this space to see what else is in store.”

“We always had a very clear vision to establish a global presence, and we’re thrilled with what we’ve been able to achieve so far,” said Whitman.

“Boxing is a worldwide sport, and it is essential to approach it in that manner.”

Probellum has also secured co-promotional agreements with some of the leading promoters in the sport, having partnered with Wasserman Boxing, Universum in Germany, Groupe Yvon Michel in Canada, Maravillabox Promotions in Spain, Kynoch Boxing in Scotland, LNK Boxing in Latvia, Glozier Boxing in New Zealand, Shuan Boxing Promotions in the Dominican Republic, Bufalo Boxing in Nicaragua, Team Ellis Boxing in Australia, Armin Tan Promotions in Indonesia, and Box Office Sports in Ghana.

Probellum President Richard Schaefer: “It’s On!”

Probellum President Richard Schaefer has released an update discussing the phenomenal reaction the promotion has received – following its launch earlier this month.

Since it was officially announced just under two weeks ago, Probellum has already taken the boxing world by storm, forming ground-breaking partnerships with some of the biggest forces in the sport.

They have also unveiled their innovative strategy, which includes working with promoters around the world, providing support for grassroots boxing on a global level, and growing a digital platform which will serve millions of fans.

To date, Probellum has announced co-promotional deals with major boxing companies such as LNK Boxing in Latvia, Team Ellis Boxing in Australia and Box Office Sports in Ghana, along with revealing several of their talent line-up, including Ali Drew, Paul Smith, and Fight Disciples.

There has been an extremely positive reaction to the launch, with supporters of boxing excited at the prospect of having their passion for the sport truly appreciated, and Schaefer promises there will be more good news in the near future.

“There has been a phenomenal reaction since we launched earlier this month, and this is only the beginning,” said Richard Schaefer, President of Probellum. “We are excited about what is to come, and boxing fans around the world should be excited too.

“We have been working away behind the scenes for a long time in order to try and secure the most strategic partnerships possible, along with finding the athletes that show the most promise. We have been able to acquire the best that the world has to offer, and we can’t wait to reveal to fans what we have in store.

“I have been involved in boxing for over 20 years, and I can safely say that Probellum is the most ambitious and determined promotion that I have ever seen. The all-star team that has been assembled features some of the best minds in the sport, and I have no doubt that by all working together, we can achieve big things in the sport.

“Boxing is truly the greatest sport in the world, featuring the toughest warriors on the planet who put everything all on the line. With our athlete-first approach here at Probellum, we are going to ensure that they receive the backing they deserve.

“There are going to be over 100 announcements in the coming days and weeks, so everybody should stay tuned and get ready as we prepare to announce everything we’ve been up to.”
