World Series of Boxing (WSB) Season III winners Astana Arlans Kazakhstan are undefeated so far in the fifth season of the competition, but face a tough home match against Puerto Rico Hurricanes.

After three superb victories, the Puerto Rican Franchise have surprised many fans during their first four WSB matches and they will be looking to cause another upset in this clash.

An excellent Light welterweight match follows, with Samat Bashenov, named the best Asian boxer in WSB of 2013 looking to go 2-0 in Season V against the 1-1 Puerto Rican Jan Rivera.

21-year-old Kazakh Zhanibek Alimkhanuly won the 2013 AIBA World Championships, and the world class Middleweight (75 kg) makes his first appearance of the season against Jeffrey Flaz Guillén, who lost every round of his last match when he fought Italy’s Salvatore Cavallaro.

The night ends at Heavyweight (91 kg) where hometown hero Vasiliy Levit looks for his third stoppage win in a row as he fights Sweden’s Gabriel Richards who is representing the Hurricanes this season.

Both Caciques Venezuela and Argentina Condors come into this South American World Series of Boxing (WSB) derby with a lot to prove.

The Venezuelan Franchise looked excellent when defeating Azerbaijan Baku Fires earlier on in the season, but have lost three out of their four matches, while Argentina are still without a win this campaign, after drawing against Italia Thunder last time out.

Therefore, this Group B match is essential for either Franchise to look up the table, rather than settle near the bottom.

Light welterweight (64 kg) Yoelvis Hernandez is an experienced boxer, but may have nerves ahead of his first WSB bout against Ronan Nahuel Sanchez who narrowly lost his first match of the campaign in Poland.

Venezuelan Jose Endry Saavedra Pinto looked good last time out against American Anthony Campbell, and the Middleweight (75 kg) may be the slight favourite when he comes up against Argentina’s Christian Zarate.

Can Cuba Domadores continue their perfect start to Season V away to Mexico Guerreros?

The World Series of Boxing (WSB) Season IV winners Cuba Domadores are enjoying a flawless start to the fifth instalment of the competition, with four consecutive victories and an incredible 20-0 individual match record.

They look to make it 25-0 away to Mexico Guerreros who have started Group A relatively well, with two wins and a brace of defeats from their opening four matches.

Light flyweight (49 kg) Joselito Velázquez Altamirano won his first match of the season after just two minutes, and will hope for another quick night against the 2-0 Cuban 2013 AIBA Junior World Champion Joahnys Oscar Argilagos Perez.
