The second season of NUVOtv’s hot boxing reality show Knockout has concluded two weeks of filming and promises to build on its strong debut season. The upcoming season features the return of Floyd Mayweather Sr. who is joined by “Sugar” Shane Mosley Sr. and John “Iceman” Scully as their fighters will compete for the right to fight on Knockout’s next fight card which will take place in June. Roy Jones Jr. serves as the show’s host.
This season is primarily being filmed at Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Mashantucket, CT. and also features a stop at the New York press conference for the March 14th battle between WBA/WBO/IBF light heavyweight champion Sergey Kovalev and former champion Jean Pascal. Five-time world champion Vinny Pazienza and former IBO middleweight champion Peter Manfredo made a special visit to a fan “Meet and Greet” that was held this past Friday.
Famed film and music video director Benny Boom brings his trademark style to the Knockout set which means that the second season will be even hotter than the first. Season two will premiere on an April date that will be announced in the near future. More information, including the announcement of other special guests will be revealed over the next few weeks.
