This week MGM are very pleased to announce that they have a new signing in the shape of Danny “Cassius” Connor. With a seasoned pro career behind him Connor is looking to go the top. He started his pro journey as a light middleweight and was 0-5-1 after his first six fights. He knew he had to make changes and dropped through the weights winning three titles at three different weights. He got to the prizefighter final and has beat the likes of Tyler Goodjohn, Chris Evangelou and Ricky Boylan so far.
Connor is pleased to have joined #TeamMGM, “I´m over the moon to be signing with MGM,” he said “they´re taking over boxing and that´s the direction I want to be going. I feel like the MGM team are going to give me the chance I deserve to get to the top where I belong.”
Connor is currently training at the Lansbury ABC with Alec Wilkey. MGM said “We believe if Danny gets the right opportunities he will cause a lot of damage in his division.”
